I fully agree with you Ivan.
Well said.
My gut says Christmas as well.
Where does revenue originate from when a company has no sales, no loans, no grants? It can come from the pockets of its owners/employees or...
It originates from the initial release of shares to the market. Only that first purchase of the share provides revenue to the company. All subsequent sells/buys of those shares only benefit (in some cases hurt) the shareholder.
So for a company like Tirex, working diligently to bring a very expensive, high tech piece of unproven machinery to market, operating capital is going to be a problem - a huge problem. The only method available to them, and a method they'd have preferred not to employ, is a release of new shares. Shares that only provide revenue to Tirex if people like you and me choose to buy them.
Does each new release of share dilute the stock? Lessen our collective return on our investment? Damn right it does. Unfortunately, the alternative is bankruptcy. And that is something none of us want.
So rather than deriding Tirex management for issuing more shares, lets applaud them for their conviction and steadfastness in bring this technology to market.
In the end, none of us are being forced to buy these shares or hold them...we are making these choices.
I am very confident that in very short order our collective patience and faith in this company and its technology will pay great dividends.
The one thing we can all hope for, is that John and the Tirex exec wait until the market will bear a reverse spilt. Personally I am thinking that will happen if the stock reached 10 cents. A 10-1 at that time would seem a responsible thing to do assuming the market supports it.
In response to other posts that have questioned the character of Tirex management - I can, with certainty, say that they are vexatious and fallacious. I know these guys personally and I can vouch for the fact that they are honestly and wholeheartedly trying to bring a new piece of technology to market. Tirex is not a pump and dump stock though I can understand the frustration of those on here who may have lost money or over-extended themselves. To those people I say "don't play in the sandbox if you're worried about getting sand in your diapers".
Yuna, I believe you are correct in your assumption.
Hello Board!
What the hell have you guys done? I leave for a few weeks and I come back to a stock that is sitting at .0026 from .005....you guys couldn't keep this together for me?
We're close.
Not everything can be scheduled perfectly.
It's going to happen.
Patience guys.
Don't panic if nothing is posted by April 1.
Stay the course men and stand strong in the face of uncertainty. It will be rewarding.
tic tock tic tock is right - I hoping for news soon.
I agree georgie. News will come...I'm sure of it...or as sure as someone who knows nothing about anything can be about something.
I agree with you georgie...John would have to be certifiably insane to sign a lease on office space if there wasn't a damn good reason.
King Oil....if you're nervous....I will buy your shares...put in a sell at .004 and I'll pick up everything you put on the block.
I am waiting Howie.
I've been holding stock since the days when the tcs-1 was just a glint in Muro's eye...... I've been waiting for just this opportunity.
I'm waiting.
Whether news comes by end of March or early April - it will come
I'll be waiting.
Too many things indicate news is coming.
And let's not forget, Tirex is already set to general 7 figures of income from the JV they have already signed...their share of the tipping fees.
I'm not sure what everyone is thinking....but I'm not expecting news of financing on a tcs machine - I'm expecting news on other JVs, on getting current, on getting off the pinks. On plans for building the new facility.... The publicized JV would never have formed if financing on the machine was uncertain - no business person worth his salt would have done that. Financing of the machine is a non-issue.
I see the logic in what you say trextrex but this investor could be someone like me. I own over 30 million shares already....so while I might not be too keen on paying .004 or higher....I might have a standing bid in at .0038 or lower to make a real quick chunk of cash should someone be silly enough to sell to me at that price.....despite all the evidence that this stock is going to soar.
Just a thought.
Agreed trextrex - that's big coin to be spending without a really good sense of big things to come. That's not a speculation, try to make a couple of grand type of investment.
Exactly.
Stagnation isn't healthy.
I say John's movement to new office space is a harbinger of great things. His movement in terms of where he hangs his hat....it is his business. That being said, people often move when prosperity shines down on them.
I see it all in a positive light.
Ides of March anyone?
