Can't help wondering what "update" content will achieve the result you anticipate? ex.
You want more? I'll give you my thirty three times three times ... how many do you need? Are you serious, Commando? Go for it! ex.
Hey Hey! I'll say Go Man! Didn't know you had applied, Commando, but I'm sure you'll get massive support on the strength of your perceptive and positive posts. And you won't need to fly to work!

J.W's letter suggests he had completed his task. If that is so confirmation announced before market opening indicating that BOD details will be announced per side letter on specific date - just might - restore enough confidence to prevent Monday melt-down. Chance for Bogolin to seize his moment and against every expectation become hero of the hour? How do you rate that for a wild card? ex.
Was hoping someone would latch on to that. Imagine harnessing the enthusiasm of millions of kids to collecting processable plastic .... Millions of rural households have no access to recycling facilities which accept clean film wrap, for example: but they do have access to local schools. My bathroom tissue now comes in plastic wrapped in packets inside outer plastic wraps: it all goes to landfill. Add a small reward for school funds and you have a nationwide collection system. ex.
Yes, of course a functional processor was the first essential for any development- but we were told that we had that with #2. The point about RKT sites was that they were supposed to remove the supply problem. At least the report has explained the cause of long silence- better than puff maybe? ex.
b2b - Best question I've seen in a long time. Wish I knew the answer! ex.
I assume EP was speaking of the last quarter, December ended, and agree with his assessment, but like everyone else I KNOW NOTHING because that's what we have effectively been told about NF since the AGM.
EP - Back to dreaded gapping-up? What does that signify? ex.
EP - So - Let's raise the blinds now the supposed Attorney sanction is removed ... ex.
I say "Oops". Confused by the excitement over the angle thread into thinking that the new building was a new new building. Mea culpa, excuse me please. ex.
It's not difficult to take a spoilsport view of the revenue competition an an inane distraction from shareholders' need for factual information. The Google picture revealed big new construction which apparently is not a material event, and confirms how little we know about current reality at NF. There is an imperative need for February's report to do more than provide sec required statistics because 2013 progress depends on authentication. Fingers crossed that some light will be introduced into the darkness before the AGM. jmho, ex.
Prophet. The conjunction of the turning point and the demise of NITE appears to me more than coincidental ... but then I prefer factual explanations to magic numbers. If so, what does it tell you about MM manipulation in OTC stocks? ex.
Prophet - To chart-sceptics your spot-on bottom identification is a wondrous exhibition of arcane mastery which stuns the rational mind. My earnest hope is that we can continue to rely on your old processor/psp matrix with equal confidence. Quam celerrime and happy hols. ex.
Right now I'll take an endorsement from the Reindeer or the Flat Earthers. ex.
Used to think FIDDY CENTS was laughable.... My wife will probably scalp me! ex.
I don't think that is so, 4k. Normally any review is accepted so long as it comes from a different site. Might be a problem if there has been no sale whatever. ex.
Thanks for response - but I have to say it is meaningless to me. Can anyone please explain in what way Management's ability to release its own news is restricted by 'the Street'? No comprendo. ex.
Was it explained what is restricting Management's ability to provide factual information? ex.
There is a simple flaw of logic in your comment. The fact that the 'pics' are provided by independent sources, as you state, cannot simultaneously be used to implicate them as part of a Company scam.
Correct, 4k. JBI is not a grown-up 'big company' - yet - and its release of regular information on activity is important in two ways. First to substantiate progress, and second to dispel doubt that there is any. The 'pics' of new components and tankers are indisputable evidence of activity, but until factual explanation is provided their meaning will be subject to hypothesis and denial.
One of our CEO's first promises was the provision of regular news: failure to deliver it with the report will be very damaging. jmho, ex.
Isn't uncertainty bound to prevail until production information is released? There seems no reason to anticipate that before the quarterly, and may not be exciting then. The SAIC math calculations, like all other predictions, are only theoretical until they are proved in practice. ex.
Good Man Yourself! So much fun to see a sense of humor among the miseries round here ... ex.
Hey EP. What fun to let imagination run! Try these alternatives on for size ...
The China Game. President Romney decides the best recovery step for the economy is to outsource US industries as well as jobs. Under eminent domain, he sells JBII to the Chinese Government for fiddy cents a share. Sadly shareholders receive nothing because the proceeds are somehow lost in transit through the Cayman Islands.
The Trojan Horse. True colors of the ex-RKT executive are disclosed when a well-known poster, attending the meeting for the first time, explodes the 2013 AGM by revealing the pair as double-agents. They have never left RKT employment and have deliberately held down production and sales until JBII is bankrupt and their true masters can accretively acquire the NF plant for fiddy per share. SDEC has approved the transaction because its legal advisors say oil derived from plastic is a naked substance without commercial value.
The Mayan Calendar. 12.12.12. proves to be the magic date. Contrary to all expectations,JBII releases it’s first PR in six months, announcing it became CFP early and declares a dividend of fiddy cents per quarter for the next seventeen years.
Long Live fiddy dollars, I say - and I'll stick with JB till then. Just foolin', ex.
Hoped you were the guy to put it all in a spreadsheet, as I requested last week. Guess not ...... ? ex.
