I've noticed that the 7 day trial patch disappeared from the US Amazon store, although the product is still listed on the UK Amazon site.
Does this mean anything?
Could this be in preparation for a US distributor getting a licence to promote the 7 day trial? Or is there a more likely explanation like low inventory?
All opinions are appreciated...
New HealFast video - Don't forget about your pets!
Just posted on Mar 20 and almost as good as Gramp's promotion ;)
I've also stayed proactive by reaching out to a Gizmodo Health writer and NPR's Biotech Nation to introduce the technology as an amazed user (which I am)... Moira Gunn replied that one of her producers was already using the Actipatch so I put her in touch with Sree Koneru at BIEL :)
Not sure how many listener/reader leads turn in to content but it doesn't hurt to try...
I have to command many of the posters on this board for providing the due diligence that kept my hopes alive as an investor since 2009.
It's been a long journey but it seems we are finally on the verge of mass retail adoption... This technology saves lives and money - It will be a HIT!
We, the retail investors, had to keep this company afloat for many years and we are about to be rewarded for our patience and our faith.
Cheers to you! Cheers to us!
In the top 300 bestsellers for Health products on Amazon UK. I think we were in the top 200 earlier today: https://www.amazon.co.uk/ActiPatch-Muscle-Joint-Therapy-Device/dp/B00RLLMVCQ/ref=zg_bs_2826677031_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=TSJ1NDHQ14XDSQQJ2RSS
Whenever this hits US retailers, becomes widely available, and marketing starts all longs will be doing very well. How big is just the arthritis market?!? We occupied the top 3 out of 5 bestseller spots for arthritis in the UK earlier today:

Can tech replace painkillers? -Endgadget
This was published today but I can't believe they don't mention PEMF or Actipatch (they focus on Quell): https://www.engadget.com/2017/07/10/opiate-addiction-quell-stimwave-triggr-health/
Once media notice this little miracle gadget and it's already in the store for people to snatch, I think we will do better than well.
Srinsocal,
In your opinion, would the Oxford back pain study (randomized controlled trial) be sufficient for the FDA to clear Actipatch for back pain, as long as the result are positive?
Thanks.

We are on our way folks!!!
Nvm... silly mistake. It is Actipatch that likes the Walmart Canada FB page... Sorry for the confusion.
Wonder why Walmart Canada would like the Actipatch Facebook page?!? :)

Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information (posted Oct 13):

Not sure if anyone already posted this, but this indicates that everything the company was doing was on the up and up for 2013 through Dec 31, 2014. I'm sure this kind of audit is required for big players interested in licensing agreements. Nice timing too! Q3 numbers should be posted after ~30 days.
New review and info:

The bit that got my attention besides the glowing recommendation was:
"This IS the #1 selling brand of pain relief devices in Boots in the UK (Boots is like the Shoppers Drug Mart of the UK). You can find it at Amazon.ca now, and at Costco.ca in the near future."
Costco is a new one :)
Agreed... I think the FDA is going to have a much tougher time not clearing/delaying this further once US consumers find out that our Canadian brethren can get this OTC in Walmart and we can't. Walmart would be a huge announcement.
The cat got let out of the Walmart bag - nice find TAZZER:

