The roads to the North and West of the property have dual yellow lines in the road!!
The picture that "appears" to show dual white lines is a REFLECTION in the building windows of the road to the North of the property! There is some refractive index ju-ju that makes the dual yellow lines appear white in the reflection (window coating, camera angles, etc.)
Even the Google Maps cameras run into this effect! If you go to google maps and look up the address (1385 Park Center Dr, Vista, CA 92081), then do a street view whilst moving up the road, the yellow lines appear to change colors, even though the pictures are taken almost simultaneously (ie note the same car on the left side of the road in both pictures), yet the color of the dual lines appear to shift from yellow to white!!
Claiming that it is a different property based on a reflected distorted color shift image is MISINFORMATION!! Hope this clears that up. SAME PROPERTY!!

Speaking of Sinensky .. is it just me or does it seem like he disappeared from social media about the same time Roger ghosted!? Mr. Rosen still takes a jab or two at OPTI to make it look like he was hurt by the relationship ... Claims to have lost 12 Million to Roger and is content with unanswered calls .... no lawsuit????
