I like the fact that there has been NO facts presented to show the cipherloc not working. After all that is what it's about. The product............. But we have facts to represent the boy's in Texas just nay have something there. These guy's make no money if the technology is not viable. They know more than we do.................THE STAKES ARE GINORMOUS HERE.............MULTIPLE BILLIONS..................THE WORLDS ONLY UNHACKABLE CYBERSECURITY SOLUTION ..................$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$...........................................................EVERYONE GETS RICH.
Correct, the time to invest when there is no interest. When a stock is out of the radar. Like when the Wright brothers were tooling their list of patents.
That is the beautiful thing about disruptive technology. It takes over becomes part of our lives and the rewards it generates are so great that a person only needs a very small investment to be rich. That is what 200 baggers do. The price of a vacation or going out for dinner in a year. No big investment to even need to worry about a loss. But a person just has to be in it.
Genius scientist, Albert Carlson Einstein has proven to the world that every current cipher and the current technology is vulnerable to attack. Opening the doors wide open for cipherloc to come in. Folks please do your own DD. This is real and actually happening. CLOK's product portfolio will be released shortly and when the contracts start coming in and the investor base increases 10 - 20 dollars will be really cheap..
CLOK is a billion dollar baby. The worlds only truly unhackable hardware/software solution. Is actually worth 100's of billions. The only question is, does it really work? To be honest, no naysayer has proven that it does not work. Following the company and the Champion over the years and seeing the progress they have made including Champion hires, which no one can deny and geniuses moving their family accross the country suggests to me that it does work. So given the fact MDLG has given every commonman an opportunity to become a multi-millionaire, the question we have to ask ourselves, in the words of Clint Eastwood is do you feel lucky, because missing out on CLOK will be a mistake in life which regrets will have no boundaries.
Whatever happened to all that Patent talk???????????
That reminds me of the wright brothers. They had their first successful flight long before their documented flight. Right after their first flight, they told everyone that had a successful flight. Newspapers and etc. NO ONE BELIEVED THEM. Orville and Wilbur, the Champions that they were instead of proving the naysayers right away, decided to first get cast iron patents and what they have accomplished. It took some time but the rest is history.

Never has such an all star team been assembled since the 1986 mets. Truly a team of Geniuses and Champions.
If the Champion holds out long enough CLOK can reach 1000 dollars per share. Think about. A disruptive cyber security solution that will used by everyone in their everyday life. I need to run a 5k tonight to burn off my excitement.

Clok-em, great post. Very informative, it shows the trend of progress the Champion and the boys are doing. Can we get this someone make it a sticky.
#itwouldreallysucktomisstheboat
One thing for certain, the recent hires didn't sign on for no reason. They may pay them handsomely in shares but unless those shares rise in price they won't make any money. That is a major validation in my eyes. They know a heck of a lot more of that is going on and what the worth of the company is.
To think what MDLG has done. Taken A POS SHELL, and is turning it into a fortune 500 gem. Truly amazing. Only one word can describe this man. And that is CHAMPION.
I agree, if cipherloc is so great and becomes the an industry standard. Shouldn't it be worth 100's of billions. essential another intel or google. Yes it would, but the number I am guessing is what a buyout would fetch. Or in other words. what is the champion's MAGIC number. I am only guessing 5-20 billion.
Keep in mind
Whats app fetched 16 billion.
Clok-em, great post. This post should be a sticky.
cipherloc will be worth billions......
How many billions, 5-20 IMO.
Maybe more,
Clok will be the industry standard in cyber security.
CLOK is nasdaq bound.

