Angry and frustrated, Greek civil servants walked off the job Wednesday, paralyzing the government and public transport to protest ever-deeper austerity measures and seemingly ineffectual financial policies.
As Greece struggles to avoid a catastrophic default, demonstrators in Athens expressed outrage over their misfortune and bewilderment at a crisis that shows no signs of easing.
"Nobody knows what's going on. Every day they say something different. It's all so unclear," said Irini Sypsomou-Arapogianni, a 57-year-old Finance Ministry employee. "I don't know where all this will lead."
She said the government should have acted more boldly to stem the country's chronic tax evasion and seems to have lost its way despite pledges to stabilize the economy.
At least 16,000 protesters converged in central Athens, and 10,000 more gathered in the northern city of Thessaloniki, chanting slogans, banging drums and blowing whistles. The vast majority of demonstrators were peaceful, but a few dozen protesters near Parliament threw stones at riot police, who fired tear gas. One man was seen bleeding from the head.
Air traffic controllers joined the 24-hour strike, grounding all flights to and from Greek airports. State hospitals were running on emergency staff. Lawyers, teachers and tax officers also didn't work. Public transport employees were holding work stoppages in the morning and evening, and state television and radio pulled news programs off the air.
Civil servants are protesting plans to suspend about 30,000 staff on partial pay, part of new cutbacks that come on top of salary and pension cuts. Greece has also seen repeated waves of tax increases over the past year and a half.
Greece has relied on a $145 billion package of international bailout loans since May 2010, but it has slipped on meeting budget targets required to qualify for the funds. The country is suffering through a deep recession, with the economy expected to contract 5.5 percent this year, and unemployment has spiraled to above 16 percent as businesses have closed.
Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos said Tuesday that Greece has enough money to pay pensions, salaries and bondholders through mid-November. Greece needs the next batch of loans, worth $10.5 billion, to avoid bankruptcy, however.
Protesters in Athens directed anger at the foreign creditors, saying they had little hope that the hardship inflicted by austerity measures would yield benefits in the long run.

It sucks when I tried to play the upswing on Bidu when two things happened, TD crashed not allowing me to make trades. Then a hold was placed on my account because I deposited a large amount into the account. I will be sitting on the side lines for a full week. Lol October 7th I get to join the game.

So my question would be is CPSZ considered a partnership unit?
Or would the CPSI be more of a Third Convertible Bond type?

Jailer it’s not so much who but what, when it comes down to small sells like you saw, 714 shares at .03 is 21.42 then add $10 for Ameritrade trade.
You and I as investors don’t make those kinds of moves. It’s all MM playing games, its electronic pulses trying to create activities. It’s trying to get someone to pull the buy trigger. Same thing happened in 2009 and 2010 then it was very silent until 2011. It’s all about the daily movement.

This is defiantly not a stock to watch everyday unless you like to watch paint dry. But it is a stock to hold on to for a few years……

You’re correct but I have a feeling he was either given a very large amount of cheap shares for his short time with them. So I don’t see him buying anything at this time.

My question is what is he doing that takes up so much time? I thought he was retired and came to CPSZ with all the free time available.

A couple ways to look at it;
#1 one less partner to pay
#2 one less partner to counter options or give advice on future growth
#3 does he see something we are not seeing like a stagnant or no growth pattern?
#4 does this position have to be filled or in this economy can it be deleted?

So around $25k was removed from CPSZ, was it a fed up investor or was it Maxm making a withdraw? If this goes back to 2010 levels I just might have to jump back in…

Here is something to think about, Rough thoughts mind you all.

If each unit cost CPSZ $25,000 to install per unit let’s say the average jail has at least 3 units. 34 jails so 102 kiosks so $2,550,000 is equipment. I am sure some jails have less and some have more so it’s a very rough sketch.

This does not account for any future units that will be installed, so we may very well be seeing lots of Maxm for a period of time from here on out.

From what I remember being told, 3rd hand so take it as it’s worth. The owners did not want to have a stock in the first place. But One of the main backers with $$ made them. So with that being true I don’t see the owners having any, go get it attitude to show financials. Nor do I see them wanting to up list any time soon, because as soon as they start the ball rolling it cost them money. Those cost will not stop until they delist go private or get bought out. I am pretty sure they don’t want to start paying for audits just yet.
If the owners deiced to show their hand, so speak then this stock will sail north. All I can suggest is buy small amounts here and there. It will happen later down the road this is not a go fast stock. Just sit on the stocks and wait, kind of like a savings bond, lol. Just my 2 cents JMHO

Haha that’s funny a Kiosk on Gitmo, you do realize they might be holding 25 -50 inmates now days. Those inmate don’t eat like an American inmate's. But the trick would be to get into any federal Prison. Commissary is a big deal in jails and Prisons. I am pretty sure we will not see any finances this year. July is always the speculation month but it never happens.

Surfkast, I have one problem with what you said, If the old timer is selling all his shares for .05 now making let’s say for simple numbers $40,000 why not wait for .25 then sell for $200k.
Seems to me the guy is throwing away $160k profit and that does not make since to me!!

I truly hope something is brought to the table from CPSZ unlike other Julys where it’s all quite on the home front. I guess I am old school, ill believe it when they put it on paper. One thing I have always thought to myself, was that cpsz was building itself up to either be a huge company or be big enough to tick off “Jpay” or some other big player and by bought out.
Either way we are all looking at a big pay out over time . Luckily this is not a scam pinky

Cpsz has entered an un charted area with these Kiosks, with all of these jails going cashless it means less errors. This thing is spreading like wild fire, which state is next lol

For all of these jails the commissary part is where the big money is made both for the jails and for Cpsz

I bought a few more shares yesterday going to sit on them this time.

So the MM did pick me up yesterday, very nice.

I can almost guarantee the MM controlling this stock will not drop and pick me up today. It will not drop below .12 you watch

Question on this Empire Pizza place, I have been going to an Empire Pizza in Down town Tucson but not sure its connected to this stock or company. My question is, Is this empire pizza place only in California? Can anyone supply a list of location this chain is located?

At least 1 person in my family held the stock from the beginning. Yes I am back in, this has always been a gold mine ready to be opened.

I never put my hopes up for any financial Date because as soon as they do start to report (when ever that is) this one will explode and what little share I do have will be pretty.
But I am sure Surf will be able to retire just off this stock soon.(lucky Dog)

When I look back at all my shares I should have held and forgot about them. I would be sitting on a nest egg that would be perfect for a Down payment on a very nice house. Dumb.. Dumb ..me !!

I say fire the whole Tlab Board and find some young business minds that know how to turn this company is to a profit machine. Out with the Old in with the new. Yes I took a beating on this stock, it’s a shame how they are running it into the ground.
