Should this post be stickied so when the news comes thru.... um well... ill just leave it at that. I think it will but you never know. If this company was large scale with solid evidence... i dont think it would be on the pinks or greys. Its a gamble.
My divi was worth more than my shares.... so they are like a souvenir I can keep. Hey maybe they will get bought by the company. Will see, but not worthless to me. A lesson yes if this falls through, but not losing more than what i put in... so im not so worried.
I was talking about what you just posted phx invest. That was what I was talking about. Not the other website.
Its in service... just no one answering.
Does everyone realize these are the same peole buying san pedro mine?
So what does this mean for shareholders? Do they have to buy our shares in order to complete the merge and going private?
As long as they are continuing a quarterly divy... the possibilities outweigh the cost. They did what they said they would do before. Actions speak - All else is speculation. I'm going to hold on tight and wait out the storm. It benefited me to hold before. If they pay another divy there is no doubt in my mind this will explode. Its a big if.... but so was the question if this would ever trade again.
Does that mean ihubbers as of september 18th 2015 are entitled to dividends?
Im still hoping they are wrong. I hope that this is all CORs problem and CRGP comes out clean. Will find out sooner or later. Hopefully sooner.
Do u think crgp may start trading again? Or do u think its a done deal?
Their balance sheet says they did... and we all have lots of faith in the unaudited balance sheet of a pink Co... right? hmmm? maybe?? Okay this is not looking good.
Great... still an optimist here. :) I needed that!
Good to know. Thank you.
Correct. This includes offsetting any wage income too. If you have losses up to 3k. You can also carry forward $3k per year if you have additional losses that exceed $3k.
But luckily they can be offset by capital losses provided your losses exceed your gains.
I can read and comprehend but felt like I was missing something. If debt was converted after June 30th and I purchased my shares after June 30th I thought maybe these could be part of the unentitled dividends. The COR is suing the company and last I checked the shareholders were the owners of the company. This was just my train of thought and that's why I put it out there so someone more intellectual and well versed than me in stock trading could correct me if I was wrong. However, that person did not have to be such a douche bag about it.
Thanks. I was starting to get a bit worried. I took my little $1000 and paid down my car note. Can't get that back.
Then like a dummy reinvested the remainder with hopes of another quarterly dividend. No more gambling for me. If I put money in the stock market again, it will be to invest. The only thing with investing is the fact that it involves patience and not an overnight windfall.
After reading some of the court docs it seems as if the dividend money may need to be paid back if the plaintiff wins in court. That seems so unfair if that's the case. I am really hoping that's not the case. Evidently the debt which was converted to shares was not entitled to dividend money but got included in the payout. I'm not sure what pieces of the puzzle I'm missing but I hope they are not able to take back the dividend payment. Its bad enough people are most likely going to lose the money invested/reinvested in the stock.
What happens if you made a purchase 2 days ago but it doesn't settle yet? I wonder if you can cancel the purchase???
Just burst my bubble. There is always hope right?
Wow that is a great point! This U3 could definitely mean a buy out. Fingers crossed.
Well call me a washing machine. Kidding! They can throw that money this way.
This would be nothing short of amazing if we were to get these dividends quarterly. This stock has life changing potential. Maybe I'm dreaming but... after that last divvy I could not fully believe it until I received it in my account.
Wow - the gift that keeps on giving. Oh my! Loving this.
Maybe this is why they did the dividend while repurchasing....
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Share_repurchase
There is strong evidence that companies are able to profitably repurchase shares when the company is widely held by retail investors who are unsophisticated (e.g., small investors) and more likely to sell their shares to the company when those shares are undervalued.[5] By contrast, when the company is held primarily by insiders and institutional investors, who are more sophisticated, it is harder for companies to profitably repurchase shares.[5]
So that tells me if there are more sellers than buyers then the one buyer who is buying from multiple sellers must have a good reason to do all this buying...we all have been informed about who is buying back shares now... that tells me that i dont want to sell because obviously the buyer knows something i dont. That just my opinion and thought process on that.

Yes I was thinking about doing the same. Scottrade emailed me back saying that the dividend money will get posted tonight and i should have it in my account in the a.m. Might be adding some more shares on Monday.
I'm not getting the whole selling out-pacing the buys. For every seller there is a buyer so to me I would think they kept pace with one another. ??? Am I missing something?
I'd say you owe him a Keg and dinner.
Looking forward to power hour. Wondering if the company will be buying back shares and if we will see huge purchases again in the last hour??? Fingers crossed. I'm holding... My shares already paid for themselves in divis.... at least once I actually get the divis. I have Scottrade so I still have not actually received them.
Batter up... this is exciting :)
WOW! That's a $65k buy! The buyer must be confident!
Not yet... I called them today and they said they did not receive the cash yet from the company. This was after 4:30 when I called.
Is anyone else following this stock??
Here is an interesting read by the CEO:

Under the terms of the signed Distributor Agreement, Hemp, Inc. "appointed and granted" Carolina Canna Distributors, LLC the exclusive and non-assignable right to sell its product line in North Carolina and non-exclusive right to sell anywhere else in the U.S. and abroad.
"We are pleased to have Carolina Canna Distributors on board. This will make Hemp, Inc.'s products visible in over 400 stores in North Carolina. The hemp crop is very unique because every part of the hemp plant has utility and that creates market value. Supply and demand are stimulated. The economy flourishes," continued Perlowin.
According to Hemp, Inc.'s recently recorded video update at www.HempIncPresents.com on Product Sales, Perlowin is shipping 3 pallets of Hemp, Inc.'s cosmeceutical line to North Carolina where it will have its debut in that state. Brian Bullman, CEO of Carolina Canna Distributors, LLC has the exclusive for North Carolina, says Perlowin. "If you're in North Carolina and want to purchase product for your store, contact Brian Bullman at Carolina Hemp Company or visit www.carolinahempcompany.com."
Bullman added, "Carolina Canna is a great partner for the Hemp, Inc. brand of hemp products. Hemp, Inc. has the scale, infrastructure, and solid reputation as being a pioneer in the industrial hemp industry to make this line of products a market leader in the United States. We are so pleased to have the exclusive rights to sell these products."
Aside from being a "giant manufacturer of hemp and natural fiber" the company also produces cosmeceuticals and according to Perlowin will continue to expand its product line. "We are aggressively pursuing distributors in other regions. Our goal is to have a dominant presence, in well over 1,000 stores, within the marketplace." Hemp, Inc.'s products are now available through the Hemp, Inc. store.
The Distribution Agreement with Carolina Canna Distributors, LLC may be expanded with additional products as Hemp, Inc. increases its product line to include its CBD line in the future. For distribution in Florida, Hemp, Inc.'s products are being distributed by WeGotHemp.com which currently sells other health-based products in over 50 locations.
HEMP, INC.'s TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE
Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) seeks to benefit many constituencies from a "Cultural Creative" perspective thereby not exploiting or endangering any group. CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP), Bruce Perlowin, is positioning the company as a leader in the industrial hemp industry, with a social and environmental mission at its core.
