Chineese money grabbers......................and let us not forget also the penny stock peddlers. Apple now and forever!!!
Hey NOVICE THIS SLIGHTLY REVISED MESSAGE IS ALSO FOR YOU, it looks like we now have a definitive location of this company warehouse, which turns out to be what we/YOU had known sometime ago. All we need is for someone to get a Chinese college student to call these phone numbers and try to get some information in a "detective-style" way. The phone numbers are on the webpage but we need someone who really knows how to approach the person who answers the phone in China to get confirmation .
Below you will see the confirmation that I received FROM DB and the rest is exactly what we had been speculating on for a while. Now we know that Wang is presumably leasing some warehouse space right in that area. No more confusion. Hopefully this stock will now start moving up to where it should be.

Red, I have to tell you that even though I had to do a little more research in order to get some numbers right, I am truly grateful to CBW for having posted that link which provides information that was just released on February 4.
That list tells us clearly that in Yunnan province there are only 7 companies that have an internet license and that assures me that this company is extremely valuable for that alone. Even if Wang does business only in Kunming, the population of that city alone exceeds 6.5 million people! That is extraordinary--7 internet companies controlling distribution in Kunming alone! I cannot blame Wang right now in wanting to use any funds that he has to expand the business. Of course, since most shareholders or speculators have no idea what is going on there is always the possibility that they will drag this stock down to the point where we just feel completely depressed and disgusted as I am.
The question that affects all of us is how long are we willing to wait before we throw the towel! I certainly hope something extraordinary takes place to change Wang's attitude toward shareholders.
Novice, I realize that sometimes things get confused at first glance based on the translation provided through Google and accordingly I want to retract my statement concerning the Kunming company listed as number 32. The translation gave me the wrong understanding of this list but after reviewing my own translation I understood that this was the list of all companies in China who have the special license. There is no mention of any license renewal requirement.
As a result of my personal review of the list I discovered the following details:
The first licenses for this type of commerce were issued in 2008 to 3 companies (#18,20 and 21).
In 2009 another 3 companies were given licenses (#6,11,14). In 2010 another 4 companies received licenses, and in 2011 the number of licenses increased to 15 and among those companies we find Wang's lovechild.
Now that we have on hand a complete list of e-commerce companies I must thank Chargers for posting that information. And for those of you who want to investigate those e-commerce companies further I am sure you can dig out some missing links by reviewing the list for more details.
LTO, I have already complimented you for taking my advise the last time out--yes, you did a great thing by dropping the doomsday wheel of the Aztecs, but I am not sure if that speedometer serves any purpose. Remember that time is meaningless--just take a look at the present world population compared to Aztecs time--from less than one billion to over 6 billions now!!!
Now, to give you some updates, just take my advise and keep buying this stock now while it's very cheap. Just remember than no matter what Wang is doing behind shareholders' back he is not as bad as we think. Since I don't believe that he is gambling our money at the Macau casino, I must assume that he is investing every yuan that he makes to expand the company.
Of course, by doing that he is abandoning all of us now and he is not paying any of the bills that are incurred to run a publicly listed corporation. That is bad for this stock but it's good to preserve the capital to expand the company. One of these days when he is required to provide audited financials to prove ownership of this company, he will realize that he has no way to go but to have the Marcum people finish the job and then we will know the truth. Until that time comes stop blabbering your nonsense and just buy some shares or maybe you can go on the Apple board and give some advise to those fat shareholders.
P.S. One more thing, so that I don't have to post separately, in reply to the other poster who provided a list of companies that have received an internet license, please note that First China already has a license which simply gets renewed after so many years. Also, note that the company that you indicated that begins with the word Kunming is NOT this company. As a matter of fact ALMOST none of the many companies that have been mentioned in web links on this board are this company.
For those of you who are itching for some action while waiting for Wang to change his behavior, here is a sight that provides stocks that are being promoted and you can decide what to do after you go into the Ihub board and review what comments are being made. Maybe you can make some quick money to buy more shares of FCPG...LOL>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
http://www.thepumptracker.com/
Hey pack, it's time for you to take the lead and do everything possible to make contact with the source of all our PPS problems!
