IMO, I would have preferred a corporate action (think FINRA) to be taken to force the buyback immediately.
If that happened...this could be a stock that we all would be talking about for years.
Thanks.
thank you for responding to my question...I was asking the WHEN...not the WHY.
has the company stated when the "affiliate" that dumped shares was going to start buying them back??? Looking back there was a 28M share dump on June 13th.
thanks in advance.
wall @ 16's is huge. Not much bid support. Don't know if that PR has the MOMO to break this out of the teens., IMO
what stock are you looking at?

there are numerous posts out there in regards to a PR coming.

is an example of one
I was hoping for news of buy-out/acquisition. I guess an upgrade is good, hopefully some folks see it.
I always like pre-market news...that way I can set my buys, have a cup of coffee, and get on with my day.
SHAR needs volume.
No SHAR news today as of 08:16am.
gl and good day.
we are at about 87% of the 1.6m volume that was quoted in the previous post as of now
0.014 +0.001 (+7.69%) 0.0135 x5,000 0.015 x54,500 0.013 - 0.015 1,390,201 (06/27/11 @ 1:18 ET)
Avg Volume (10 days)8,169,536...so my assessment, and correct me if I'm wrong...but we need volume as we are just over 17% of the average.
no volume. Any word on news for today?
248,255 volume in first 15 minutes?
Hopefully news on the way.
sure
you should really read ALL my posts on WAMUq.
I would say to play the pump....but I think it blew up before it really got started.
I want to see the interesting spin the company puts on the past events. I imagine something will get released this week.
I'm from section 18 in Colorado. Typically we buy our gear in the first and second quarters (think Christmas presents) so it would be put together to stage it outside to get rid of the "new" smell.
Mule Deers don't like that smell...maybe the tiny whitetails of TN do, but real Hunters don't pull crap out of the box straight to use. I mean, most of us buy deer/elk cow piss to pour on us so that the "herd" don't sense that they're in trouble.
Eitherway...$300 ain't cutting it.
continues to climb?
$300 in sales 1st quarter. That's it. CEO is on record missing 2 millions shares that are "Restricted".
Check the rosters of the trade shows that Cooper is supposed to be at...they aren't on any of those vendor lists.
So...is this a chart play...or a long term investment...or what exactly is it. They are currently dumping because the CEO is on record wanting to make a $1m dollars. For what? to retire?
$300 a quarter is not going to cut it, doesn't matter what you are selling. I don't need to bash this one...the 8k and 10k do wonders...if you read them. Nevermind any DD though...follow the flyers and mailings.
I think that bid is for the 2m share difference from the CEO's personal stash that he is trying to replace.
IMO, if there was better bid support, say @ .134 that would force that seller up. There is no pressure to force him to cover what he sold, and I imagine, he sold in the .015-.0175...so they are green.
Make them pay.

is the latest news I could find.
have a great day in SHAR land. Good luck to all.
I hope this goes green for all of you. I hope you are able to get out with a profit.
During the 3 months from January 1, 2011 - March 31, 2011 26,466,628 shares were issued. Those shares went to payoff $53,933 worth of debt at the super discount rate of $.002/share.
On January 4, 2011, the Company issued 26,466,628 shares of common stock at $.002 for cash aggregating $53,933 for payment of debt
On January 4, 2011 the stock was trading at $.024/share. That is quite the discount at $.002/share. So who got those 26,466,628 shares at that super discounted rate? The filings do not disclose that information.
What we do know is that $163,947 worth of debt Notes still remain. Are the rest of the debts owed going to be converted at the same super discounted rate of $.002/share? If so it would take 81,973,500 more shares to eliminate those debts.
Also of note on December 31, 2010 the CEO, Dan Cooper, had 15,150,500 shares. On March 31, 2011 the CEO, Dan Cooper, had 13,150,500 shares. According to the attorney letter filed by Christopher Davies all of Dan Cooper's 15,150,500 shares he owned on December 31, 2010 were restricted.
$2 m shares gone missing.
what is wrong with a true company diluting some shares to get some funds for futher development
so which is it. Tons of posts that say they aren't diluting when in fact there is major dilution happening.
can't have it both ways.
they either are or aren't. In this case they are, and after the f/s, IMO, they will further dilute it to set up a r/s in the 4th quarter. then rinse and repeat, IMO.
really...so those down on their luck would be a good fit for an investment in SHAR?
Have you ever heard of "The True Gentleman".... Google it. It's a great read, IMO.
SHAR company is dumping. Lots of proof of that.
no short covering needed here. If there are shorts, there is no reason for them to cover...if the "affliate" that dumped restricted shares did not cause a halt (or any action for that matter), then there are no actions that will happen to force a cover. Even the f/s won't force a cover.
This was one of the worst p&d executions I have seen in a long time.
Wait...this will be .000's before the end of July, IMO...we are almost there now.
Let the pumpers pump...while they dump.
I have a position.
I will post mine, as soon as all the mods in here, CJ, and you show me yours.
only reason I am doing DD is because I bought some on the hype. I am green too. But this is a flipper play, not a long.
so this board is now the definitive source on shorting? What does FINRA say? How many fails to deliver?
Was there ever clarification why the CEO's restricted stock count went down by 2 million between Dec and March?
who said I had no position.
what I posted early about salaries and trades shows is true. I have already posted it. 2 times actually. Do you really want to see it again?
I was. Now I'm back. Thanks for noticing.
I will always be lurking. Especially because there are no shorts here. Just pure dumping. Getting ready for a f/s so they can justify a r/s and have another promotion.
Love the pinkie-pie world.
I hope this thing explodes for you all.
appears to be a major P&D...but they really should have waited a few more days before the D part began.
thanks. Keep on keeping on.
sometimes it's hard to fight the fight within the rules by which we are governed. The hard time I had is that there are posting that lurk on this site and post sometimes that they are waiting until Friday to "load up" on shares...but with the daytrader rules it's hard for joe blow to make anything on these day trades.
If someone told me that I was going to get kicked in the *edit* I would say no way and call them names.
After getting kicked in the *edit* after not listening...I might listen to them the next time they tell me it's about to happen. Just Saying.
good day.

I have ultimate respect for all of you for helping your fellow ihubbers with dd. Thank you for keeping it real. Some refuse to listen, for them I guess it's "caveat emptor".
Not a big fan of the p&d's in this crazy world. If some of these folks would put the effort forth in running a real business as the do in fantasy land...they might actually get somewhere.
LOL.
A hunting Lease. On 5 Acres. Wow.
You all deserve what you deserve.
I'm out.

how about you show me a picture that shows what I've posted is in fact out of date.
http://www.assessment.state.tn.us/ParcelDetail3.asp?G=Y&C=040
there are no other buildings listed in the last assessment then those seen in the 2008 aerial photo.
click on aerial photography, you will see that this property is a trailer house that is on almost 5 acres with a pond. The 2 pole barns previously mentioned are not part of this property.

I found some more info on the property:

CLICK ON AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY... same picture
The 2 large buildings are not owned by Dan Cooper.
