You run a huge risk of issuing more shares since the price is lower and letting investors accumulate even more shares. Not a problem, they are shooting themselves in the foot and once news hits, they will realize it.

The fact of the matter is, no matter how large this umc company is. Wanderport has secured a company to approve the product, manufacturer and distribute their product in the us. It is simply huge! Just because UMC is a small company now doesn't mean it doesn't have the capability to boom! It is simple common sense, if the demand for the product is huge, then the company gets huge. I live in Indy and love the fact that Ft. Wayne will be getting some good jobs back. They have been hurt recently.

.05 is roughly 30 mil market cap! For a company with no product and alot of prs, I don't blame people for being cautious, this needs some more concrete information other than projected sales numbers and company share price valuations before we can take off here. The opportunity comes for us willing to take the risk and seeing if this pans out the way management says, if it does we could see some huge returns. Hold free shares trade with cash, plenty of opportunities so far!

Ideally the OTC would be used for just that! American small business would thrive if the otc functioned properly. However, they do not, MMs, hedge funds, and other institutions have free reign over these markets and it would be unwise to go against their trading.

That being said, 90% of the time a stock will fall to its 50 or 200 day moving averages and bounce right off it. Anything under .012 is a good buy and anything at the 200ma is an excellent buy. I have orders in for both, glta

Waiting for it to meet the 200ma, close the gap and create a nice return from these prices. When details are known on production and global distribution, we will have another great run here. Don't hate what the MMs are doing, play it, they have given ample opportunity here to secure some NICE returns!

I was in another stock that was facing the same problems! IT was easier with that one to scream dilution, because the t/a was gagged. In this case, you just sound delusional! Anyway, that stock ran from .006-.28 with same short squeeze. Certainly not saying this one will run that high, but we will see some coin!