You have to contact the intermediary in order to reach the top man. If you don't want to contact Bernstein then try the other Chinese executive who is in China. I already provided email address and phone number for him--at least try to make contact and then tell us on this board what happened.
One more thing, for everyone on this board, even if you have tried once and have received no response, just try again in some other way. There are companies on the OTC market that are wheeling and dealing in all kind of sneaky deals but because they keep shareholders informed they are not penalized with RED WARNING signs. Instead FCPG, because of its failure to inform is now being REDLINED. This company does not deserve to be "redlined" and it's up to you to reverse that.
All of you, must continue to push the Marcum top people to act as intermediaries and at least convey messages to Wang on behalf of the shareholders. The more of you send messages the better it is for Bernstein to realize that he has to do something THROUGH HIS CHINESE MANAGERS IN CHINA. Just go back and read that post of mine where I mention that Bernstein forwarded my message to Wang to his Chinese office representative who in turn forwarded my message to Wang. There is no doubt that Wang, having received the message through the Marcum office in China was made aware of the comments in it by the office translator and I am sure it stuck in his mind. All of you try to achieve a similar objective and if the messages are relayed to Wang that way he will probably realize that he cannot continue avoiding his responsibilities to the shareholders.
Do not let this stock languish in its present status because by doing so you open the door to speculators who sooner or later will apply their own nasty tactics and manipulate the PPS the wrong way.
I hope that everyone on this board is seriously pursuing the task of communicating with Bernstein or the other auditor whom I provided an email for.
The assignment is very simple--JUST SUGGEST THAT IF THEY APPROACH WANG PROPERLY (WITH A SUGGESTION THAT HE CANNOT REFUSE...YES THAT WAS FROM THE GODFATHER MOVIE) WANG CAN BE CONVINCED THAT TO HELP Marcum FIRM TO FINALIZE SOME OR ALL OF THE FINANCIALS.
All of you and your other friends must bombard Bernstein with communication that gives him the perception that he can always count on posters of this board if he ever needs help.
If you remember when I compiled a list (which I published and updated on this board) there are about 40 shareholders who are or have been posters of this board. Mention to Bernstein that fact so that he knows that this group is willing to take suggestions from him if he feels that we can help--GET THAT DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS TO WANG AND THEN WE WILL NOT NEED ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK FOR THIS BOARD.
GOOD LUCK!
Curious to know if anyone has taken the step I had suggested in emailing Bernstein with a suggestion to help this company with the financials now and get their compensation later. Don't worry, I am not going to give up on this plan of action--I simply want to remind all of you that the longer you wait for release of financials to take place the less you can expect at this end. Right now none of you can make any predictions as to when the financials will be filed, if ever.
Now, for those of you who might want to try another angle, here is the contact information for the number 4 or 5 man in the Marcum roster. He is one of the top Marcum men in China and maybe he will listen to your suggestion. Give it a try, and maybe he might talk to his boss (Bernstein) and they will get things rolling. It does not take much for this stock to move--just a cheap PR stating that Marcum anticipates completing and having financials ready for filing on or before a certain date! I am sure all of you want this stock to go up!!!!!

LTO, here is a big incentive for you to take some action and prove to yourself that you have contributed something on this board.
Up to now you have not achieved any goal that would take you out of the crowd--you have simply tried to discredit my statements without really thinking for one moment that what I have mentioned all these years is simply what others were expecting. All these others (Tse, Doug, the attorneys and anyone else connected with this company) were simply believing and conveying to others what they perceived based on Wang's action. Nobody was expecting that Wang would stop listening to his advisors and want to do things his own way. That is the reason why we are here at this moment.
Therefore,if you want to do something positive for this company just send your own email to Bernstein and make your own suggestions. And by the way, you should know by now that no matter what catastrophic events take place in this world, and even if 99% of the population perishes there will always be survivors in each continent to continue reproducing again and resume life back again. Therefore, forget about the 2012 Aztec prediction wheel and change your ID picture to something that provides you with confidence that there will always be a future for the human race.
