Shares. Not cash. If I had $50K to put in here I would but it would overwhelm the market. You would have to buy a few at a time.
Another 5 million day for volume should wipe it out.
Great average! I've got 50K. I just like to play. You are going to be sitting on a pile when this tops .20!
Strictly going by dilution I would call for $.10.
If you're numbers are right then there should be 4M or less. I can remember this thing being around 23M O/S at one time.
Read my posts. We are looking at 18M shares minimum to get rid of all the convertibles. When the process started there was well south of 30M in the OS. The real number will probably be closer to 25M but still, all the convertibles should just about be gone.
From what I am reading, the convertibles will use about 18M shares at .01. Since they are converting at a discount, I would say that, at the outside there could be as many as 25M converted to pay off the debt. How close are we to that over the last two weeks?
Depends on the company. Increasing the A/S was a worrisome development. If they stop converting soon? I think this could go back to .03 with ease.
When you find it? Pass it on? Just for old times' sake.
Those were good days. If I could find another like that? I would definitely sell sooner.
Looks almost like the beginning of a V shaped recovery.
Up 25% with 8X normal volume. Not a bad day's work. We get 25% a day and soon that will turn into real money.
Revenues? SVTE HAS PROFITS!!!
Set my sell at $.50. It may be an old wive's tale but supposedly this keeps the MMs from borrowing your shares to play their little games. Plus, it will look good on the L2. I made my sell order good until June 29th. Give it a shot.
Retail MMs all the way up. If you are on here pull the d*mned sell orders back!
SVTE. 31 million shares OS. Float smaller than that. V shaped recovery. 52 week range is 0.0028 - 0.44. Currently trading at .0105.
SVTE is an actual business building custom commercial, truck beds. The Company had sales of $2,611,766 for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2015, compared to $1,334,127 during the fiscal year ended August 31, 2014, an increase of $1,277,639 or 95%. All of the sales are generated by Trade Leasing, Inc. They had profits of $400K last quarter.
There were a few, very few convertibles, that have cleared.
Take a look at it. The only worrisome thing is that they just increased their AS from 77M to 500M. Supposedly there is a new CEO that wants to acquire some additional businesses.
A Train? Looks a lot like it. Similar float. V shaped recovery forming. The thing is: this is a real business! I rode ATRN to .34. It was beautiful thing.
52-Wk Range 0.0028 - 0.44
Strong hands dammit!!! This can go to the .3s with ease. Maybe more if they don't mess with the share structure too much.
Strong hands. Please don't start dumping in the low to mid pennies. I was in ATRN several years ago. Low float. No pump. No groups. It ran to .35. This can happen here and then some.
With news there is no upper limit. Set your sells at $1.
We need volume and a catalyst. I'm in and staying in. Fundamentals alone will push this along. But some massive news could bang this up to a $1.
Nah. We need bid support and volume.
THERE IS NO SPLIT. Just an increase in the A/S. Possible. At some unspecified date. Keep an eye on the float but otherwise don't worry about it.
Very good volume.
With their revenues and a solid business they can get bank financing.
I have no idea how this got down here. It's a dollar stock. Or better. I'll have to brush up on my blue chip indicators.
The only downside I see is that this being a real business they aren't likely to put out a bunch of PRs to make the PPS move.
I read the filings. Wasn't a whole lot there. A business like this with regular revenues doesn't have to go the convertible note route to get financing.
The worst thing that can happen is that it went all the way 74M. That's nothing. This is a definite buy.
I see VFIN on the ask but honestly, with only 75M authorized, there is a firewall there. This is a jewel.
Low volume lets the MMs play games. I've had a small bid in at .0085 for awhile now. They jumped over it and filled a bid at .0080
Its a buy and hold. Just some flippers taking profits right now.
Lunch time lull
I concur with both points. The filings aren't the worst I've seen but there were a good many convertible notes.
What is with this crazy volume?
Hmmmmm. . . It is a pincher play. I try to simplify charts because I don't have a huge amount of time to devote to this here lately. But that is textbook.
Closed right on the 50 day without breaking. . .
I'll chart it now. Hella busy around here today. Give me a minute.
I'm in.
And I honestly hope that I did not come across as a smartass. This is the world of penny stocks. Almost all of them are in similar financial straits. Invest if you think they have a good plan or product or if the charts tell you too.
Wow, you need to read several of these on different tickers. Going concern means that they are in business. All of that is boilerplate language from the 1930s when the SEC was created.
