I just enjoy messing with you. I think it will be at least a year from the last motion before the FDIC will continue the matter if a settlement is not agreed upon sooner. It isn't a big deal since we all know that the remaining balance of the loan will likely be settled for pennies on the dollar! (Great for TYTN!)


I did notice that you have a recent tax warrant from this year, Mitch
