Global Biotech set to make buyout offer on
Boreal Water Collection (BRWC), making BRWC the hottest stock buy of the New Year!
Yahoo Finance
Penny Stock Profit-Seeker,
It doesn't get any better than this. A fast-growing company currently trading for pennies on the dollar just announces it's about to be bought out. Timing is everything and the time is right to make your move and buy shares of Boreal Water Collection (BRWC ) for the biggest gains.
This is a gusher and it's not about oil. It's about bottled water—a $14.2 billion industry headed for $15.2 billion in the US alone by 2012—and a company that's setting that industry on fire.
Fortunes have been made by companies like Coca-Cola with its Dasani brand bottled water or PepsiCo's #1 Aquafina bottled water—each with more than $1 BILLION in sales year. If Coca-Cola and PepsiCo's share price had the potential to bring you tremendous gains in a short time, you would have analysts urging you to invest.
That's why you're hearing about this new investment opportunity with a company in the personalized bottled water business that's trading at just $0.22 today: Boreal Water Collection (BRWC.PK).
This is an opportunity to generate a whole lot of profit on what could be a major buyout in the making by Global Biotech. And if not Global Biotech then BRWC could be the next Coca-Cola or PepsiCo buyout.
BRWC is operating in a bottled water niche that has little competition
Bottled water may be a crowded market but this opportunity for significant gains with BRWC isn't just about plain old bottled water. It's about private label bottled water where there's big money to be made since few companies actually deal in private labeling of bottled water.
Here's proof there's money to be made. Look at the recent announcement made on Boreal Water Collection (BRWC) in a December 10, 2010 media release:
"Boreal Water Sales to Triple as It Becomes a North American Bottler and Distributor of Private Labeled Water"
Aggressive Growth, Acquisition Strategy Begun: Boreal Water Collection Becomes North American Bottler and Distributor Allowing Sales to Triple; Boreal Will Proceed With Friendly Takeover.
Boreal is well on its way to becoming the breakout beverage stock of the year and there is no better time to invest than now—at $0.22 a share—especially after the breaking news of a potential buyout in the works.
You probably don't know it but Boreal is everywhere.
Bottles
The company name appears in the fine print of so many of the private label and regional bottled water companies that when put together they are going to virtually rival the sales volume of the biggest "branded" bottled water suppliers—Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestle and Danone.
Just LOOK at some of Boreal's private-label bottled water clients:
Boreal's Clients
BRWC is already in the thick of the expanding market by private labeling water under the names: Balance Water, Function Water,Give Water, Wa-taah Water, Native Water, NY2O, Fred Water, Athlade Water, SEIWater, Stewart Water, Big Chill Water for CVS Pharmacies, XpresSPA Water, Prêt a Manger Sparkling and Natural Water, Crystal Lake Water for Rite Aid Pharmacies and NYCH20 to name a few.

Customers of BRWC represent a broad variety of retail channels, companies and distributors. Diversification gives the company multiple revenue streams with more ways to make money—a strategy that benefits shareholders.

Boreal's secret is bottled up in innovation
This is the key to Boreal Water Collection (BRWC) and its success...and the key to how you could make a fortune.
Rather than going for the low margin, expensive national brand market, Boreal has opted to market its water around innovative packaging, private labeling and targeted marketing.
Clients have already pledged over $4 million in private labeled bottled water sales so far. With an aggressive acquisition plan mapped out, Boreal Water Collection is poised to become one of the largest private label bottlers in the nation.
You can clearly see a fortune behind BRWC's private-label bottled water in a soon-to-be $65.9 billion market
Bottled water in and of itself is big business. According to Beverage Marketing:
* Bottled water sales in the U.S. reached $11.7 billion in 2007. In 2012, Global Industry Analysts project the market will reach $15.1 billion domestically.
* Worldwide the numbers are even bigger with sales projected to reach $65.9 billion by 2012.
Bottled water has become the beverage of choice. We spend more on bottled water than beer, milk or even coffee, reports Beverage Marketing. Only soft drink has a larger portion of the market. How can this be when so many consumers can just turn on the tap for their water?
Some can and don't want to.
Some just can't.
A tremendous number of consumers don't want to drink their local tap water no matter how convenient or inexpensive it is. Just days ago The Environmental Working Group reported that water in 31 cities across America is contaminated with a dangerous carcinogen called Chromium-6.