Have fun on this board and tell Wang what he should do.
Here are two more quotes from the previous interview:
"Along with working around the clock, which many of us do, these measures enable the delivery of excellent work product and efficient service at a reasonable cost."
"When somebody sees the Marcum name, they know exactly what they are getting: quality service and no surprises."
Here is something that could come handy when you write to Bernstein. NOTICE THE SENTENCE WHERE BERNSTEIN SAYS THAT HE FLYS TO CHINA ALMOST EVERY MONTH.
http://www.marcumbp.com/pdf/221226MarcumBernstein.pdf
CBW, forget about the hiring spree, just send an email to Bernstein along the lines that I outlined in in my previous post!
Just tell him to take a different initiative of his own and complete the financials now on a pro-bono basis with repayment clauses as soon as the listed company makes progress. Everyone on this board just try their own initiative to achieve this end. Bernstein has live contacts in China who can forward any suggestion you make to Wang so that an agreement can be completed between Wang and Bernstein.
This suggestion is also 100% for novice, who in turn can mobilize the other posters whom he know closely.
The longer this stock remains inactive, the more it will be subject to people liquidating their holdings and moving to something else. If any of you thinks there is someone else better than Bernstein to turn to then do it. Nothing tried, nothing gained! Shareholders united are the only entity that can achieve a miracle right now--you have nobody else to turn to.
Well, finally it seems to me that the majority on this board is of the opinion that Wang is doing one thing--keeping the Chinese company going and possibly growing, but at the same time abandoning everyone and everything connected with the publicly listed company and its advisors!
We are facing a real dilemma wherein we have to figure out what to do with the shares that we own. Selling now means a tremendous loss; buying now seems also an unknown factor because we don't know how some speculator will move this stock. We could be sitting on a stock that suddenly could go back into the dollar value or if Wang never reforms we are facing the end.
Wow! What a dilemma! A lot of possible outcomes but nobody to turn to for help. It would be useful for some of you who know a little more than someone else to turn to one person who could really help--that is Drew Bernstein. Yes, Drew would be the man whom you could convince to use his influence in advising Wang to do the right thing. Tell him everything that you know and convince him to either accommodate Wang so that the filings can be completed now even if Marcum has to do the work based on future installment payments; tell Bernstein that he should have his best man in China talk to Wang realistically and convince Wang of all the benefits that would ensue as a result of financials filings. Tell Bernstein that this stock listed company can provide his auditing firm great exposure and prestige if only he is able to convince Wang how important it is to maintain FCPG current in its audited reporting.
Some of you who are business savvy can provide your own logic in suggesting to Bernstein that a pro-bono completion of the auditing is better for the future than a complete standstill! I am sure Bernstein would not shy away from good publicity that would benefit his firm exposure to further business activity in greater China.
P.S. All those million shares shareholders (or close to that number)should take my suggestion seriously unless you have someone else to turn to convey a positive message for Wang. Also, just look at the shrinking of the spread of the bid/asked ratio and you might understand that those who are still asking for 6 or 7 cents have practically disappeared! It's up to all of you to do something to protect this stock.
Hey Hoozy, you got it right as far as to the transfer of accounting to Marcum--everything after that I have no way of knowing except for the extensive delay that has taken place in filing the financials with the SEC. This delay can be explained in a simple way, IMO, and that is that Marcum has not been paid and they have stalled from doing any further work until they get some advance money! And since Wang owes money to a lot of people, he would rather put the money into the company business rather than pay for anything that has to do with the exchange listed company. Basically the drugs-selling business is ongoing but we the shareholders are holding an empty bag!
The question is: Will Wang turn back for advise to the people from this side of the ocean or will he just try to do things with his Chinese buddies in Kunming or other parts of China???? We are in the middle of a guessing game with no definite answers.
They were all sellers, not buyers.
To all the posters on this board, can you understand what kind of response is the one above which was provided by LTO? Here we have an individual who seems to have his level of understanding stuck back to 2012 when the Aztecs had predicted the end of the world.
