In a private contract between individuals, one selling rights, the other buying said rights, are NOT within the BK jurisdiction. If escrows are for real, then the contracts ON THEM would be valid, NOT CONTESTABLE at all. Again, they are available.

According to my professionals, you can sell rights to anything, including our beloved escrows. But to do it, an iron clad contract must be drawn up by both sides. That way, no matter what the escrows value turns out to be, neither party will be able to run away. Now, an offer of .10 per on 10,000 wouldn't even pay a competent professional. Don't you think that should have been obvious to the prospective buyer?

COOP is our "fair and reasonable", and it's really sad that so many here are still hanging on to the ridiculous escrow Billions theories put forth by a few ill equipped prognosticators. By doing so, they are missing out on some good COOP trading.

I'm so glad that you have finally said that all of the past process has gone as designed, and now all we have to do to know our future, is to read the filings of COOP. That in fact is what many here have suspected for some time, so again, it's great that you also now are on board. To sum it up, the LT, has not lied, there is nothing much at all going to be left,(or likely zero), for the former equity, and all we have for future recovery is simply a healthy increase in COOP stock over time.
the escrows come from owning stock. Stock never has any recourse when it drops in value, even all the way to zero. So, the escrows will have NO LIEN power over anyone, no matter who caused the drop in value.
You signed releases, and they are ABSOLUTE, no attachments to them at all.
JPM bought WMB, along with it's assets. They got servicing rights to all of the loans. They PAID $1.88 Billion, plus another $50 Million.
that was paid long ago, and it was the TOTAL price. NOTHING more is coming from JPM. That has been revealed in SEC filings. So, anything to the contrary is just made up.
Jpm has already paid for WMB, and they will NOT pay a penny more,,,,all of that is proven by sec filings.

Well, that's where you are wrong. I'm here for the trading of COOP stock, but I happen to know the facts about the escrows, and because it's not what people want to hear, I get attacked when I post the actual truth. It's not hard for anyone here to see, but they will only hear what they want, and discard the rest. A few rillions theorist are captivating the hopes of desperate folks and in some cases, they play with this for some sick reason. Now, there you have the truth, do with it what you will.
