If you found it on the net...was it a PDF you downloaded? I'm not asking you reveal the site but if it was a PDF if you look at the file's properties, you might be able to find the author.

TSU is a private company, there is plenty of info on them on the web. I suppose they do not have the same restrictions on them as a publicly traded company would. It's possible the business case was put out by the financiers supporting the merger. Its obvious that txmc doesn't have the money to put up.
