I believe the policy of Company and its legal advisors is to make no comment on unresolved litigation, so updates are unlikely. That is understandable. What is not understandable is the failure to provide the information promised, on any ongoing topic. Silence results in the daily erosion of confidence in both management's performance and reliablity. If the next Q report is not accompanied by factual news of current progress the steady decline will inevitably continue.