ActiPatch Don W-Jane D McLeod, yes! Available at www.tryactipatch.ca and Amazon.ca. Soon to be on shelves in WalMart Canada!
Post from BIEL on FB about the expansion of stores carrying Actipatch:
"ActiPatch Liz Grace, we're available in Boots in London already. We're meeting with Lloyds tomorrow to possibly expand to shelves with them as well."
Lloyds has ~1400 pharmacies in the UK.
There is at least one direct competitor: http://www.amazon.co.uk/HoMedics-iHeal-Tissue-Cell-Repair/dp/B005G3QW80/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1435795863&sr=8-6&keywords=actipatch
I also imagine that once the FDA reclassifies this technology into category 2 (god willing) there will be many more companies who will try to replicate different form factors with PEMF, though having a first mover advantage in this new space is a huge advantage $$$
Are Q4 numbers supposed to be coming out today?
Based on fillings from the OTC website last year's Q4 was published on Mar 31: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BIEL/filings
Question from a long-term investor (since 2009):
To those who might know the mechanics of the FDA process better,
I see that there are 5 other devices on the FDA CDRH 515 Projects status website with D task completed.
The finalized 515 project history indicates that the FDA completed 3.5 devices per year over a 4 year period. One device has already been finalized in 2015. What are the chances that we are finalized before the other 5 devices with D task completed? Is there a chance that the FDA finalizes this in 2016?!?
Thanks in advance for your reply and input.
This is the email that I sent to IR the other day:
Investor Relations,
I am a long term shareholder of your company and a true believer in your products. The recent 10K indicates that Cobroxin sales are less than 1/20th of the forecast provided by the CEO over a year ago , which makes me worried about the company's viability. Cobroxin's sales this year have dealt a heavy blow to shareholder confidence and the credibility of the management to execute the business plan effectively. Why hasn't the CEO updated the shareholders regarding the under-performance of XCHO marketing spend and what is the company's plan to fix the situation? The shareholders who have financed and supported your company and products deserve an at least an update from the management regarding the XCHO fiasco and the strategy going forward.
And this is the vague response I got back:
Paul,
Understand that when our CEO made sales forecasts for Cobroxin early in 2010, Nutra Pharma had just done more than $1M in early Cobroxin sales. Forecasts from XenaCare clearly indicated continued growth and the product had just been introduced into CVS and Walgreens. We had no way of knowing that XenaCare would fail to properly advertise the product or follow-through on contractual sales promotions. Those forecasts were valid at the time they were made.
The Company has been clear that we have been dissapointed in the actions (or lack thereof) of our Cobroxin Distributor, XenaCare. While we have very little control over XenaCare's actions, we can control our own. To that end, we have spent the last 6 months in scaling up production and distribution of Nyloxin and have delivered our first orders in the first quarter of this year. We expect Nyloxin sales to far outstrip Cobroxin sales by the 3rd Quarter as we roll the product out across the US and into the International markets.
We will also be seeking new distribution of Cobroxin to replace the efforts of XenaCare over the next several months.
Please stay informed by subscribing to our press releases, blog posts and Twitter updates. For more information, please visit www.NutraPharma.com.
I hope that this information is helpful,

Nutra Pharma Corproation
Lol... yeah Vicodin and other prescribed pain relievers are a small niche market. Don't make me laugh.
Getting the Nyloxin update would be great, but we need to know how they are changing their marketing campaign for Cobroxin. Nyloxin might be a great product in the long-run, but in the Sates only Cobroxin is sold OTC and is the real opportunity for large revenues. I want to know how Rik is addressing the depressed sales and marketing efforts of XCHO.
For many reasons XCHO seems to have completely missed their own sales forecast and Rik is responsible for addressing this failure... For instance, I live in AZ and the CVS close to my house has only had the gel version for over 6 months without restocking the spray.
I am still willing to give NPHC the benefit of the doubt (for now) to address these concerns because they have an outstanding product, but Rik needs explain the grossly missed forecast and show progress on adjusting the business plan ASAP.
No spray versions at CVS - PHX AZ
Every CVS I visit only has the gel for sale, even though the price tag indicates that it's supposed the spray model. I don't have the time to pursue the store employees who make the order but it seemed from the start that the spray version was much more popular as it was sold out in the first few of weeks. I know that Walgreens only carries the gel but I though CVS was supposed to have both versions?!? This could also be impacting the quarterly results if enough CVS aren't stocked appropriately since it's such a large chain. Anyone have anymore info?
Cobroxin in Scottsdale AZ and pics. Only 1 box left after I purchased the Gel and Spray! The pharmacist was pleasantly surprised that there was finally an OTC Stage 2 pain treatment. I think she might purchase the last box :)

Since Oct 1st O/S and Float have increased by less than 10% while the share price is down close to 40~50%! Definitely a lot of manipulation going on. This is means that the spring is wound even tighter for the POP. Hang on to your hardhats, the rocket ship is about to blastoff.
And Caesars Report response:
Thanks for submitting your question. One of the questions we've
already prepared concerns the byproducts (gold/silver), which is an important factor for the cash cost per lbs copper.
How about asking what the gold/silver count is per truck load?
If SPNG is being manipulated by NSS than you need to
submit a public comment to the SEC – http://www.sec.gov/spotlight/shortsales.shtml

If we don’t demand change from the government than we don’t have a right to complain.