This is the same same cancer-causing chemical found in a California community's drinking water which inspired the movie, Erin Brockovich. Chromium-6 is a pollutant known to cause stomach cancer, yet utilities are not required to test specifically for it. Consumers have even invested in expensive water conditioning or softening systems to improve the quality of their water.
However, once the water is conditioned, they don't want to drink it, preferring what they perceive to be the more pure bottled water.
Other drivers to bottled water include: bad tasting municipal water sources, the lack of "city" water which then requires the use of unpleasant tasting or smelling well water and finally, the most telling motivation, the cache associated with celebrity usage of a product as well as convenience.
All in all, the result is incredible growth for bottled water. Proof in point: Coca-Cola's number two brand Dasani and PepsiCo's number one brand, Aquafina, each do more than $1 billion in sales annually, reports Beverage Marketing Corp.
Despite the recession, despite the health and environmental issues including the heated debate over plastics that take hundreds of lifetimes to decompose in landfills, if at all, bottled water has actually become a top performer in the food and beverage industry.
Sales of Danone ADR with its Evian brand increased 8.7% last quarter. Nestle, its biggest competitor, with its Poland Spring, Arrowhead and Deer Park bottled water products jumped 7.8%.
In both cases, bottled water sales outpaced larger company sales by two percentage points.
Sales of Danone ADR with its Evian brand increased 8.7% last quarter. Nestle, its biggest competitor, with its Poland Spring, Arrowhead and Deer Park bottled water products jumped 7.8%.
What's fueling a lot of this growth is what analysts call emerging market consumers who are turning to water by the bottle.
Nestle has seen its bottled water demand by emerging market consumers grow 20% annually. Experts like Rick Haffner, head of global beverage research at Euromonitor sees the trend continuing with growth driven by emerging markets.
On an interesting side note, Euromonitor is projecting the North American market will grow 13% in value terms into 2014. Latin America is projected to grow by a breathtaking 85%.
Tapping into emerging industries
Consumers choose bottled water and view it as a worthwhile expenditure because they appreciate the confidence and good taste of bottled water brands consumed on the go and at the home or office.
-Joseph K. Doss, President, International Bottled Water Association
Historically, restaurateurs placed water on their tables as standard procedure, withholding it only during droughts or other emergencies. Water and unlimited refills became expected by the public but that changed when consumers began requesting bottled water.
Restaurant owners realized that water could become an income stream rather than an operational expense. Now, even fast food operations offer bottled water as a pricey addition to their menu.
Many exclusive restaurants have begun offering their own, private label bottled water at a greatly increased price. Consumers are paying the higher price for this "exclusive" water.
This translates to increased sales for Boreal (BRWC) as more businesses turn to private-label bottled water.
It has been reported that one of the biggest challenges for most bottled water companies is product innovation and differentiation. That's where containers become an important part of bottled water, as they constitute nearly 47% of cost.
How a bottle looks, its weight and the price of the product are as significant as the water itself.
Boreal Water answers the call, being on the leading edge of private-label bottled water. This leading edge company could be the next stock story on Wall Street. Invest now for just pennies on the dollar.
It would be easy for this $0.22 a share company to double to $0.44 delivering huge gains to investors in BRWC who become shareholders today. There's top performing gains written all over this one and you don't want to miss out!
There's money in emerging global markets—and money to be made
in BRWC
Global bottled water is dominated by the US and Europe, which combined, account for 55% of the market value estimated in 2008, as recently reported by Global Industry Analysts Inc.
The report goes on to say that "bottled water will continue to fare well in the global beverage marketplace as a healthy alternative to carbonated soft drinks. Gains in bottled water market will also come from flavored varieties and convenient packaged formats, especially single-serve packs."
China is also having a major impact on the bottled water industry as sales in that country jumped 18% in 2009.
According to Canadean Beverage Reports, the market will settle down to a growth rate of 5 % this year as the Chinese and Asian markets become more affluent and demand for Western products, including bottled water, increases.
Not only is there money to be made domestically, but as BRWC expands its operations, the worldwide market could take this company over the top, competing with the majors like Nestle and PepsiCo.
