Hey Hoozy, you got it right as far as to the transfer of accounting to Marcum--everything after that I have no way of knowing except for the extensive delay that has taken place in filing the financials with the SEC. This delay can be explained in a simple way, IMO, and that is that Marcum has not been paid and they have stalled from doing any further work until they get some advance money! And since Wang owes money to a lot of people, he would rather put the money into the company business rather than pay for anything that has to do with the exchange listed company. Basically the drugs-selling business is ongoing but we the shareholders are holding an empty bag!

The question is: Will Wang turn back for advise to the people from this side of the ocean or will he just try to do things with his Chinese buddies in Kunming or other parts of China???? We are in the middle of a guessing game with no definite answers.
