well seeing as the otcbb and pink sheets are simply "listing services" the requirements are primarily financial information filing. Seeing at ECDC was a fully reporting otcbb member, the recent change in SIC code to technology could be a contributing factor ans it could have been seen as a shell company. That or they did not properly register stock, which they clearly did. Another way they could have been delisted from otcbb is if there is no longer a market maker for the stock.