Don't know if that's an accurate Rauber quote or not - but it should have been said and its a promise which should have been delivered. Stand back a moment: does'nt it seem perfectly absurd that supporters are driven to 'spying' to gain an inkling of what is going on? I'm sure glad they do, because things would seem even worse without the only good news we get. Thanks, guys for the bright spots you bring. But can anyone offer a convincing favorable rationale for the darkness? To me it's like we fell down the rabbit hole into a topsy-turvy Wonderland. jmho. ex.
Revenue calculations resulting from #2 operating at new permitted level and differing uptimes have been posted from time to time, and figures have been provided for trailer, tanker and container capacities - some by weight and some by measure. Could some spread-sheet wizard please be kind enough to translate all that information into traffic numbers? How many trailers in and tankers out per day are required to pass through the site to satisfy #2 at daily test-claimed operation level? Results for up to 6 processors could then reveal eventual traffic logistics, and also provide a yardstick for boots on the ground evaluation of current performance. (Apologies if I have missed relevant info - and for personal math incompetence!) Many Thanks to any volunteer. ex.
I believe the policy of Company and its legal advisors is to make no comment on unresolved litigation, so updates are unlikely. That is understandable. What is not understandable is the failure to provide the information promised, on any ongoing topic. Silence results in the daily erosion of confidence in both management's performance and reliablity. If the next Q report is not accompanied by factual news of current progress the steady decline will inevitably continue.
That's the Trojan Horse scenario which raises many disturbing possibilities. Needs explicit denial at the earliest possible date if it has no substance. jmiho. ex.
Your map/photo is of a much larger industrial area - is it all RKT's site? The one I saw was much smaller - clearly showed huge stacks of pallets of cardboard and not much room for anything else. Glad to accept correction if I was mistaken. ex.
Very possibly. The google (?) air photo appears to show what seems already to be a very congested site filled with mountains of cardboard and without a plastic monofil mine. Imho it has no room for the traffic requirement of 3 processors, and seems a most unlikely first choice. wdik? ex.
There are strong grounds to support a monthly report, as I and others have posted previously. Why don't you run a poll here? See how many of the 800 followers agree, and inform IR. Count me in for a start. Confucius declared that providing correct information was the most important duty of public officials, because without it the people would stand about in hopeless confusion. Do you think perhaps he was a JBII shareholder? ex.
Here's the rub. Ryoko's interpretation that no news is bad news is equally valid to 4k's that no news is good news - so long as the silence continues. My concern rests on the fulcrum of the undelivered promise of imminent news - regardless of which way that seesaw tips. We have had too many failures to deliver, due to over optimism, and desperately need reliability in what we are told.
5 weeks is not "soon". The new broom had every opportunity to introduce better practice and procedures and it's disappointing to get same-old same-old instead of positive change. jmho. ex.
Weekly reports may be stretching it - but it's difficult to understand why factual monthly progress reports cannot be provided. One of the first commitments made by new management was to release current information, and the AGM announced news coming soon. Five weeks of total silence is testing the patience of the most loyal supporters. PR is long overdue: why not use August 31st to introduce a new regular update bulletin? Just wishful thinkin'. ex.
4k. Please comment on the effects on JBI of the rumors regarding NITE if true? What is known? Ta. ex.
The inescapable conclusion drawn from the all the meeting reports - for which great thanks to all -is the establishment of confidence that JBI will grow into a profitable operation within twelve months. Patience was requested and will be needed, but the simplistic scam theories are finally untenable. Is there any hope that this simple fact can be recognized? What if posters restricted themselves to the new reality? On one hand there is no longer need for endless repetition of Rah Rah boosting, or on the other of groundless nit-picking speculation. How absurd to dream of a board which exchanged information rather than opinion .... Crazy, hunh? Thought so. jmho. ex.
4k - What does it tell us, please - or how do we access?

EP- While I think your analysis of new management's problems and predictions of progress are correct,(as usual),I'm disappointed that you expect the promise of regular information will not be delivered. Why offer transparency if you do not intend to provide it? If you add the lists of 4k's AGM and Artiztic's previous CC questions together they amount to more than fifty legitimate subjects of unanswered shareholder interest. Naively enough, I do not think the best response of a new broom is to sweep past problems under the carpet and forget they existed. I had hoped for a new approach to clarification through information provision, because doubt itself is destructive and provides a source for constant baseless attack. (This implies no criticism of IR, for Chris can only reveal what management permits).I remain hopeful that a block-buster AGM will explain exactly where the Company is at and what it intends. Useful and welcome as drive-by information may be, should we really need to depend on shareholder observation outside the gates as the pricipal source of current news? jmho. ex.
It begins to look as if our new CEO is a 'big bang' guy - going to save it all up for the AGM. Well, that certainly got the universe going in a big way fast when it happened. Me, I've always had a preference for 'continuous creation', and would like to have seen a series of hammer-blow PR's bringing us up to date with all the info we've been missing for months past,(and there's plenty of that) and saving the meeting for setting out future intentions and planning. Slow, steady build to that point would have avoided some crazy gap-up and consequent volatility. We were promised regular information in his first announcement. We've had total silence. That's a pity in mho. ex.
