Those cases of FED. Judges throwing out contracts were within a BK Proceeding. In a private contract between individuals, one selling rights, the other buying said rights, are NOT within the BK jurisdiction. If escrows are for real, then the contracts ON THEM would be valid, NOT CONTESTABLE at all. Again, they are available.
