History repeats itself is a general state and although it can happen but doens't always happen still doesn't make it a fact. Even when history repeats itself its not the same because there are always variations that make that moment unique.

Posting what will happen in not a fact it is a personal opinion of what may come in the future. Something that is fact can only happen in the past tense. Not even present tense because as soon as it happens it becomes past tense. Unless of course you had a time machine and could go into the future so see what happens before it happens then return to the current time and then it could be considered that what you saw in the future is indeed fact however there would be some that would still arge that since it still hasn't officially happend that it still isn't fact. There is also the possibility that you could be sitting in the present with the ability to see into the future. But I don't think you want me to get started on that.

I thought they legally had to wait 12 months between splits.

They can't do another reverse split for another 7 or so months.

There are a lot of companies that are late but don't. I think thats worse. At least these guys are still maintianing contact with the share holders and providing, however little, information.

The stock bull

I got in sometime last year, but this vol doesn't mean anything. This happens on a regular basis. Some days it ticks up one but tomorrow morning it will go back down. I think we have a bit more waiting to go. But I think this may end up being a good company to be part of. I will just keep accumulating. When it does go I'll be set.

Maybe they have a few things going on and they want to pile each onto the other to see how far they can shoot the PPS. Release it all at once and let it ride.

Its not out of the question, in the last year it managed to hit over 2 cents. Its not very likely but you never know.

Anything that has to do with Apple generates a lot of attention doesn't matter how minor it is people always associate that with positive trends.

Maybe the restricting of the pps has something to do with all the acquisitions they are trying to get finalized. Maybe if the pps goes up to much they would need to change the merger offers to the other companies to reflect the pps change. This would likely end up costing them a lot more time and money that just restricting the price in the first place. We don't know what the nature of the offers contain so its hard to know but it is a possibility and would also explain the timing of the PR's as well trying to restrict price chance while still keeping shareholder's well informed. Just a thought

Who knows maybe they do have a plan with how they are releasing news.
