Here comes the MM Shuffle Walk Down...
I see the MM's wanna start their <1000 share buy tactic, to make the interest appear to be weak. Lol.

Gotta love the folks who don't like holding hot potatoes. :)
The day of redemption has finally come for VGPR, and the best part is, the party is just getting started.
VGPR is on course to be a major player in the bio-energy sector.
Yup. I'm expecting very positive things here, with SPRWF.
Meaning...WATCH OUT...because it's about to go down (in a good way, in this case).
I don't think most here will catch this subliminal. Lol.
Thanks for the mark, Diamond. I returned the gesture.
I called Sean (IR Manager) back around 3PM, but still didn't get him. I presume he had a reasonably busy day and didn't have enough time to answer and/or get back to everyone. I'll try again tomorrow.

I just contacted the T/A, but they weren't able to inform me of anything different from what OTCMarkets says about the current share structure. I then contacted WAG's investor relations department and left a message about the aformentioned. When I obtain the applicable information, I'll be back to share it with you guys.
For anyone wanting to contact them, the info is below:

LOL! Good one.
I couldn't tell you.
If/when that news drops, shorts are gonna be scattering faster than cockroaches when the lights come on.

LOL! You better load up tomorrow and Thursday. I've been itching to fully let this cat out the bag!

Only 3 more days, fellas...
If/when we get word of them closing the deal, I'll be sending out 'The SPRWF DD Pack' to the big boys immediately after. I would've formally informed them prior to now, but I want the purchase deal to be sealed first – it'll generate a more serious interest than them having to speculate about it.
Hopefully all goes well. If so, when I show them David's insider holdings, background, associates, other businesses, along with a definitive purchase of a licensed Canadian MJ operation, they'll know exactly what time it is here.

If there is dilution, it's relatively low – evident by how much lower the volume is on red days versus green days. The fact the A/S was only doubled, compared to what most OTC companies do (triple, quadruple, or worse) says their intent isn't to debase the stock long term.
The incorporation of a subsidiary in Colorado, with plans to acquire a revenue-generating entity, implies the raising of the A/S and possible dilution is a means to an end. They'll potentially use those newly issued shares and/or funds generated from selling some for acquisition purposes.
I mean, let's be realistic here. How many OTC companies aren't diluting or haven't diluted at some point? It comes with the territory, when a company isn't as profitable as they'd like to be and needs capital to add potential value. As long as a company has a viable end to justify their means, potential dilution is far from the end of the road.
That said, Bayport has a viable end and is working on getting there.

I contacted the company directly to speak to the investor relations (IR) manager, not their press release manager/company.
I just called the company to speak to the IR manager. The secretary said he wasn't in his office at the moment, but transferred me to his voicemail - so I left a message. When I hear back from him, I'll be inquiring about the developments in Colorado, the next PR, etc. and sharing whatever information I obtain with you guys thereafter.

