A Lack of understanding regarding a listing change & quotation issues definitely are hampering the efforts of buyers and sellers to make a good decision. Spinning top on the daily shouldnt have an effect on the move north. IMO we close green. This is thin north so once we get some more action this will cook.

since the OTC and pinks are not on an exchange the trades are routed through broker dealers. When a broker dealers reporting are deliquent of late more than 3 times this type of event can occur. There is no fundamental change in the company and its activities.

well seeing as the otcbb and pink sheets are simply "listing services" the requirements are primarily financial information filing. Seeing at ECDC was a fully reporting otcbb member, the recent change in SIC code to technology could be a contributing factor ans it could have been seen as a shell company. That or they did not properly register stock, which they clearly did. Another way they could have been delisted from otcbb is if there is no longer a market maker for the stock.
