I think any dip below 0.07 will be temporary cos GACP would have over paid for that 5 mill investment. If anyone should know the true valuation of this company it will be them. The pps has been weirdly manipulated to trade within 0.07 and .12. I sometimes wonder if it has anything to do with the 09/17/2015 press release.
I think there is more going on too. Hopefully it will be announced premarket on Monday.
There was some dumping btw I believe it was Tuesday.
For them to state that they are no longer pursuing tells me that they have either been asked for more additional information or have been denied.
I think there'll should be a PR Monday with some guidance. There has to be.
There'll likely be one Monday am. I have a feeling there's more to this decision
Are you concerned? I thought you were so sure of a buyout - max 2 weeks from June 6 that this disappointing news would not bother you.
I don't have the luxury of time to summarize whole paragraphs for people who won't take the time to educate themselves. what I will do is point to point you to the source of the information, which I have done. You're welcome.
Read the ceo's May blog on the USRM website. You may come to a different conclusion.
lol where did you get that?
I believe that is generally correct however it could also be that USRM is merely trying to direct folks to the clinical trial which is once again active....the other theory is also plausible which means it will be public information soon.
This has to do with embryonic stem cell research not the type of stem cells used in USRM protocols.
You mean like every other stock on the market? That can't be!
Among other things doing what you're suggesting may get you voting rights and some control in the decisions of the company not outright ownership -so, for example, you don't get the company's intellectual property rights or anything of the sort by buying shares on the open market. You can negotiate that through a merger or acquisition etc. Governance vs ownership of the entity itself.
You're not alone. It would seem that the folks who filed that rather scathing complaint were ok with only shares and no $$$. I wonder why? ?
who cares. it'll only be temporary whatever the dip.
where did you see that the date has been pushed to June?
Agreed! I think RMAT approval is a huge deal but there are lots of other positives here besides that.
The FDA will reach a decision one way or another within the 60 day period.
You're spot on. Reactivation is a required first step to approval. That is not to say that approval is guaranteed but just putting things in perspective. Today's pr was just an update and nothing else.
I was concerned that USRM didn't have enough data points with 26 patients on the trial but after reading what other companies had it seems it's not so much about the number of patients as it is about the clinical improvement in the condition. I think the odds of approval are more than 50% here.
lol..that's not going to happen.
I think his presentation on USRM is uninformed. If it were a promo we'd be back at 2 cents by now and not holding steady near. 12 for weeks.
this statement from USRM September 2015 PR keeps me calm when pps dips.
“Our confidence is high,” stated Dr. Murphy, Chairman of US STEM CELL, Inc.
“Market activity surrounding our publicly traded Common Stock has provided an
attractive opportunity for insiders, as it does for all investors, to benefit from our strategic
efforts to build US STEM CELL into a world class company. We believe the opportunity
for extraordinary investment gains exists and we plan, within the regulatory guidelines, to
actively seize upon the opportunity to increase our ownership stakes in the Company.”
The headline for the PR was "US STEM CELL (Bioheart) Announces Insiders Intend to Purchase Company
Common Stock in the Open Market"
It seems they've made good on their intent to buy shares.
No, requesting for more information is part of the process and does not restart the clock.
ceos can't scrub SAE info.
the significant differences between phase II and III are that the latter requires more patients to be recruited and is a direct comparison between the therapy under investigation and the current standard of treatment for that particular condition.
Short interest is very high on this one. Check out the numbers for yourself. Otc.com
Don't be silly!
Why's that a magic number. ?
What kind of CEO makes predictions on pps? You must be joking.
Look at the history of how this stock has traded over the last 3 months. It has seen worse days and bounced back. 0.008 can be achieved in minutes.
Projections are meaningless without time frames.
Did he say he knows something because the CEO told him? Don't be silly.
And if it's true, that's selective disclosure from a stinky pinky ceo to a penny promoter and that's highly illegal.
I don't mind the game. It just gets old when people all of a sudden claim to have a change of heart cos of some "research" they just did.
And you.only.noticed this after you sold?
Dude that's not the case. I live in Ontario and wasn't allowed to buy today.
I bought on Friday though. It seems like some thing that they do when there's high volume for no apparent explanation..more of a precaution than anything IMO.
Yea my order was automatically cancelled..twice today. I use RBC.
Did you get this from amazon ?
Do you have an opinion as to what options are available after there are no more shares left to issue? That is assuming it is needed for raising additional capital.
My understanding is that since the date of maturity is in March, it it does not form part of the notes which have been paid off. I doubt that note will be allowed to mature though.
Does this still mean that the notes that mature in March will come due or have they taken care of these as well?
Two things.
1. Brand licensing agreement was between level 5 and vitamin fizz llp last year.this gives level 5 the rights to the vitaminfizz brand etc. The PR last week with ASM mentions vitamin fizz as an llc. They seemed to have changed form as a corporate entity which is fine and doesn't affect level 5 in anyway except an llc is a more elaborate corporate body than an llp is certain respects...
2. Last week's pr mentions vitaminfizz llc as a subsidiary of.level 5. Unless this is an error or the "subsidiary" was used loosely..this suggests an ownership interest of level 5 in vitamin fizz llc or vice versa. If this is correct then the partners that make up vitami.fizz have more than.just a contract with level 5. Maybe the giants are ready to step out of the shadows?
2.the pr las
More importantly, when did vitamin fizz llp change to vitamin fizz llc and since when are they a subsidiary of level 5 or Minerco. Been struggling with that bit for sometime now.
I didn't think.having a brand licensing agreement with an entity de facto makes that entity a subsidiary. Maybe it's an error by spellcom but if indeed vitaminfizz llc is a subsidiary of level 5, I'll say the implications are huge considering the make-up of vitaminfizz llc/llp.
Anyone have any thoughts?
