OK. Hope you come back in when you are ready. As they say, the devil you know is better than the devil you do not. (or something like that)
You're welcome, Gov.
No reverse split yet. They appear to be poised to do one only if approved for a NASDAQ listing. The ratio of 1 for 125 would put them well above the minimum required stock price to maintain a NASDAQ listing.
We shall have to watch and wait.
Alternate interpretations of their recent SEC filings are welcome.
Nice opening change in price this am. Limited number of shares traded. We need to keep our eyes open.
Trend, That's probably a good guess, but we'll find out.
I doubt this has anything to do with Mallinkrodt, but I would be pleased to hear of a buyout at a reasonable price (for us). Uplisting COULD be a negotiation tactic.
Ejob, Thank you for posting that! It is always best to assume some delays and back-and-forth before actual guidance is made public. I would prefer to be pleasantly surprised by guidance on 7/18 but not to set that high an expectation. It is the FDA, after all.
New stock offering after 1 for 125 reverse split:
Choctaw, Agree. It just requires patience.
It’s been pretty quiet

Grateful, Keep those candles burning. Just not on both ends.
Yes, we wait on news.
May your birthday wish be granted....many times over. Happy birthday!
Ejob, GTSM frequently helps other MMs in controlling price movements, up as well as usually down.
Ejob, Chart looks encouraging.
Ejob, MMs do play their games.
Ejob, I would think extensive selling at the ask is designed to serve as a block on upward movement and may be coordinated with the attack article this week.
Not sure when R/S will occur, but someone is already putting out a hatchet job article on SeekingAlpha to try to drive price down.
et voila!
Happy hour is a courtesy which IHub extends to "free members," such as you and I, which gives us the privileges of paid members for a one hour period (4-5 PM, Eastern US time).
For example, you and I can't send private messages the rest of the time, but we can during that one hour period. Not that I would have anything bad to say about any other posters, but we could share scuttlebut without Chaka hearing us. (Just kidding Chaka)
Or we could ask a question without revealing our lack of experience in trading.
See the new 10Q
Ejob, I have a hunch Peizer has a whole game plan mapped out.
when we get the next phase results, the price should respond appropriately. with a deal with a big pharma, the price should increase by orders of magnitude.
Grateful, Early stage Bio stocks have up days and down days. Not long ago, we were at 2 cents a share. Just sit and wait patiently. Do that reading while you wait.
Trend,
Done! One person told me how to do it.
Remember one moderator can stickie only one post. To stickie more information, youll have to give me a consolidated post which contains all the information.
Homebrew, Thank you. Worked like a charm.
I've asked a couple other mods I know for help figuring out just how to stickie a post. Meanwhile, as a mod gets to stickie only one post, you might begin to roll all those informative posts you had made into ONE.
No rush, as I have to do it within 48 hours.
I'm a moderator on a board and need to stickie a post. How do I do that? TIA
The IHub Administrator responded and said they do not have the capability of merging the messages on the BIVI-banking board (now closed to posting) with those on this BIVI-biotech board.
So, if there is any content reposing on the other board which you feel would benefit those on this board, please repost it here folks.
Chart reading is not what I suggest you start with, which would be a basic understanding about how corporations are structured and financed, what are earnings vs revenue, equity vs debt and simple finance concepts.
The only thing I would say about charts is to look at the stock performance over varied periods of time. What looks like a great surge on a 1 week chart may appear to be a slight recovery in a 6 month or 12 month chart.
Gotta rest the eye.
Grateful, You should begin with a couple of books on long term investing. While I studied Graham and Dodd's tome on investment analysis way back in college, I think Charlie Munger and Warren Buffett were actually students of the pair. They have constructed a nice balanced portfolio of their own.
It would be a violation of the terms of service here to mention other sites, but you can look up investing basics here on IHub and elsewhere. Don't get fancy and don't bet what you can't afford to lose. Even if one of us is exclaiming how wonderful BIVI is and how it is bound to be successful, would you put all of your savings on one horse?
BIVI, being an early stage biotech, is by nature highly speculative.
Grateful, You can play this stock for pennies and slowly build a position if you are adept like Chaka or you can play the long game. I roughly forecast a before reverse split price of $1/sh in a year or two.
I put in a request with IHub support to merge the posts on the BIVI banking/finance board with the posts on this BIVI biotech board.
We will see what happens, no pun intended.
Ejob, As long as we are not on NASDAQ, manipulation will continue unabated. Even if we make it to NASDAQ, there will still be attempts to manipulate. Trolls will post here and new identities will appear from nowhere. People will "talk their book" to push us this way and that.
Best thing for longs to do is focus on the fundamentals and ignore technicals. Hold long and strong, even though whatever offers BIVI makes of new shares might be slightly below the latest market price. Buy on weakness.
I understand. With "power" (LOL) comes responsibility. I do not want to be accused of distorting things by deleting posts of people with a different position to mine, so i delete nothing.
Thanks for the good wishes. Its just wierd getting uused to and getting the eyes to work together.
Trend, I have to admit that altho I am a moderator, I have never done anything with any ibox or deleted any posts. You can become a mod by simply clicking the "add me as a moderator" box on the home page. Could use the help here and you are active in ferreting out information.
Closing posting on the other board? Absolutely not. Ive actually been out several days due to cataract surgery. I can barely see to read the screen or type.
It does make sense, however, given it is the same stock. Did they consolidate all the posts from both boards here?
Yes, of course. I almost always feel it validating when a successful investor like Pizer buys in...even tho I have been diluted in effect. It gets the company closer to the goal line. I am a long term angel investor in startups, so I'm accustomed to it by now.
What is your background?
OK, thanks.
I participated in their first equity offering - done privately - and persuaded some of my friends to take a stake as well. Needless to say, those shares and warrants are under water. Other earlier NNAB shares and more recent shares are not.