Agreed Howie. I mean how many is many. I agree there well be several.....
And Georgie....you are going to discredit yourself on here if you think the news you listed....any or all of them...will only drive this to a cent. That is simply foolish.
No disrespect intended....but I think the thought of a celebratory dinner has rattled your brain.
I'd say news like that drives us to 3-5 cents ....
And I'd almost bet 5,000,000 shares on the fact that part of the news coming is txmc moving up off the pinks.
And if that happens coupled with multiple deals - then I see 5-8 cents.
This week? I'm thinking not, but as I say that, I do feel it's an "any day" thing. It will not surprise if news comes this week. The question I am asking is...how much news is coming.
I must be blind but the address on the Tirex website still days Post Road - it hasn't been updated yet.
Which website are you talking about....can you post the link?
Agreed . Brand new office space (an entire floor) in an upscale building like this tell me that if there are any questions around financing....they are so small as to not matter.
I also agree that these prices are a true bargain - its the time to buy or forever hold on to your future complaints about "I wish I'd bought more...".

He sent out an emailing letting me (and presumably others) that Tirex has new office space.
Not exciting news....but I interpret it as positive.
Anyone get JT's recent email?
Happy to drive you Howie.
Do you guys think things happen over night?
Deals are often complex...multi-players....connections...etc.
I agree with Georgie. Be patient.
If you're worried....sell your shares....I'll buy them.
Dinner and drinks - you have a bet. I'm close enough to Boston.
Market cap can refer to a company's value either in the present or future. A high market cap can also speak to the potential of a company. What investors feel it will one day be worth.
As I have stated, and if you re-read what I wrote...there will be a rs.
10 to 20 cents will see a rs.
There will be enough excitement to drive the stock to that range based on the potential demonstrated by the news.
0.004-0.005 is a great price. Yes, hindsight is 20/20....so why lament over opportunities lost at 0.0003?
For anyone who feels they do not have enough shares...now is the time to be buying.
I'll not have much sympathy for you if you are posting on here 3 months from now wishing you'd bought in when it was stuck at 0.004 for several weeks.
All of those price predictions are valid - .02, .10, .30......1$.... The only thing separating them is time. And between here and a dollar....I think there will be one RS....I am guessing between the 10 and 20 cent mark.
None of these will hit the open market for at least a year - they will all be restricted.
Lol...
Snowie....let's keep things in the realm of the somewhat sane. The billions of shares exist as a direct result of keeping the company solvent. Without those shares this board and the topic of Tirex wouldn't exist.
Building value in the shares benefits the management of tirex, the partners of tirex as well as us, the shareholders -- equally. We will not see a reverse spilt until the market will handle it - and that will not come before 10 cents or more.
To be honest, I don't question TXMC's decision to not seek stakeholder input to this point - there will be time for that once they are fully reporting. And no offense to anyone on this board, but based on some of the comments I've read....I'd be hesitant to seek advice as well.
These shares are one more step towards having the news we are all waiting for posted.
That's my 10 cents worth.
I do not see this as negative news nor do I see it as an automatic reverse spilt.
I believe these shares are to be provided to the stakeholders of the joint venture deal already published and no doubt have a restriction on them in terms of when they can be sold/traded. This is a great bit of news and should be taken as such. In terms of a reverse split....I do not see this happening until the market will bear it - and I can't see that happening till we are sitting at .10 to .15 cents at which point I can see a potential 10-1 reverse spilt.
Does this resonate with anyone?
Howie - I'm not avoiding your question....just trying to figure out a way of saying, "yes, that is my understanding" without incriminating myself. As soon as I figure out how to phase it, I'll answer you.
As far as what this stock might do....good question. I have owned shares since the beginning and have seen the price run from 5 cents to a 1.00$ when they news was posted that the tcs machine was capable of running for 72 consecutive hours. That's it....that was the press release. Granted, there were far fewer shares on the market.
I agree cbbmtt.
I wholeheartedly agree.
