CBW, forget about old stuff that was used to complete the paperwork to form FCPG in order that the company stock could be issued in the USA and be listed on the over the counter market in the USA in 2010!

There is no residual company traded in Hong Kong right now.

Right now we are facing a situation that is either coincidental or purposely originated by Wang for his own reason that he has not disclosed to shareholders. Every months that has gone by since filing the SEC form concerning the appointment of new auditors (Marcum) this stock has continued to take a beating as if it was willfully perpetrated by someone in the know.

There is no excuse for Wang not to have informed shareholders why the attorney services were terminated and what was being done to replace those attorneys with a new firm. Complete neglect in providing information has caused this company stock to move downward at a steady pace. In my opinion, as I have stated already none of the information published in the Chinese websites dealing with the financial condition of this company applies to this company. Wang has not released one bit of information to the media about the internal status of FCPG.

One more thing that bothers me is also the fact that by failing to make payments for services rendered by the public relation company where Brad works is not a good way to promote this company in the USA!

In other words right now we know absolutely nothing about the real activities of FCPG in China!

I am really disappointed in Wang's behavior and I am fearful that what he is doing is undermining the shareholders investment in this company and the price of this stock in particular.
