If he has ANY excuse for not using SEO, I'd run for the hills...
Go believe that...
Hmmm..."super" mass marketing? What the heck is that? I know that mass marketing means that you go after the general population with a broadcast message that will reach the largest number of people possible regardless of age, sex, interests, etc. Generally that's radio, television and newspapers, etc and that's the complete opposite of the niche "mommy blogger" marketing David said would be the home run. Mass marketing is very expensive. Super mass marketing must be super expensive.
If David is really telling you guys this stuff, he's severely contradicting himself or he doesn't know the definition of mass marketing and that would be equally as concerning.
With all due respect, that can be said of any business trying to launch.
1) Have a good product/deal and
2) be able to market it.
Unfortunately, both of those take money to create/procure and then market.
Regardless of whether he is a scam artist or not, the pricing and marketing strategy of the website is not and will not work as it is now.
Investors may ACTUALLY be better off if he IS a scam artist and plans to artificially pump the stock price or have someone else do it because I don't think the stock price will rise to the levels most of you need it to based on revenue in the future, if any.
Exactly. He is going to HAVE TO pay for something or this is dead...and I really do feel sorry for you guys if that's the case.
Here's something to think about. Look at this link.
http://siteanalytics.compete.com/netsavingslink.com/
Fact: David said that he released the hounds around September 1st.
Fact: The March and July/August higher website numbers correlate to the same time that there were penny stock promos in March and end of July.
I posted a comment around Sept 15th that these September numbers from Compete.com would come out in mid October and that they would be telling...
I know what they tell me...
ask is actually .057 but after hours bid and asks mean absolutely nothing
We all hope so!
I'm with you, but I don't know the rules on this stuff
The lack of communication does suck, I agree. I think companies have to be silent before mergers, but I'm no expert on this.
Yes. I've seen it. At 999 north Tustin in Santa Ana. Saw a few employees. Don't know exact count.
Desperation
I believe he is resorting to some sort of reverse psychology on himself. He probably feels that if he bashes the stock it will have the reverse effect since he used to pump to the stock and it tanked. Just my opinion.
I think you will be fine with Fresh Start. It's been painful but they really have something great if they get their crap together soon.
Welcome
You seem to know more than I do about the merger, but I live in the area, heard the radio ads for months, and know someone that has had the procedure. When/if you ever get to talk to someone that has had their life changed by this, you will feel more confident about all of this.
With the great program these guys are providing to change the lives of countless families, I can't see them trying to run a stock scam on the side. It would make absolutely no sense at all. I have faith that they are doing what they can on their end to get this merger complete. I can't see either side having anything to gain by not completing it. I'm no reverse merger expert, but from what I've researched, these things can take a while longer than we might think......obviously.
Ironically, I'm going to have a lot of drinks when this merger closes
Well, if they really are waiting on the lawyers approval, that's promising.
and what was the excuse then?
did you speak to them this week or last?
What excuses? Sounds like you must have spoken to someone if you know of any excuses. Please fill us in.
The Dow is up over 300 right now. Shouldn't all the pennies be too!?
Sorry, couldn't help it.
These numbers are only estimates. They could be way off in either direction to be fair. It's like typing your website name into one of those calculators that predict the value of a website.
It's good to watch whether these estimate trend up or down though.
Oh, and if it was 6900 different visitors each day for a month for a total of 207K that would be REALLY bad. That would mean people come once and never return. There's always overlap on those numbers. Since many of you on this board go to the site probably a few times a day so, you get counted for multiple visits.
Sooner or later, they should have to post their true traffic numbers since they are public.
Yeah, I'm sure those hedge funds and mutual funds held a lot of NSAV that they had to dump on that volatile day.
He is basically hoping that other people will promote his site for him because he offers them a commission on sales, if any sales take place. The problem is that there is nothing exclusive here for these affiliates to promote.
He needs to focus on marketing tactics that he can control such as SEO ,PPC, etc. This current approach is nothing but a wing and a prayer.
YOU CAN NOT BE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR WEB BUSINESS IF YOU DON'T HAVE SEO!! Bottom line....if he doesn't do this he either 1) doesn't know what he is doing and 2)He doesn't care. Either scenario doesn't bode well for the future of this website.
My take, as always, is that this is just a stock play. Play it wisely.
that's his twitter followers, not his blog. Also, look at his twitter followers...most of them seem to be pitching their own stuff
He has one follower and no comments on his blog
I believe they seriously intend on completing this because it seems they have to. If I'm reading the past filings correctly, the public side has the rights to the implant which the private side obviously needs to do the procedures. If this is correct, both sides need and want this to happen.
So get it done!!
So September should show a significant growth in traffic. October 15th should say a lot about his marketing model.
True. Everyone should mark their calendars for October 15th, since it appears that Compete.com releases their traffic estimates mid month for the previous month. Since David said he released the hounds somewhere around the end of August/early September, the next report should show a massive spike in traffic unless another penny newsletter promotes the stock prior to the end of Sept as that would skew the traffic numbers.
Here is your estimated August visitors for NSAV. Take what you want from it.

If all 3 of them are on the private side as it seems to be, they probably won't/can't call you back while this merger is being completed. I guess you can look at that as a good or bad thing.
I do know that they ran a boat load of radio ads last week on a few radio stations with the kid from Growing Pains endorsing them. Jeremy Miller, I believe is his name. Seems he had the procedure, according to his own words in the ad, and he is testifying to how it changed his life.
They lost all credibility on POTG.
Awesome penny doesn't care about the stock. If they get paid by a pumper, they promote. No pay, no pump. Read the fine print at the bottom of their emails. They don't do DD on the stocks they promote. The only DD they do is to make sure the pumpers check clears.
I would love to tell you, but then my identity may be revealed and I'd rather stay anonymous on ihub
Thank you mwito.....I think
I don't know it all, but I do know a lot because I have had my own deal site built from scratch. We have worked on it for over 2 years and building it is only half the battle...and the easier half. Getting traffic to it is the toughest part. It takes money....bottom line. Whether that's public relations, TV, radio, Pay per click, adwords, etc....you HAVE to spend money.
Trying to do it virally only, is tough unless you have something REALLY unique that people want to share with friends.
Netsavingslink.com is not a completely bad site but the model is set up for failure. There is NO need to charge a membership fee if you can make affiliate commissions on actual sales. Drop this barrier to entry and it would have a better chance of success IF (BIG IF)they spend money on marketing.
AL mentioned that the site does not come up when he searches "coupons" or "savings". Of course it won't! Those keywords are so competitive since you have the Groupons and LivingSocials of the world spending A LOT of money to get listed at the top of those. Not to mention a plethora of other "deal" sites out there.
You know how many other Netsavingslink.com clone sites are out there? They are cheap to put together and they are free to access.
My site is still not what I consider successful and a lot of money has been, and still is being spent to market it. We are using SEO and its a slow process to build rankings. We even reward visitors with cash to submit deals on the site and to share deals with friends through social networks and it's still not easy to get that viral spark.
It's not as simple as "build it and they will come."
That's my opinion on the industry from my own experience. Now in regards to the stock, it's anyone's guess what he is doing with these Chinese investors and authorization of 1 billion shares. There's no way to know the relationship with those "investors" since they are in China. You can't really do much DD on them. They could be in cahoots with David, and that money never even really changed hands......who knows...just a possibilty
ha. NO. More like Exclusive membership to deals that you can find in a million other places for free online
Um no. My point is that people may pay for exclusive content. NSAV has NOTHING exclusive.