It's excellent tasting water and Boreal (BRWC) has the awards to prove it
Picture of Awards
Another reason you can be certain that BRWC is headed for the big leagues rivaling Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Danone:
Boreal private label water won Belgium's coveted International Taste Quality Institute's highest award for taste quality in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Coming from wells in the prestigious Catskill Mountains of New York and from deep in the wilds of Canada, Boreal's water has also earned the trust of both CVS Pharmacy and Rite Aid Pharmacy who proudly attach their name to bottles custom designed for their brand name.
CVS and Rite-Aid
These companies opted for a custom designed product for their company rather than the cookie-cutter approach of the nationally marketed brands.
Here again is Boreal's strength: the ability to package their water to the taste and design of clients who request their own look and feel to the packaging. We're talking major moneymaker.
By the way, Coca-Cola and Pepsi's bottled water products? Direct from...the tap.
Thinking outside the bottle.
Eliminating environmental concerns about plastic puts BRWC in a new position to prosper
One of the challenges the bottled water industry has faced has been the use of plastics and the inability for plastic to break down in landfills.
Taking the bull by the horns, Boreal Water Collection developed a bold eco-friendly strategic partnership with The PLANET BOTTLE Corporation.
PLANET BOTTLE is an international company dedicated to a greener planet through the development of eco-friendly solutions to the PET plastic bottle packaging world.
PLANET BOTTLE has the world's only technology-based processes that will oxo-biodegrade a plastic bottle over a programmed period of 10 to 20 years.
Oxo-biodegradable technology was developed as a response to the environmentalist complaint that 600,000,000 PET (polyethylene terephtalate) plastic bottles are discarded in landfills each year, requiring 450 to 1,000 years to degrade.
This new technology will allow Boreal Water (BRWC) to assume a leadership role in the "greening "of the bottled water industry.
According to Quantis International, bottled water now has the lightest environmental footprint of any bottled beverage, in terms of plastics, water or energy use. And Boreal (BRWC) bottled water packaging is 100 percent recyclable.
As more businesses and consumers demand environmentally-friendly water bottles, BRWC is expected to take off—and the share price right along with it.
Bottled water giant Danone began as a penny stock just like BRWC
It may surprise you to learn that Danone, the parent company to bottled water giant Evian Water, started as a penny stock. In fact, the company is still listed on the PINK sheets (OTC: DANOY) but instead of pennies they are trading around $13.00 a share.
Currently, you could buy 26,000 BRWC at $0.22 a share. If you had purchased the same with Danone (DANOY) at that same price per share, your investment would be worth a stunning $327,340 US as of December 28, 2010. Buy BRWC now for the biggest share price gains.
Nestle: up almost 90% over the past 5 years. Recession or not, Nestle (OTC: NSRGY) investors have weathered the storm well with the share price around $57.70.
With 12 brands including Perrier and Poland Springs, Nestle's management believes there is no sign of stopping the industry. Says Nestle's President, Jim Jeffery, "The mainstream water business is, quite simply, a force of nature."
Here is your chance to ride the Boreal (BRWC) wave as it floats upward on the strength of private-label water.
Boreal provides nature's finest water and industries best packaging
There is no question that packaging is the key sales driver to bottled water, but the water must taste good, too.
Unlike Coca-Cola and Nestle's water products that come from nothing more than the tap, Boreal Water Collection (BRWC) draws its water from two of the finest wells in the world.
The company has unlimited rights to draw water from the famous Alpine Natural Spring water in the Catskills of New York State just 17 miles from their bottling plant. In addition, the company has exclusive access to 225,000,000 liters of water per year from the Saint-Elie Spring from deep in Canada.
Both natural springs have been awarded the International Taste Quality Institute's highest praise in blind taste tests in Belgium.
When the product is crystal clear, the packaging has to be more than just distinctive. Working with national and regional clients, Boreal (BRWC) has created exciting and intriguing shapes designed to jump off retailers' shelves. No cookie-cutter bottled water here.
BRWC can do any kind of bottle the client wants. That's a big edge over any competitor.
Within its 75,000 square foot facility, Boreal Water (BRWC) has 3 Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) lines. A 1, 2.5 and 5 gallon line are already in place and management plans to install two additional lines in the near future for sparkling water and glass bottling.
The lines are unique in that they can accommodate a variety of bottle sizes, shapes and labels in the production run for private label clients.
Collection
In addition to pure spring water, Boreal also provides distilled water from two private wells. This water is passed through a series of filters to remove chlorine, phenols, taste, odor compounds and organic minerals.
