Me at $0.0004.
Looking for 0.0003 to 0.0005 today. (Please)
What is the concensus for being able to sell at $0.0002? Opinions please.
NEWS also today, 2/3/2010
Pre-opening bid/ask is $0.013/$0.015 (per TDA)
$0.0148 Last.
Or my pain.
Are we all happy?
Read my Post #45204 of December 28, 2009 regarding the BGMI dividend. I too was concerned with the news release. In my estimation, there is (and was) no "forward stock split" tied to the dividend. Thusly, the "dividend" was rendered mute.
EVLN News released at 4:55 p.m.
Trading halted?
Close at $0.0100?
My prediction, and WISHFUL THINKING: The 2010 high will be in the range of $0.45 to $0.50.
News announced at 9:20 a.m.
That's more like it: Ask at $0.0088.
I spoke too soon: Traded at $0.0090.
My prediction stands (until it fails).
My prediction: The 2010 low will be $0.0064 per share. IMHO
Trading now for 50 minutes, and only 21055 shares traded?
Countdown for what?
This stock once (in May 2006) traded at $4,049.19 per share - adjusted for splits. One share purchased at that price would have suffered a loss of $4,049.18. (Says much)
Said differently, one share purchased at that price is now worth less than one cent. To be exact, 83% of one cent.
Instead of being in a boat, we are all in a submarine (diving and gasping for air).
I gree, reat usiness lan!
BMGI: $0.035
Oil: $83.05
EVFN: Soon to be $0.50
Oil is $81.24 per barrel.
BMGI just traded at $0.035 per share, up 75.00% today. This is us (our recent dividend).
I posted something earlier today, but it seemingly got little or no attention. The EVLN dividend with the announced 1/8/2010 Record Date is presently worth EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS to us longs. (2 Million EVLN shares, times $4.00 per share, divided by roughy 200 million EVFN shares, equals $0.04 per EVFN share.) THAT'S ABOUT 4 TIMES WHAT EVFN IS TRADING AT TODAY!
It looks like our EVLN dividend is going to be EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS, OR ABOUT $0.04 PER EVFN SHARE (assuming there are 200 million EVFN shares outstanding on the 1/8/2010 Record Date).
GO EVFN
Just think of it, EVFN (at $0.011 per share) is selling at a 72.5% discount relative to the EVLN dividend.
BMGI bid/ask is now $0.03 x $0.04.
Postscript: $0.0095 may be the low for EVFN in 2009.
Our next dividend, EVLN, has a record date of 1/8/2010 (coming up soon). It is to be 2,000,000 EVLN shares - currently valued at $4.00 per share - divided proportionally amongst the EVFN shareholders. Doing the math, $8,000,000.00 amoungst us, not bad.
Oil is trading at $79.89, just $0.11 shy of $80.00 per barrel.
BMGI is trading at $0.03 per share, up 50.00% from yesterday's close.
Today is the record date for the SWRS dividend.
Not so. Logged back on to the TD Ameritrade site, and presto, data.
TDA has apparently lost all bid and ask data for all stocks.
MMs: Why is it that you all think $1,000 invested in December 2009 should buy fewer shares than in May 2009. The money derived from the dilution (which you are fully aware), will benefit the Company to the same extent whether the transaction occurs in the month of February or October. Mr. MM, in my estimation, you and your collective group are more of a problem than any ineffectual Company management, and you needlessly cheat us investors by your greed.
EVFN: Show me $0.48 soon. Please.
(That's only $0.0008 per share, pre-split.
It doesn't seem too much to ask. Just look at a one-year bar chart. Try BigCharts.com if you can't locate one.
I have no idea.
BMGI: Last trade was $0.0244 per share, up 62.67% from the $0.015 close. GO BMGI!
On 4/3/2009, this stock closed at $0.36 per share. What happened between then and now? (Just something to ponder)
Our next stock dividend - SWRS shares - had an announced record date of December 31, 2009.
(To be a proportionate sharing of 1.5 million SWRS shares amongst all EVFN shareholders.)
SWRS closed today at $0.10 per share, on zero volume.
Please read my recent posts. Has anyone figured out what "forward stock split" the news clarification is referring to, and the date of same?
