It's interesting how this has made a bigger impact on the price vs. the orphan announcement, but then again, it's not as though that event seemed to be leveraged fully by the company. This should have a more tangible effect on the company.
Interesting how the last trade at the Ask was .40 with 6500 shares then the last 3 trades of the day after it were 2000, 2000, 2500 at the Bid also at .40, totalling in volume the proceeding trade at the Ask and at the same price .
What do you think of the idea that perhaps all of this recent volume is from the investors themselves?
Thanks Wenttocalifornia!
If that was the last seller out there, then ok. Accumulation definitely occurred though today.
Someone ran to the supply store and got more paint. Hopefully he/she didn't run out after just one day of trading.
Well, in the spirit of optimism, you guys think this will ultimately get off the otc and get on the nasdaq or will be acquired at say, $3 a share?
Anyone using the mobile app? It's pretty good.
Thanks. I've been saying that for the last 5 years. All posts regarding the fundamentals and technicals of the company and its stock should be treated respectfully.
500 shares makes the price a bit insignificant
Thanks, I missed that.
I see that yesterday's news said that the terms of the loan were extended. Anyone happen to know the new due date for the loan (I think it was sometime in 2016 previously)?
Hopefully things will be in order by the time the jumbo loan is due in a couple of years.
If I'm not mistaken, previous high volume transactions over a few weeks was actually the company buying back stock. Any thoughts as to the possibility that this is actually what we have been observing during these last few weeks?
I'm waiting for it to be announced that they have orphan drug approval and then this thing will shoot to the moon, oh wait...
for those that are interested in technicals, making new highs and not being able to hold them on average volume is not the best sign, but it's a lot better than if it had happened on large volume
gee, I hope the volume picks up soon
keeping one's self in the realm of reality is important to investing/trading.
a $4 price point is not a realistic expectation in the near future.
yes, it has been a growth company since 1990; patience is definately helpful.
Dear CTDH President. Let this post serve as authorization to pay a dividend of $1.00 per share to all shareholders, excluding no shareholders.
Hi Pat, let me inform you that that any comments that are not cheerleading the company are generally not welcome here, and that is coming from experience. I commend you for being brave and making the comments you have made, but just remember, you may be met with condescending remarks to any sceptical posts you make. Just a heads up!
possibly CTDH Shareholders are more upset with the current share price than the actual PR Firm.
My guess is that they are extremely cautious about what they release, and spend a lot of time (too much?) considering what data they release, and how they present it (including both videos and news releases), which is what is contributing to the length of time between updates.
true, I don't think it follows the indices though.
careful today's lows are not tomorrow's highs
yes, a 50 billion Net Operating Losses (NOL) could be a great boon for Chinese Banks
how much money is going to stock holders...
sounds very reasonable. Thanks!
interesting how 'Advertiser' is spelled 'Analyst' these days.
or they see that the name of a 'highly qualified lab' needing to be kept secret is odd.
who conducted the tests?
Wonder if margins will be decreased if the reseller is receiving the product at 'wholesale' price. Of course, the volume should hopefully go up.
cool, thanks for the run-down.
As I posted before with a company going private and the potential to increase ROI, BJ’s Wholesale went private in $2.8 billion deal, where it was bought by Leonard Green & Partners and CVC Capital Partners for about $2.8 billion. Where BJ’s stockholders received $51.25 for each share they owned (a 6.6% premium at the time of the writing of the article). Sorry if you may have had tough luck in the past when some of your stocks went private, but that doesn't apply to all instances. The difference here I think is that with your shares, the company itself went private without a buyout from a different party, but in other cases, a company can first buy another company and then turn a profit, where the buyout is at a premium to the current share price, and this is the exact scenario I was referring in my previous post where perhaps an even higher ROI can be made with CTDH.

thanks
just wondering, how did you finder a buyer since there is no public market; personal contact, or through a specialized broker?
yeah, with canadian issues you had to pay capital gains tax on the dividend stock, but I didn't have to worry about that since I'm not canadian. But yeah, it makes sense, I remember now that if a stock goes private, the buyer has to pay (hopefully a premium) on the current public shares. And yeah, it's a wash if you buy it back if the repurchase occurs within 30 days from the sale.
if they indeed did go private and then have a IPO on NASDAQ, what do you reasonably consider would happen to the current shares and their holders; warrents, dividend stock (happened to me with a Canadian stock...)?
