Saleen Automotive Inc. (SLNN) Is now and will continue to produce incredible automobiles for those who have an appreciation for style and speed. Steve Saleen and the Saleen brand have been around for a very long time and will continue to have the respect and admiration from automotive enthusiast around the world. Attacks on the good character of Steve Saleen and his family is not a good practice. Stocks don't always perform as you would hope they would. SLNN will recover and do very well.
Molly Saleen is professional and a woman of good character and an asset to the Saleen brand.
Molly Saleen
Molly Saleen, 30, has been director of the retail division of SMS Signature Cars, Inc. since its formation in July 2007. She has been director of Saleen Automotive, Inc. since June 2012.
As Steve Saleen’s daughter Molly grew up in an automotive and racing environment which proved to be a unique and valuable experience. She spent many summers at racetracks around North America and Europe attending her father’s races and learning from the “ground up” about motorsports and marketing. From cleaning wheels, checking tire pressures and handing out posters, she developed her racing spirit. By the age of 15 she had the opportunity to experience everything from kart racing schools to the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving. The first car she learned to drive was a 510 HP Saleen S351, in which she took her test for her Driver’s License. Molly knew she wanted to be a part of her father’s life as an automotive pioneer.
In the early 2000’s, Steve Saleen began development on the Saleen S7. He needed a code name prior to its release and aptly named it “The Molly Project.” The S7 has since set the benchmark for “America’s Supercar,” both on and off the track.
In July of 2006 “The Saleen Store” was opened to the public. This unique retail store included aftermarket parts, apparel and accessories as well as Saleen vehicles. This never before seen approach to new car sales was another creation by her father that has set a new standard for automotive retailing. Molly served as the store’s General Manager since its inception. Among other honors, the store was named by “Maxim” magazine as the #1 Automotive Store in the United States. Ms. Saleen’s drive and determination made the store a great success and a “must see” destination for all car enthusiasts.
Determined to learn the family business from the ground up, Molly joined her father in 2007 with his SMS Supercars concept. With Molly at the helm of retail marketing, SMS Supercars has successfully implemented production on all new models, and received industry recognition with the release of its’ patented ultra efficient SMS 296 Supercharger system.
On her own time, Molly has been designing a women’s racing inspired fashion line. Launched in 2012, “Molly Pop” takes its design cues from Molly’s automotive and racing roots and artfully integrates them into a fun and fashionable form. Ms. Saleen has an associate degree from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
The Tesla project is progressing very well. The improvements have been described as "astounding" by Teslarati. Bankruptcy? Really? The internist is very high in the Tesla project. The Saleen Tesla will be one of Saleens top sellers and Saleen knows this. Maybe you are right. Now is the time for Saleen to file for bankruptcy.

First Saleen-Modified Tesla Model S Spotted

You are stuck inside the box of what Tesla has created. There is a vast world of us car enthusiasts encouraged to see that Saleen has taken an interest in the world of electric performance cars. It wont be long before a 200 mph standing 1/4 mile car exists and no I'm not talking about a Tesla. I point this out because outside of Tesla there is new technology evolving around electric performance vehicles and Saleen will use this technology and apply it to the Tesla project. You say it cant be done. I say it will be done. It is obvious that Tesla has built an awesome car. And the fact that it has caught Saleens attention gives Tesla more positive exposure. Saleen sees the potential to modify Tesla's performance and overall beauty. Some choose not to or maybe cant see beyond what Tesla has created in terms of performance or style. I will not concede that, Tesla has built the perfect electric car an that it can never be improved on in any way, and neither has Saleen. Do some research of what is going on in the way of electric car performance outside of what Tesla has built. This technology can and will be used in the Tesla project.
Saleen has always went outside the limits of the manufacturer (Ford, Chevy, Dodge) to find more horsepower. With Tesla, Saleen will do the same thing. It has a lot to do with the volts and the amps of the electrical system powering the electric motor. The windings and the armature of the motors can also be easily modified to increase horsepower and torque of electrical motors. The battery configurations can also be modified to supply the needs of whatever configurations are in place. You are stuck inside the box. Think outside the box. Do some research on electrical motors and see what's happening in the world of high performance automotive with electric cars. Tesla is not the only company that knows about electric motors. Tesla builds cars that are doing very well for thier customers. Saleen will build a car that will do very well for his customers as he always has. You also know that paint and body enhancments are a specialty of Saleen. The Tesla project will be another work of art when it comes out of the new state of the art paint facility at Saleen Automotine Inc. It will be a package deal of body and performance modifications just as it always has been with Saleen.
Saleen Automive Inc. (SLNN) Is now and will continue to produce incredible automobiles for those who have an appreciation for style and speed.
Electric Dragster Hits a Record 184 MPH in the Quarter Mile
Don “Big Daddy” Garlits can add another record to his impressive resume–fastest quarter mile run ever made in an electric vehicle.
The technology of electric cars is evolving rapidly and Saleen is on top of its game choosing to take Tesla to a whole new level of performance. I cant wait to see what Saleen Automotive has in store with its Tesla project. As far as performance enhancements there is almost no limits.
