(GBC), a publicly traded company under the symbol GBIQ on the OTCQB and GBQ on the CNSX, is pleased to announce that it will present an Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire control Boreal Water Collection, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BRWC), a public company. GBC will present the acquisition project to CredAdvise Inc. for financing and final approval. Details for the propose LOI will be made public once the file is accepted by GBC's investment bankers.