You have been provided with half a dozen people who bought units and you tell me that they were sellers!!! How that heck do you know who is still holding units and who sold them?
Anyway, for all those who have nothing to post about, at least have some fun reading what has been stated here. And for those who remember reading here activities that were supposed to take place but never materialized, just remember that I simply mentioned the information that had been provided and which never materialized due to the failure of one man who really never cared one bit about shareholders and wanted to do things his way--that is the reason why this stock is at this level right now--one CEO stubbornness in taking advise from the advisors around him. Even the people close to Wang cannot understand how he continues to behave the way he does!!!
I certainly hope those who read this post get it right for what it says AT THIS TIME WHEN EVERYONE FEELS LEFT OUT.
SEE PREVIOUS POST.
Hey LTO, if you are so inquisitive why don't you call Ms. Chinchar of Sandgrain and ask her if she is still holding HER 32,000+ units shares of FCPG, and also the units of the other five or six investors that she was managing through her company at that time (look up the names c/o Sandgrain and number of units on the original filing). Maybe she might give you some inside information...
http://financial-advisors.findthebest.com/l/177532/Nancy-Chinchar
Actually, anyone who is politically and financially efficient can call her and discuss First China. Maybe she can help! Maybe Bar could introduce himself to her as a Buffett aficionado and get some useful information for all of us.
All of you get involved and use your professional know-how to talk to this lady!
Yesterday the asked price was .0286 and nobody was willing to pay that! Today the asked is .047 but nobody is buying or selling within a middle range?? I guess that whoever is holding shares is in a state of limbo not knowing which way this stock is going to go....I cannot blame anyone for feeling that way--if only Wang was willing to come out and make his feelings known in the open.
I believe that Wang is caught in a dilemma of fear wherein his subconscious is telling him that what he is doing is wrong and therefore he should keep his mouth shut so that no one knows what is really going on. By doing that he is protecting the PPS just in case...even though the PPS is so low that someone with money could buy millions of shares now and eventually make a big profit if they knew for sure what Wang is up to!! We all know that sooner or later Wang has to reconcile with all the people around him and get this STOCK LISTED company moving again. We just do not know what Wang will do...but no matter what the fact remains that he still owns only 25% of this company through his 15 million shares!
This is one Chinese company that will prove Bar wrong and will remind him later how he missed the best opportunity of his life...yeh, LOL..........but not rolling on the floor.
Bar, you seem to be so well versed in every field that you are even an expert in understanding me, and given the opportunity you could do the same for every single other poster of this board if only they direct a blunt message that stimulates your desire to become a Buffett of this board.
Nobody needs to ask anyone on this board if they want to sell this stock at the bid price. I only presented a suggestion for my own reason at the asked price because maybe in reality I did not want to sell the stock at such low price.
Why? Because no matter how bad things are right now I believe that Wang eventually will have to settle with shareholders if he wants to move forward. He has no leg to stand by going around Chinese lenders and showing them the locally audited financials for a company that once properly investigated will be shown to be listed on an American exchange. Any Chinese company that is a public company must provide audited financials which have been submitted to the regulatory agency of the country where the stock is listed--the SEC in this case.
Remember that the posters of this board can read anyone's post and interpret what is presented according to what their beliefs might be--the better they know the poster the better they will understand what is being presented. Hopefully I can count on at least 3 people who know what I am saying!
Hey bigcut, it seems that something special might be brewing today with the PPS up quite a bit. Is this the time to buy at a cheap price of .0086? Someone might be ready to get out of jail and get this company going!!!!!
This message will seem very unusual but I need your help.
There is a SELL ORDER right now for 45,000 shares at the latest price of .0269. I would appreciate if one of you would buy these shares today so that the person who is selling the shares will relax and I can retain my shares without further mental stress.
I personally will continue to hold what I have and hope for a better future! Thanks.
P.S. By the way, I noticed that my post was number 13,000--we have reached another milestone!!!! I wonder how things will look when we reach 14,000?