The history of SLNN Saleen Automotive speaks for itself. Saleen has completed countless projects that most would never attempt. Saleen will complete all the projects projected. The funding is absolutely available. Steve Saleen is surrounded with people who believe in the Saleen brand and have the knowledge and expertise to follow through with the countless projects Steve has envisioned. The only fantasy, for some, is owning one of Saleen Automotive creations.
10-Q out or not SNLL will continue to produce quality products to serve the automotive enthusiast. And SNLL will continue to keep the public informed of what new ventures are being pursued and accomplished.
To SLNN the facts about what is happening with the practical doings of the company are equally as important as the financial end. What some see as trivial others see as informative. I will include more trivial info soon.
Just the facts: (SLNN): Here is the article some have issues with. Not really sure why.
Saleen Automotive Signs Exclusive Agreement with BASF, Will Expand Colors and Create State of the Art Paint Facility at Coron...
CORONA, Calif., May 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Saleen Automotive, Inc. (OTCQB: SLNN), (OTCBB: SLNN) (the "Company"), an American specialty manufacturer of high performance vehicles, technical performance parts, lifestyle accessories and apparel, is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement with BASF to exclusively use the company's products at Saleen's Campus in Corona, California.
Saleen Automotive will create a highly specialized, state-of-the-art facility to produce all new Saleen colors using new technology developed by BASF and Saleen Automotive.
"Adding an elite brand like BASF to the tradition of excellence we value at Saleen Automotive is an important moment in our corporate development," stated Steve Saleen, CEO, Saleen Automotive. "Partnering with BASF and bringing their paint under our own roof allows us to streamline operations and produce high quality vehicles in all-new proprietary Saleen colors and with greater profit margin."
"Together we hope to expand the market for Saleen vehicles through joint marketing and promotion," added Saleen.
The all-new colors are expected to debut during the Summer of 2014.
Saleen Automive Inc. (SLNN) Is now and will continue to produce incredible automobiles for those who have an appreciation for style and speed. Great info Milesblue42. Let the facts keep on coming. Just the facts. Thats all.
True SLNN is struggling for now.
You already know that Steve has all intentions of building a Tesla , S7, S5 or expanding the Corona facility or developing an electric vehicle etc, etc, etc. How would you know this. Because Steve has followed through with every project he has ever brought to the table for over 30 years. Saleen Automotive Inc. has been called a start up company. Saleen has a long successful history with its proven high performance automotive products that have been and still are available to automotive enthusiasts all over the world. To group Saleen Automotive Inc. in with start up companies is questionable. Start up companies do not have the history of proven products as Saleen has. Saleen Automotive is a proven company with proven products. Look him up for yourself. Don't listen to me. Read the hundreds or maybe thousands of unsolicited articals and praises about the Saleen brand or the past 30 years. I can start posting them if you want. How about 5 per day for the next month?
All stock is a gamble. "Us guys" totally understand what you are saying that "Saleen is a long shot". It is more so to "you guys" with your appraoch. "Us guys" know the history and quality of the products that Saleen Automotive has and is producing. That is our motivation. The math adds up to "us guys". Buy when it's low. The potential is definitely there due to how low the buy in is right now. The risk verses benefit, to "us guys" who understand what Saleen is really all about, as far as its products and potential, is well worth the risk. The higher the risk the higher the payoff. That's simple math. We could buy into a company like Tesla now. Low risk low payoff. Simple math. "Us guys" Know all the risk in buying stock. I understand that "you guys" are just trying to save "us guys" from making a mistake by pointing out all the risks. Maybe.
I am not of the opinion that Steve Saleen himself thinks the stock has no value. I believe that Steve is surrounding himself with good people and together forming a financial plan to turn things around. I am not of the opinion that Steve should figure this out on his own. That would make Steve out to be a financial genius to have such know how. He knows the need. The how to is the issue. I am not one to over and over point out the financial struggles and offer no hope or resolutions. I don't disagree that Saleen Automotive has some financial hurdles to jump over. Steve is working on a plan along with a team that have a better know how than Steve alone could ever have to get over these hurdles. The products of Saleen Automotive stand out as being superior by the high performance enthusiasts. Saleen Automotive will continue to build and market their products for years to come. That is my opinion.
Thanks for your input. You seem well versed in the area of finances.
Why is so horrible for a company to operate with financial support from lenders? Most successful companies operate of have operated with financial support from lenders.
In your opinion why would a company not want to use the internet to put out information. And why a pending and possibly long and nasty lawsuit is better than two parties coming to an agreement and settling it. IMO Saleen did the right thing. In your opinion what can Saleen do to "improve the business performance" of Saleen Automotive other than close up shop and disappear? I would like to believe that everyone on this board is confident that Saleen is not trying to milk OTC investors but I know that some have their doubts when they can see no good in the positive steps Saleen is taking. Saleen has more going its way in taking steps to "improve the business performance" than some want to admit on this board.
