Greetings Niko. This one is bound to go eventually; I hope.
Methinks it was CJ with his quoted 30mill shares that he owned.
I'm mobile at the moment and can't run L2 on my BB. Did the same MM handle that string of sells?
Are you trying to distract us from the possibility that you just dumped over 20mill shares, CJ?
Hehehe. Nice.
Thanks V. I did not know that was against the TOS. It must have been in Section 4326-B-0 of the Addendum to the You'll-never-focking-find-this clause.
Goooo TYTN!
Quite possible, gm. It would be nice of the CEO to disclose the terms of his agreement with the IR.
I think that would be a bad idea at the moment. There are dozens of us that have thousands of dollars in TYTN that would not appreciate having their funds locked up. Got it?
Alright, so it looks like I will be booking two plane tickets. One to pay Mark a visit and one to introduce Scar to my friend, Mr. Zuchinni NoLube Analtolly (yeah, he's Italian).
Good to see you here to, Vulcan. Let's hope TYTN can do it for us!
Precisely Farmboy. (Does anyone actually read what I have been posting for the last two weeks?) We'll just have to keep absorbing the shares. There is no way the float is the same; personally I believe it to be closer to 1.5bill after the slapping we took the other day. HOWEVER... with the proper catalyst and massive buying pressure this puppy will run. Of course, it would be a heck of a lot easier if the CEO would retire that dude's (I speculate Milton Ault's) shares.
1.) He needs to come clean with the share structure to share holders NOW.
2.) Let us run this puppy up to or above .01pps.
3.) After we exceed .01 they can sell all the shares they want. Just give us a month without conversion of preferreds!
What's up Vulcan. I am now up to 6,4800,000 shares. I tinnnnny bit of that 320mill.
Hey, when TYTN sues you again in the coming months, can you mention to the Judge that I'd love to be the court room sketch artist for the case? Cool. Thanks. --I think I would do you justice in representing your likeness as a cross dressing tranny getting sued for a second time by Tytan International. :-0
I just enjoy messing with you. I think it will be at least a year from the last motion before the FDIC will continue the matter if a settlement is not agreed upon sooner. It isn't a big deal since we all know that the remaining balance of the loan will likely be settled for pennies on the dollar! (Great for TYTN!)
I did notice that you have a recent tax warrant from this year, Mitch
That is not a "Foreclosure" proceeding, Punkin. Keep trying Mitch.
That would be sweet if they dried up! (burn focker burn!) If we can continue absorbing the volume will turn positive again and this puppy will go.
We need the facts and we will get them. I have not implied the company has done anything wrong. It is called establishing due diligence. I prefer to rely on facts, not hearsay from a third party.
Possitive thought to a possible negative scenario: Unless the CEO files to cancel them like MMT*'s Liberman did with the former CEO's shares. Joe Overcash continuously squashed runs on MMTE last year by converting and selling loads of shares. If Ault has shares, I hope that TYTN's current CEO would do the right thing and have the shares canceled.
Unfortunately, not so. If Milton Ault has preffered shares (entirely possible) the older files are indeed relevant. This is yet another reason we absolutely need to keep pressure on the CEO to reveal TYTN's full share structure.
Actually Jim, I just noticed something in addition to that. After a review of the last 10 years of the entity filings, there aren't ANY docs mentioning PAR Share counts at all. None. Maybe Colorado doesn't require them to be filed with the state.
I need more coffee. I was confusing it with Delaware's lack of content viewing capabilities.
The Colorado Sec of State's website doesn't support online viewing of entries or the actual filings. A request has to be made via phone/fax/email/postal mail for the current Authorized Share Count (both common & preferred).
This is a handy service they offer: Email notification of filings specific to the company. Everybody should sign upp!

<sorry...ihub has some funky hyperlink action going on this morning. >
CJ realistically, I think this puppy is at 1b now after the last few weeks of trading. Won't matter if we an get enough buyers!
I absolutely agree. However, that doesn't preclude us from having a kick-ass run at some point. Last year when I was in GO*G leading up to the run to like .058 or something, the float was guestimated at between 1-1.25billion and we still did it. This has that potential along with a better CEO and a better product.
But V, then we wouldn't have this awesome sense of "community" here. Hehehe.
In short, the strategy here remains the same for me (as I've openly said numerous times): Buy, hold and continue to accumulate. It is a given that we cannot develop this into a FLD Play but by absorbing a substantial amount of free trading shares we can force this higher IF WE ALL HOLD.
I do like it but I immediately asked myself "How the eff are they going to pay for it?" --At this point, since the press release was not taken well by the market, I think we should just come right out and say these things to get them off our chests. I anticipate a stronger PR from the company that what we saw this morning.
Dshade, don't confuse the CEO's personal shares with company shares. He can indeed dilute without selling his personal shares. I am not saying that to be the case at the present time though.
They will be until you change that creepy-ass profile image. What is that? A roided-out/HGH version of Ernie from Seasame Street?
I think the technical term for it is "bull shit batman!".
Farmboy, maybe this is how the company is going to do inhouse financing for buyers. Totally kidding. You know that I agree with you, as I have been encouraging all here to keep the pressure on Mark to reveal share structure and deal with it.
Holy 20mill + sell batman. Wake me up when we are above .001.
Hey Z, I want to be clear that a gerbil smugglin should not be associated with bashers or tools. I used the term here only to make light of the fact that blademan was sent to the pokey unfairly last week.
I'd gerbil smuggle with him any day! (disclaimer: no-homo.)
Somebody wake up on the wrong side of zucchini this morning? Lodged up the woo-whoo maybe? At this level, TYTN or its long position holders really haven't much to lose by pumpers and groups hitting it. Seriously, how else will it get out of the triple zeros?
Let's hope so man. I have to say I am rather disappointed (okay, pissed really) by the selling in the last 30 minutes.
Ahhh 2009...yet you have only posted to this particular board TWO times? Interesting.
That cannot possibly be the news that Scar has been talking about for the last two days. I have a feeling this is only the first PR.
Excellent late session trading today. That was a nice surprise!
I am sitting tight. What we seem to have here is a stalled play by a group. Unless momentum can be re-established and/or a press release with strong substance is put out in coming hours we'll be heading back to where we were before they came in with their 100mill in buys yesterday.
Good company + good product = Hold all shares.
Hehehehea
His username says it all.