I tried to get Scottrade to send me my stock certificates but they wouldn't even allow me to do it!!! They told me that all of the shares are electronic and they couldn't send them to me no matter how much I insisted... Is this an utter lie?!? I made them connect me to their compliance department but that guy was even less helpful than the branch manager.
Here's another question for you: If Scottrade can't attain any Pink stock through electronic transfers doesn't that imply that they should have a restriction on all Pink sheet stock? Why is only CPRK and other select tickers on their no-buy list? I am closing my account with them asap!
The market doesn't determine the share price accurately if there are entities that are manipulating the supply side of the equation. If you would have taken an econ class you would know that what the NSS and MMs are doing is illegal and artificially lowers the sp which in turn raises the borrowing costs of a company. Thousands of companies have been driven out of business by these crooks and we won't let it happen to CPRK.
Copper,
I got that much, but from originally?
Quick question: where did you find the share structure posted in the ibox?
Since the sp is down ~30% from recent highs even though we are only getting good news I am convinced that MMs are holding us down...
I found this great online petition to SEC and Congress with almost 10K signatures demanding a fix to the naked short problem (normal shorting is fine IMO) -

If you don't like how things work, you have to do something about it, otherwise you have no right to complain.
Letter to SEC to investigate volume-
This is my official complaint but if you want things to change than write a letter yourself to demand attention to this egregious misconduct and criminal behavior of market makers and FTD procedures.

- Manipulation of price and volume
COMPLAINT INFORMATION
Providable Documents:
Description:
In the last 10 days Sponetech Inc (SPNGE) had massive volume many times it's float. The company has also been showing up on the SHO list daily. As a retail investor I am very upset and disappointed that there is no information on the number of shares that have failed to deliver on a daily or at least weakly basis for individual securities. This lack of public information allows market makers to naked short sell and manipulate the share price, stealing money from retail investors and destroys companies by increasing borrowing costs for the issuer because of a deflated stock price. The FTD loopholes that allow unchecked naked short selling need to be addressed because these practices only destroy shareholder value and choke of credit to fledgling businesses.
Since the new SEC chairman stated that increasing corporate and market transparency is the main charter of the SEC, FTD disclosure and abusive NSS practices have to be one of the top priorities to protect retail investors from share price manipulation. How many companies will go out of business, employees laid off, technological innovation discarded, and shareholder values whipped out before the SEC changes FTD and SHO rules?!?

If you yell loud enough and long enough they will have to listen and change... we as taxpayers are their employers and with the a new administration interested in changing things for the better we have a chance to let our concerns be known. Investor activism is the only way the SEC will understand that we won't accept the status quo anymore!
My message to CM (I will post the reply when I get it):
Thank you so much for your timely updates and the pressure you're applying on management to be more forthcoming with information to the shareholders. I do have another question for you:
It looks like Scottrade has had CPRK on a no-buy list for the last 2 weeks and I have not been able to purchase more shares even though CPRK becomes a stronger investment every day and I know many people who are experiencing the same problem even though they would love to own a piece of your company. I was hoping you could shed some light on the situation and if this is indicative of a larger NSS problem and if so, how management is planning to resolve it.
Thank you in advance for your time,

Maybe they sold out and were waiting for a new shipment... don't lose sight of the fundamentals, everything else is hearsay.
The only thing I want management to do is come forward and speak personally to the issues at hand and try to reassure the shareholders that things are still on track... I'm not saying they need to stop the r/s or give us concrete Sep sale numbers (which should be somewhere in the 10K).