I don't disagree with any of your negative input or anyone's negative input on this board. To fail to recognize and acknowledge that Saleen automotive is taking steps to "improve the business performance" of Saleen Automotive is questionable. No one on this board thinks that
He is absolutely trying to make Joe Amato seem like a nobody knowing very well that Joe is a big deal for the company or maybe he or she just chooses to remain uninformed of Joe and his accomplishments in the automotive industry. Why someone chooses to downplay a huge step in the right direction for Saleen Automotive cannot be answered here on this board.
It's obvious that there are some who are not up to speed (pun intended) on what Saleen means in the world of high performance enthusiasts. And to belittle the addition of Joe Amato is proof of how out of touch some are of who Joe is and what he represents to the car enthusiasts. What a huge asset he will be to Saleen just to have his name attached to the Saleen brand let alone what he will add with his expertise.
I believe in the products as I believe in buying American made automobiles and products. Remember the bailouts. When the automobile industry was struggling, was that the time to stop buying American made autos? I will continue to buy and support Saleen Automotive. This country needs companies like Saleen Automotive to remain in business and thrive. The picture to me is much bigger. American jobs are at risk. I am not a big investor. I don't make my money by trading stocks. I am an American car guy and will support Saleen however I can. If you don't believe in this American company and its products don't buy in, sell what stocks you have. I am in this for more than money.
Donate? Saleen is not a charity. I have met and spoken with many Saleen customers and all I met have had positive experiences with Saleen Automotive and its products. I'm sure there has been lawsuits against this company as with most successful companies in the bushiness world. You can base your opinions on what you want. I base my opinions on the high percentage of satisfied customers and quality products Saleen provides to the consumer and not the dirt on Saleen as some have. I'm just a consumer that has had a positive experience with Saleen Automotive as I'm sure 99.9% of Saleen customers have. I believe Steve is doing all he can to "improve the business performance" of Saleen Automotive. Questionable statements like
"My question is why would anyone invest in this company ?"
I'm not an investor. I'm a car guy. And we buy because Saleen Automotive Inc. is a reputable and marketable company. There are many who look at the proven products Saleen has put out and will continue to put out as reason to buy. Saleen is an honest company making an honest dollar with proven products. The product is key with Saleen Automotive Inc. People want what they are selling. Car guys/gals appreciate Saleen products and proudly own a piece of the company by owning its stock. 500 shares of Saleen for under $100.00 for now, are you kidding me. Get the word out to car guys/gals and they will buy just to own a piece of Saleen and support a pioneer of the automotive products industry. Saleen Automotive Inc. has been good to and for the automotive world and industry. It would be a sad day for the automotive enthusiast if Saleen decided to call it quits due to a lack of support from the automotive world. As far as investors, I encourage you to look at the history and products and reputation and future potential of all the new products Saleen is fully capable of providing to the automotive enthusiast.
All cars which bear the Saleen brand tend to stand out. Thats what will drive up this undervalued stock. Attach the Saleen name to Tesla and watch what happens when the first one hits the street. Any auto enthusiest knows and respects the Saleen brand. I am supprised at how cheap this stock is. IMO this is a buy. The Saleen Tesla will be a huge hit. IMO
Last I checked. My investment is below zero after fees from reverse split.
hps, start here and dig deeper. I read Guyers book. He knows what he's doing.
http://www.linkedin.com/in/stephenguyer
I agree. Guyer is a very smart man and will build CGFIA into a company that will make its share holders lots of money.
mainman, I use scottrade. I put a sell in yesterday in the morning. None sold. I sent an email to corporate and a phone call to the local office this morning and by the end of the day today my sell was completed. I dont know if the email or phone conversation had anything to do with it. It took 6 hits today to sell. I did not sell all my cgfia. I feel the same way you do. If it goes down I will buy. If it does not go down I can still buy.
Does anyone have an idea of what is going on with the chill. My fear is that the chill will aid to allow the shorts to continue after the rs. No serious invester will consider cgfia with the chill still on. Can the chill be lifted soon, like before the rs. Anyone on this board have any previous dealings with a chill and its removal. Will big investers invest in cgfia with a chill? Anyone? Buler?
It aint over till it's over and it's not even close to bein over. The chill is holding the pps from moving and allowing the mm's to do what they do. Guyer knows what he's doin. jmho.
From Denverpost.com:
High metals prices have stirred activity in the long dormant San Juan Mountain mining and milling industries.
Hi Kitt. Do you still stand firm that higher metal prices have nothing to do with CGFIA milling and mining?
Just keeping it real. My one for the day.
Can cgfia climb, significantlty, with a chill on it?
567, what has to happen for the DTCC Chill to be lifted?
What is the news about todays meeting. If it was good, I think it would have been posted by now. I hope I'm wrong.
MT thank you very much for your consistant diligence and patiance while facing the challanges cgfia faces on a by the minute basis by some on this board. Cgfia has its own obsticals they are dealing with and progressing through and doesnt need any unwarranted challanges placed on them. Facts not attacks are welcome on this board. Thanks again MT