I sourced Vermont being the alleged location from this newly created Business Week profile - http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=259881596
They're trying to acquire a company that doesn't exist? Stupendous.
Good luck.
For the record, I'm not here to bash. I saw the ticker and was interested in taking a stake; but after seeing some yellow and red flags, decided to ask some pertinent questions that anyone putting their money into this company should also be asking.
Ha!
The "word or two" is merely a side dish. The meat and potatoes is: a search of Vermont Secretary of State's website shows no such company by the name of "VPR Group, Inc." existing there - as this newly created BusinessWeek profile alleges - http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=259881596.
Til someone here can present some facts, please, refrain from patronizing me. I'm not here to go tit-for-tat. I'm seeking valid information, so I can make a decision on whether or not DSCR is worth putting money into - nothing else.
Another thing that smelled fishy is some of the wording in the press release issued on March 6th.
VPR Group, Inc. is a private label distributor of the VPR brand E-Pen/E-Cigs for medical purposes through its existing network of licensed Medical Marijuana Dispensaries. In addition, VPR Group, Inc. distributes a number of proprietary cannabis oil vapors and refill oil/vapor cartridges. These cannabis oil vapors are characterized into two categories: THC molecule only and CBD molecule only oils. In addition, VPR is actively pursuing further multiple uses of their proprietary cannabis oils to include but not limited to Edibles, Concentrates and Beverages.
VPR Group, Inc. management is positioning the company to be recognized as a premier distributor in the rapidly expanding Medical Marijuana industry by developing designer style oil strands to address specific medical needs. As we scale our growth into all current and future states with favorable Medical Marijuana laws, management will drive the corporate culture to emphasize high quality products and service.
All speculative; not one ounce of factual evidence, as I requested.
But I'll show you what is factual:
A search of Vermont's Secretary of State website (http://corps.sec.state.vt.us/corpbrow.aspx) shows there is no such company named "VPR Group, Inc." in the state of Vermont - as this newly created BusinessWeek profile alleges - http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=259881596.
Each portion of your response was speculative and lacked the "factual evidence" I requested.
The alleged "VPR Group, Inc." being a "private" company doesn't have anything to do with their lack of presence on the Internet. Implying that a company wouldn't have an up-and-running website solely because they're "private" and/or "relatively new" is comical, at best.
You mean to tell me, a company that's allegedly distributing products and has been doing business with several other licensed businesses is just now carving out their digital footprint? It's 2014, not 1994.
Furthermore, a search of Vermont's Secretary of State website (http://corps.sec.state.vt.us/corpbrow.aspx) shows there is no such company named "VPR Group, Inc." in the state of Vermont - as this newly created BusinessWeek profile alleges - http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=259881596.
Pertinent questions & comments about DSCR...
1. Which company engages in a [definitive partnership] with another company, but fails to mention the name of that entity? Wouldn't doing so validate the primary company & potentially add value? That said, what is the name of the alleged "JV grow partner?"
2. After conducting a thorough Google search, I haven't found a company known as "VPR Group, Inc." associated with the manufacturing/selling of E-pens, E-cigs, or medical marijuana solutions for E-pens; nor is there a company named such located in Vermont — which this [newly created] BusinessWeek profile alleges — http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=259881596). Where are "VPR Group, Inc.'s" tracks on the Information Highway?
3. A WHOIS domain search check of "www.vprgroupinc.com", "www.vprgroupinc.net", and "www.vprgroupinc.org" shows they were all created on March 6th—which just so happened to be the same day the company released a follow-up PR about "VPR Group, Inc." I wonder why that is.
If anyone on this board can provide me with a legitimate response & present [factual evidence] to substantiate it, I'd appreciate it greatly.
On second thought, I'm gonna run through them as right now, as quickly as possible.
In my next post...
I'm seeing several yellow flags here that many are overlooking.
When I get time, I'll be back to highlight them and ask some pertinent questions.
Yes, sir. David's track record speaks for itself and aids in solidifying Supreme's present and future endeavors.

Thanks, man. Just doing my part. Upon things unfolding accordingly, it'll definitely be gratifying to know we saw the initial value others didn't see and were able to capitalize on it very early.

After doing some quick DD, I'm liking what I see, so far.
After receiving a patent approval, David's previous pharmaceutical company, Praxis Pharmaceuticals, received an equity investment from Rothschild Bioscience Unit, a division of the worldwide Rothschild Group.
Source: http://www.thefreelibrary.com/Patent+Approval+by+Rothschild+Tele-Conference+Planned+for+July+15,...-a055155413
If people see David's affiliation with the world-renowned Rothschild Group, but fail to see the potential trajectory of Supreme Pharmaceuticals, they'll never know a good investment when they see it.
SPRWF is a gold mine and David & Co. will soon be passing out enormous nuggets to their shareholders.
I couldn't agree with him more. Marijuana will be making thousands of people millionaires and I'm sure a few billionaires, as well. I'm aligning myself appropriately in the sector to become one of those people.
Took a starter here. Some of you guys logic is amusing. Nevertheless, good luck to all.
Thanks a lot, bro. Same to you.
Today is the first day I tweeted about it. I got a few heavy hitters following me...looks like 1 or 2 of them may have gone to slaptheask.com & signed up.
Looking very good here today...
And to think, this is only the beginning ??
