Happy hour is a courtesy which IHub extends to "free members," such as you and I, which gives us the privileges of paid members for a one hour period (4-5 PM, Eastern US time).

For example, you and I can't send private messages the rest of the time, but we can during that one hour period. Not that I would have anything bad to say about any other posters, but we could share scuttlebut without Chaka hearing us. (Just kidding Chaka)

Or we could ask a question without revealing our lack of experience in trading.