Hey Bar, after reading those remarks I can only think of my favorite line from a classic book, which was later made into a movie, a long, long time ago..."the best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry ...when in the hands of a Chinese CEO."(the bold portion is mine).
All I can tell you right now is that Wang is no business dummy, he simply feels that money right now is better spent to move the business forward rather than pay big money to expensive American auditors! In other words, if this company gets bigger and bigger and Wang wants to list in Hong Kong he won't be able do anything until the American shareholders are taken care of...
Now think for a moment--Wang might not care one bit about the American shareholders but he cannot sell this company to anyone without the approval of the American shareholders. I think you should forget about Buffet and start thinking about Wang!
Hey Bar, I believe there is am old saying that says "No news is good news"--until the news comes out, and then it's too late to buy this stock for pennies! So, don't you think you should take a plunge and load up on this stock, at this price before any news comes out. If you are wrong you lose only 100% of your money, but if you are right you could end up with a 500-1000% profit!!!
Open the link below and you will see that Bar is busy helping people make money...I believe he has decided to leave the people of this board to their own destiny, until even the believers in Wang will turn around and realize that the man in Kunming is not what he appeared to be! The man has abandoned just about everyone who has provided him with guidance.
But not everything is lost--if Wang is successful in his personal plans, and if he wants to expand nobody will lend him any money if they discover that the Chinese company is owned by the shareholders of FCPG. Sooner or later he will realize that he can only go so far and he will realize that he has to come back to the rules of an SEC public listed corporation.
Of course there is always the possibility that Wang will fool the Chinese lenders and obtain Chinese banks money without informing the Chinese banks about the public company connection. He can always present the Chinese version of the company financials and nobody there will bother checking further...but eventually, if he plays dirty tricks we will get him...ha,ha,ha....that could take years..................
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profileb.aspx?user=42712
For those of you who have level II information, I am curious to find out if you have noticed something unusual.
Yesterday after the market closed and I looked on the right side of the Ihub screen where the bid/asked prices for the closed market are shown I only saw the low and high prices for the day. Usually in the evening, or before the market even opens you always see a large spread on the PPS. Am I to assume that all the shareholders who were asking for 5,6,7,8,9 and 10 cents are gone?
Is everyone willing to sell all their shares for just 3-4 cents?
Any comments?
Well H, in my opinion the best qualified person to write a letter to Wang would be dmg since he is well acquainted with the present issues that we are facing and he has a business world experience that can be used to teach Wang to do the right thing.
Of course Novice could also do his thing, and many others on this board could follow. I cannot remember who on this board (other than the Surfer) is the shareholder with 1 million shares but he should also get involved in what I have suggested in sending a strong message to Wang. What happens to this stock depends on which direction Wang goes--SEND THOSE DHL DELIVERED SPECIAL ENVELOPES AND WANG WILL KNOW THAT YOU ARE ALL SERIOUS ABOUT HIS MISBEHAVIOR!
Hey novice, pack, and dmg I am waiting for you and the others to take the initiative and go to the attack and tell Wang what to do!
I am waiting for your email response. There is no time to waste!
Novice, pack and dmg--there is hard work ahead to achieve a "reversal of fortune" and I hope you guys are successful.
One more comment for those who believe that the PPS of this stock will move up due to what the company known as First China Pharmaceutical Group will do! The PPS will only move up if all of you convince Wang to do the right thing!
It is really up to the shareholders who post on this board to act with determination and inform Wang that we do not tolerate his behavior toward shareholders and toward the people who have helped him with solid business advise in the creation of this public listed company.
Make Wang aware that this company does not belong to him alone but to ALL SHAREHOLDERS who have invested their money to support the expansion of the company. Inform him that you demand that he should immediately reverse the wrong course of actions that he has taken and that he should immediately restore and coordinate his actions based on the advise of his American and Canadian associates. Tell him that we want the financials completed and filed with the SEC IMMEDIATELY!
I know that sooner or later one of you will take my suggestion and decide to communicate with Wang in the manner suggested, and for that reason I am going to pursue the issue even if some of you will respond to what I have suggested with personal attacks.
