Do you have any proof at all as to this is what is happening? I am a commerical lender. NO one is going to lend 60mm with out a very good reason. MOST lenders are trying very hard to collect monies so that they can keep the doors open. There is a % of cash banks have to have for each defaulting loan and right now there are plenty defaulting.