I see a sell off after the court case. One way or another. Traders flip on news. Any thoughts......
Volume drying up is never a good thing. Some are holding 20 million shares. To regain momentum the stock needs to go lower. Wouldn't it be great if we go back to the teens and start another pump and dump.
How can excuses be made that a publicly traded company issuing shares at .0008. My head is spinning here. For 16k, chump change, unbelievable. That 300 mil A/S and dilution was enough to drive this POS down 80%? How can anyone put a good spin on it?
The downside is as limited as how much the company dilutes. So dilutive shares that were issued had ZERO faith. Even if EV's have growth in the next few years what would that mean for public charging. Especially if all this growth has longer range vehicles that are forced to use L3 charging. What will the share structure be in 2 years??? For a company that issues shares at .0008 to pay 16k????? Where in the heck is it ever written that there is money in public charging, either level 2 or level 3. The future here IMO is as predicable as the past bold caps traders and all.
I think you left out the part that daily use was about one or a half hours per day. Yes I will repeat this again, one or a half hours per day of use. I am welcome to other estimates. But It sure as heck doesn't sound like the thousands of people with private chargers or that have access to chargers are using them. Again, I am just trying to help investors figure out how much revenue the big kahuna is making and expect to make in the future. Funny thing is I am the only one..... And I am not a stockholder. Lmao same play, different stock. I seen it a thousand times.
KF I know the story, I was there. When those same people were buying in the .012-.015 and .017 range during the NRG leak and the company paid promo. Talking about 5-10 cents. The same crap we are hearing now. I remember my neighbor saying he would sell off some at .02 and hold for silver. Funny thing is the NRG leak promotion never got to 2 cents, so my neighbor got squat. Instead of taking a double, he followed the convincing promoters, and did the same the last pump. So please include all the purchases that were made well above copper for my JNSH value tracker. The only people that have made money on this POS are the traders. just like my friend that flipped this POS close to ten times. pinkies are all the same, they are all news driven POS. anyone that goes long will get burned. Many have thanked me, telling me they wished they listened to me earlier.
Hey, at least I am trying figure out where to usage is coming from and how much revenue it is generating. Of course the parking spots are for EV's DOH. That is where we get the 2 dollar an hour charge from. If people aren't using the spaces for parking, then where is the very little usage coming from? according to the PR, 911 sessions in a month at 2.31 hours per session amounts to an average per charger of one or a half hour per day. That depends on how many chargers they have which no one seems to know. If everyone has their own charger or access, they wouldn't have need for them. Could it possibly be some people are dumb enough to buy an EV in a cold place like Chicago and not have access to a private charger? I find it highly unlikely more than a handfull of people can be so stupid. I know an EV advocate in Chicago with parking that doesn't even own a EV even with a garage. I am just trying to figure out where this massive usage is coming from. All other opinions are welcome.
KF, I am going to start a value tracker on JNSH. So far we are down about 70% since I first started following and evaluated it. This should be an interesting exercise.
Simple, everyone with a an EV has their own private charger or access to one at work or a parking garage. within a few miles of public chargers so nobody really needs to use them. But some are according to the low usage numbers. The only feasible explanation would be they are using them as parking spots. After all the chargers are in the best locations. Probably hard to find parking in those places.
Why is it every time this stock goes up there is a promotion going on. Seems it can never go up on it's own merits.
Funny thing no believers seem to even own them. no one I know in Chicago.I am sure they are used as parking spaces at busy area/s. Not a bad deal 2.00 per hour parking. No valet tipping.
Funny thing about seedy neighborhoods. The riff-raff seems to always go to the better neighborhoods to roll people. I cannot see any EV owner in their right mind using Chicago public charging. Maybe that is why EV marketshare is half the national average. Good thing all those EV owners have their own private chargers.
Where is the CEO getting the money to pay for the EVUS attorneys and JNSH attorneys.
Will they have to issue more shares for 16k pocket change,
DOH.
You left out.
CEO issues 16k worth of share at .0008 and insider/friend/family or whomever it was as we are told. Sold those shares right away. ZERO confidence.
Consistent dilution over three years.
NO money in public charging............ Network virtually worthless.
Stock itself is a pump and dump full of traders.
As always in anunnaki's opinion.
Wow, amazing read on EVUS, the CEO's other EV charging company. Seems like the deal really did fall through. IMO he should have kept shareholders informed. The former shell was owned by Wolfson, Suber and Ashton. A who's who's of pinky scams. Seems not much DD was done in that deal. I am feeling sorry for him at this point. Between Farkas, Ashton and nagging shareholders. It must not be easy.

What the heck is happening with Chicago. 3.400 murders in the past 8 years. What a sh#thole. I can not see anyone wanting to use public charging. I could see someone getting rolled as they are waiting for a three hour charge IMO.
Funny thing is the guy who coined the term fool cells was the same guy that thought of swapping batteries as a solution for the long EV charging time, LMAO. Anyone that bet's against Toyota will be parted with their money. That is a no brainer.
UK, some are saying JNSH is a long term investment. In that context it would be only logical to follow the progress of FUEL CELLS, Right? After all as we know the BEV has a huge head start, but despite that every single car manufacturer is on board and will have a model by 2020. FUEL CELLS have long been touted the holy grail. BEV's have had such a tough sell Obama has missed his projections by 2/3'ds. That is with all the subsidies. And we are sitting at less than a percent market share after 7 years. With the long charge time and short ranges they are incapable of being used for the trucking industry as well as diesel trains. The buildout is also a tough sell because no one wants to put up chargers because there is no ROI on them. If you think about it, as available as BEV's are, not one believer owns one. They have started the Fuel Cell buildout in California last year, they are starting the Northeast buildout this year. By 2020 I would think they would be well on their way. So on the premise of JNSH being a long term investment, Fuel Cells are very relevant. I am figuring 2020 being a turning point. Investors of course will need to be ahead of the curve IMO.
Has anyone called the T/A lately. EOM.
We have heard that .05-10 cent thing for so long. Even the newer investors aren't falling for it. Mom and pop shop with a public charging network that has the rev of a few hot dog stands. The traders are the only people making money here, and the people that sold the companies dilutive shares. They won't wait for copper, just like the last P/D IMO.
I think if there is a settlement there will be a sell off. People will take advantage of the promotion. The way I see it CCGI would likely appeal and drag it out again. Smart money will get out before the appeal. If some are able to pick up some in the teens they can probably get a nice flip. All my opinion here.