Wang must be convinced to reinstate the relationship that he previously had with all the people that have helped him in making his small company into an exchange listed company. Wang is now behaving as if he is the sole owner of this company and he has no obligation to abide to exchange regulations. There has been no public information release on any company internal activities for over 15 months. During this period Wang has failed to run this company based on SEC standards of reporting.
If you want to protect your interest and the value of the shares that you are holding I suggest that all of you act immediately and notify Wang in the manner indicted earlier (or in some other better way if one is available)advising him that he should immediately communicate with the two people who have been with him since the beginning and take the proper advise that they provide. Advise Wang to once again resume contact with Gregory Tse and Doug Billingsley and work out with them the best action to take to move this company forward! TELL WANG IN STRONG TERMS THAT YOU KNOW THAT HE HAS FORSAKEN THE ADVISE OF EXPERIENCED PEOPLE LIKE THE TWO MENTIONED ABOVE. (Please don't ask me why you should make these statements in your letter to Wang--that is not important since Wang has no idea what goes on in the USA in matters dealing with public communication of this type. Just make a strong statement like the one I have suggested and hopefully Wang will get the meaning of it.
Remember that you have nothing to lose in communicating to Wang the way I have suggested and a lot to gain if he decides to take your advice. Please act immediately!
In my opinion, I will say that the way this stock goes depends partially on what shareholders like you do to influence one man (Wang) to modify his present attitude and for him to return back to a business relationship with people with whom he has dealt in the creation of this public listed company.
CBW, YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO SUBPENNY!
You and others on this board take my suggestion and send to Wang immediately a message that is guaranteed to be delivered by DHL which is the best world service for this type of communication.
You must CONVINCE Wang to become responsible to the requirements of the public company in which you have invested your money--FIRST CHINA PHARMACEUTICL GROUP (FCPG). Tell Wang that he must retain the services of all those people and companies involved with the publicly traded company. Tell Wang that he must not abandon the shareholders.
P.S. And for "Mark the Surfer" a special message. You in particular have a lot to lose with your one million shares plus holding! If you are still alive you know where to reach me and you know that you should be the first to communicate with Wang in the manner that I have indicated or in your way and tell him to do the right thing.
My advise to all posters who are holding 100,000 shares or more is very simple--follow my suggestion which I posted yesterday!!!
As a matter of fact, form a shareholders' committee and send 10 or more separate DHL messages to Wang DEMANDING THAT HE COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF THE SEC IN RUNNING THIS COMPANY AS A PUBLIC COMPANY LISTED ON AN AMERICAN EXCHANGE.
All of you should unite and form a committee putting together all your shares and act as one unit.
It's useless to compare this company to any other company whose name begins with the word "Kunming" that appears on the Chinese internet--that company is not the same.
Please take my advise and contact Wang as a group any way you can and demand that he provide shareholders needed information about the present status of this company right now.
There is some commercial on television that has words along this line..."it's my money and I do with it whatever I want...".
Here unfortunately we have a public listed company, where the shareholders are the owners but the CEO of this company reasons using the above quotation with a simple change of some of the words in it..."it's my company and I do with it whatever I want...".
Everyone who is a shareholder has been left out of the equation. And worse, the confused CEO has even lost an understanding that people who provide a service to a public listed company have to be paid for their services.
My suggestion to all shareholders is to send a letter to Wang by international carrier DHL and express your disgust on the way shareholders are being treated. Have the letter in English and also translated in Chinese. I believe that a 3-day GUARANTEED delivery letter to China by DHL will cost about one hundred dollars. Also be sure you use the "presumably" newer address with the same street but a different building number.
When the delivery is made you can follow all the details step by step on the DHL website. I am sure one of you at least can try this method and then report the outcome on this board!
P.S. Please do not post any response to the above suggestion with words suggesting that I should try or do this myself. I am simply trying to help you.......and I have my own reasons.
Well Bar, you must be complimented--you have had your wish come true>>>
the DOW has blasted past the 18,000 mark
and all the holders of FCPG on this board have lost their shirt, underwear, and basically are now running naked with just a pair of socks which equal to the 3 cents per share of this stock!!!! What a way to end the year for you and for us--you are drinking fancy Champagne with your girlfriend on your logo and the posters of this board are hoping for miracles.
