From December 2011? That's an ancient press release now. What president's letter are you talking about?
Yes cbbmtt they are talking about this company.
What's wrong with you small town kid?
Do you expect an update weekly?
Read the original release - there were no time frames mentioned.
I'd rather have the management at Tirex focused on moving the business agenda forward than posting meaningless updates to keep a bunch of greedy day traders happy.
News will come. Relax.
Spend the time trying to wrap your mind around the magnitude of this joint venture.

I agree howielong75 - there is no dilution on THIS ONE hunter.
It's a topic I think we can put to rest.
That's my point guys. The financing is there. The term "subject to" is applied until funds are formally committed - it's a legal thing. I know what I am talking about.
This deal will involve multiple TCS machines in multiple plants in multiple states. Look into how many states this company has ties to....way more that 2. There will be deals in all of them.
This is the deal Tirex, JT and the rest of us have been waiting for. Let's support JT, and Tirex and make something huge out of this.
"subject to financing" is legal speak. At the time an agreement is struck, regardless of the due diligence performed, legally, they have to describe it as subject to financing until such a time as the loan is formally secured. So at the time of the JV being established, the need for the machine to be built and who would build was established. At that time they would have looked in to financing and ensured it was viable long before the JV was formalised. Think about....who would go through the effort of being this JV into existence without being 100% satisfied financing was there. The revenue generated from the 45000 tonnes of scrap tires pays for one machine several times over....financing will be a non-issue.
If I'm not clear, let me know
King Oil.... I hear you brother but this stock is only going to get the attention it deserves if the price rises and the core of long term investors to support it. Ive owned shares from day one.
Let's support the company right now. This is the real deal - John has busted his ass over this one - lets put our faith in him.
There has never been a deal like this for Tirex or the potential.
This is a signed deal on US soil and regardless of the financing of the machine (which is a go or the effort to form the JV would never have taken place) Tirex is in for 25% of the tire revenue off the 45000 tonnes a year. They finally have a revenue stream. This is NOT a deal like those of times past.
That bid was mine. It filled nicely.
I'd say then that what we have here is some seriously good news. Millicent, TSU, Tirex....it's all fitting together quite nicely. Hopefully John will break the silence soon and at the very least, hint at something. I'd like even the smallest confirmation from txmc that something is happening.
That name seems familiar. Was there not a Milicent mentioned in the report you posted?
Yuna....
If you found it on the net...was it a PDF you downloaded? I'm not asking you reveal the site but if it was a PDF if you look at the file's properties, you might be able to find the author.
Can you let us know?
TSU is a private company, there is plenty of info on them on the web. I suppose they do not have the same restrictions on them as a publicly traded company would. It's possible the business case was put out by the financiers supporting the merger. Its obvious that txmc doesn't have the money to put up.
Looking forward to hearing from you Yuna.
The business plan does lay things out nicely doesn't it casper?
Holy crap yuna!!
Thank you.
Good find!!!
I see email addresses....is there info passing around behind the scenes?
Anything?
Anyone?
Did you check you junk mail? I find sometimes mail from sources I don't usually get mail from hits my junk folder. Let me know if anything appears....I'd be interested in news. Granted, I'm sure the source of it would be extremely confidential. GLTA!
Anyone care to trust me with an email address?
Simpro wouldn't be involved in this based on their agreement with Tirex. When Simpro is building the equipment it means Tirex is only receiving a royalty....I'd rather see Tirex using a different manufacturer. The post is a great find but very dated. It's older than spacemans original post and may no longer be valid/current. Has anyone tried calling Jefferson County to ask if the project is still a go?
I'm not overly worried about the market cap - penny stocks dance to a different drummer. If the right news comes, and I'm sure it will .... We can easily see a frenzy that drives this up to a couple of cents. Have faith gentlemen. This will happen.
This reply from John is identical to what I have heard. Good things are happening behind the scenes and it's only a matter of time before it's posted. There is a great deal going on.
Both Montreal and the US.
I firmly believe my testicles to be safe..... This is going to happen and the time for it to happen is now. I am anticipation and very prosperous holiday season for all of us.

An article sent to me recently. Talks of the viability of the type of technology tirex is using.
Also, word from JT that things are coming to fruition.
Everything seems to be very much on track.
My source is a good one. News will come. All the gears are in motion - JT will post when everything is 100% locked down. The malaysia deal still doesn't sit well with him. He wants anything and everything he posts going forward to be news we can all count on without reservation.
I am from Montreal. Living in the US right now.
I obviously can't disclose my source. Suffice it to say that it is more than an educated guess but less than direct communication from JT.
I am pretty confident JT will post news this week. They have an investor putting up the money for the audit - an audit that I think goes beyond just whats needed to be current. Based on the volume and some grapevine information, I bet my left testicle that news of an audit will be posted really soon. It would be nice if it came this week to help keep this momentum going! As I said in am earlier post - it would very nice to have the stock as close to a .01 as possible before 'big' news hits - the audit news will help.
Let's not forget, JT wouldn't be wasting hard to come by cash on getting current if there wasn't a real need too. After all, there are requirements on the pinks to be current.
Come on JT!!!!! Post news of the audit soon!!!
I'm sure news will be posted next week on the investment to get current. The first step towards all the other news.
The bid at .0005 and an ask at .0007 means no one is willing to sell at 5....and are holding out at 7. I'd like to see the stock in the thenth's of a cent before news is posted rather than where it is now- at hundredth's of a cent.
Im fairly sure that any deal involving Tirex and TSU will be in the form of Tirex absorbing TSU. They will both ultimately be under the Tirex name and traded under TXMC. Examples of partnerships between publicly traded companies and private ones are extremely rare for a number of legal reasons.
This possible merger with TSU will mean not just a showcase for the technology but it will instantly transform tirex into a viable company. The company will go from zero to a company with 45 plus employees and a couple of million dollars of yearly revenue. We shareholders will no longer be waiting for simply word of a Tcs sale but will benefit from every order that passes through the TSU side of things. I believe the wait is due to JT's need to be fully reporting - he needs his 2010/2011 audited filings. Once tirex is fully reporting, tirex will announce it has acquired TSU - that makes both a single publicly traded company. It makes a great deal of sense. The real trigger for me is going to be news that tirex is current an SEC compliant. From there I think it will be a short run to JT posting news of acquiring TSU and from there a serious stock run. Imagine a tirex with 2 plus million of reportable revenue, 45 plus employees, a proper order book, a fully operational factory...wow!! And we saw a run to 1.5 cents on a MOU that would have paid txmc a mere royalty....this is far far bigger. We could be looking at a share price in the 25-30 cent range with months of news being posted.
Mark my words and watch for news of txmc getting current.
Does anyone follow my logic?