The water is then distilled to yield high purity finished water. Enhanced water is also available to customers requesting private label water containing minerals, oxygen and even fluoride. BRWC is covering all the bases and has supersized gains written all over it.
BRWC Clip
Boreal has something Coca-Cola and PepsiCo could want
Both Coca-Cola and PepsiCo are the two 500 pound gorillas in the market. PepsiCo is number one with its Aquafina and Coke is close behind with Dasani. Both entered the bottled water market because they saw long-term profits.
Both have opted to market their water like they market their soft drink: wildly expensive national advertising campaigns and equally expensive retail distribution.
Boreal Water Collection (BRWC) is committed to a much different marketing approach. Sales and marketing dollars are focused on selling clients private label water and letting the retail clients market their "brand" to the public.
Boreal's size makes it possible to sell to bottled water clients that Coke, Pepsi, Nestle and Evian can't even consider.
That's another reason to believe that BRWC could well be a takeover target. As you just read, already one company—Global Biotech (GBIQ: OTCQB; GBQ: CNSX)—is coming to the table with an offer.
Coca-Cola or PepsiCo could be next in line as well, waiting with an offer. BRWC could help put them in a niche these companies could not reach before.
These beverage giants pay big bucks for companies, too. This year, $31.9 billion giant Coca-Cola (NYSE: KO) paid $715 million to Dr. Pepper's Snapple Group—and that was just for the rights to continue to sell their products.
A few months ago the beverage giant also purchased OAO Nidan Juices for between
$250 million and $300 million. Imagine what a buyout like this could do to BRWC's share price!
There is virtually no competition in Boreal's league. Not with water quality. Not with packaging design. Not with their willingness to service smaller chains and retail operations.
And as Boreal moves into sparking water moving forward, the future looks outstanding for both the company and for savvy investors ready to taste the profits from private-label bottled water.
The timing could not be better for an investment set to deliver strong and growing gains. Ask your broker about investing in BRWC today.

12 rock-solid reasons to invest in BRWC today
Anyone with a thirst for clean profits should consider an investment in BRWC today for all the right profit-generating reasons:
* Buyout offer ready to be put on the table right now by Global Biotech Corp. This is not hearsay but public information just released on December 23, 2010.
* A fast-growing client list that reads like a Forbes Who's Who list: Lexus, BMW, Nikon, Toyota, Hugo Boss, CVS, Rite-Aid and many others.
* BRWC is in a position to TRIPLE its sales with the coming acquisition of a North American water bottling company.
* Company revenues are projected to hit $10 million to $12 million in 2011 and $20 million to $22 million by 2012. That's DOUBLE the revenue in just 12 months time and TRIPLE the company's current revenues.
* As the company ramps up production and expands its operations, if Global Biotech's offer does not pan out for any reason, BRWC could still become a potential for a buyout by big bottled water companies like Coca-Cola or PepsiCo.
* BRWC is operating in a high-growth market estimated to reach $15.2 billion in the US and $65.9 billion worldwide by 2012.
* BRWC is on the leading-edge with its environmentally-correct PLANET BOTTLE technology, which is going to storm the market. Environmentalist's resistance to the packaging of water in PET bottles can now be overcome through with the company's Eco-Pure biodegradable packaging that decays in a few years rather than the 450 to 1,000 years normally required of PET plastic.
* Boreal has an unlimited access to award winning, natural water supplies in the U.S. that comes from the clean Catskills of New York—and from the wilds of Canada. Water that tastes good sell$ and that means increase shareholder value.
* Boreal's location, just 90 miles from New York City is only a few miles from the source of their water, and in an excellent location to package and ship their products worldwide.
* The company has the ability to customize their product to the "brand" of their customer, which allows for a premium price over high-speed bottling operations where uniformity is mandated. Customization is a money maker.
* Industrial nations have developed a thirst for clean, safe bottled water and are willing to pay the price. Continued growth in this arena is clear and Boreal is quickly moving to fill a niche others can't accommodate.
* Developing nations are also hungry for the convenience and safety of bottled water. Again, Boreal is uniquely positioned to serve these developing regions with private label water, customized to their unique requests and needs.
Call your broker today to discuss an investment in Boreal Water Collection (BRWC)—before a buyout by Coca-Cola or PepsiCo becomes a reality. Buy shares now at around $0.22 a share and drink up some potentially outrageous profits from private-label bottled water.

Watch the profits start flowing