I have written an email to Wang about us and about you--I hope that if he gets it that will give him an incentive to reverse the course of action that he is taking and make good on the promise to work for the benefit of all shareholders.
I still believe on the well known line--REVERSAL OF FORTUNE--and I am hoping to see my wishes come true very soon.
Novice, I made one mistake--the company stock price is not listed in Japanese yens but in Chinese Yuan--and is listed on the Shanghai exchange as you can see by looking next to its name with the numerical ID 600422.
I feel that what I have presented is sufficient right now to determine that all the hiring that you have mentioned does not apply to FCPG.
The company has its own issues which are clear to us and the worst situation that we have is that they don't have a legal firm to represent them right now! And even worst, Wang seems to have no desire to inform shareholders as to what is happening right now. Of course, if he wanted to issue a PR I wonder whom he would ask to proofread the information before releasing the massage. Which attorney is he going to use to read the material ahead of time for proper presentation according to SEC rules?
I guess Doug and Greg would have to be begged again to help if Wang wanted something issued for the benefit of US shareholders. Who is he going to turn to in order to issue a press release in English!
OK novice, you really think that I don't care about all of you for doing what I am doing? I want everyone to believe that everything will turn out well, but not to believe that Wang is doing all the things that have been elaborated here when it comes to employing hundreds of workers in a company only needs no more than 100.
I am providing you with information about the real company which is identified as Kunming Pharmaceutical Corp which is listed in Shanghai, which on this link has quotations based in Japanese yens. This is the company you have been talking about all along.

Below is the translated link that you had posted showing Wang and the name of the company under whose name he is identified which is correct since FCPG was the name applied to American listing only. Please note that although the difference might appear minimal, the company is clearly identified as Kunming Pharmaceutical Company Ltd and is not the BIG CORPORATION WITH 3300 EMPLOYEES AND A BIG LIST OF EXECUTIVES.

I am sorry that I have to do this but as it stands at this very moment we do not have a legal firm in place. That is an issue that all of you should try to resolve. Maybe the famous Brad might have an answer as to who is the new attorney for First China. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US.
I am going to respond to you immediately because I want to clear up one bit of information that has appeared on this board for a long time which I have never accepted, and I have many times provided my view that anything found on Chinese websites dealing with a company whose name begins with "Kunming" does not apply to First China. If you believe I am wrong than that is your business.
I have tried to main some confidence that soon the financials would be released and we would all get an answer. However, Wang has failed in every aspect of dealings with shareholders and has even failed to inform shareholders that the company is operating without a legal counsel. That should be enough of an issue. I am no longer that happy and therefore I am expressing my personal feeling and you can accept what I am saying or not.
CBW, forget about old stuff that was used to complete the paperwork to form FCPG in order that the company stock could be issued in the USA and be listed on the over the counter market in the USA in 2010!
There is no residual company traded in Hong Kong right now.
Right now we are facing a situation that is either coincidental or purposely originated by Wang for his own reason that he has not disclosed to shareholders. Every months that has gone by since filing the SEC form concerning the appointment of new auditors (Marcum) this stock has continued to take a beating as if it was willfully perpetrated by someone in the know.
There is no excuse for Wang not to have informed shareholders why the attorney services were terminated and what was being done to replace those attorneys with a new firm. Complete neglect in providing information has caused this company stock to move downward at a steady pace. In my opinion, as I have stated already none of the information published in the Chinese websites dealing with the financial condition of this company applies to this company. Wang has not released one bit of information to the media about the internal status of FCPG.
One more thing that bothers me is also the fact that by failing to make payments for services rendered by the public relation company where Brad works is not a good way to promote this company in the USA!
In other words right now we know absolutely nothing about the real activities of FCPG in China!
I am really disappointed in Wang's behavior and I am fearful that what he is doing is undermining the shareholders investment in this company and the price of this stock in particular.
