Thank you kind sir!
All is well and Jesus has been so good to me. My wife and I went through some very serious surgeries last year, mine being the week before Christmas with my spine needing 4 vertebrae to be worked on with pinched nerves, and the LORD watched over us and the surgeons so that we both came through like new.
HIS goodness toward us is never ending and I praise HIM for that!
So glad to see the light's still on and you are serving joyfully!
May I share that I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to not have any back pain anymore that I lived with all of last year?
Praise the Lord HE guided me to a neurosurgeon who took the time to carefully evaluate and actually find the causes of my problem and then God guided his hands throughout this long surgery. I could have awakened paralyzed or in intense pain permanently but did not.
I am so grateful for a Savior and God who loves me in spite of myself! My wife had a total knee replacement in May and is now walking normally daily for several miles. Praise God for that as well.
He is so good to us and we are so undeserving. Blessed be the Lord forever!

Good morning!
Thank you excel for sharing this board with me.
Back on the Bible board, someone there just asked the question as to why the NIV was different from the KJV.
I could not respond but it is because it used a different text instead of the Textus Receptus. Makes a difference.
Thanks also for the warm greeting. All the brethren that make up the body of Christ need fellowship with others. Also, as you already know, non-believers will sometimes come along and read which is why it is so important to have all the HEADER info you do on your boards.
In John's epistles Jesus tells us through his word that a tell tale sign of one of his children is that they have love one for another. This needs to always show on a board like these because hrist is not about division but rather unity. I have added this board to favorite boards so when I visit Ihub I will stop by and say hello.
Keep fighting the good fight of faith for our Lord!
Best wishes in Christ,
micro....
Greetings brethren in Jesus Name!
I have been a reader of your board for a long time and it is always encouraging to see others of saving faith talking about the precious Lord Jesus Christ, who loved us and gave HIMSELF for us!
I just wanted to stop and commend your efforts and your faith. Keep up the good fight and strive for the Ring! Give our Lord all the praise for only He is worthy.
I do not have a premium membership so I am taking advantage of happy hour. I'll keep checking and reading though.
God bless you for your faithfulness in posting the Precious WORD and the WAY of LIFE according to the Holy Scriptures which Jesus gave us!
Blessings to you in Jesus name,

Time to give WAVE some credit
I realize this is old (a month and a half)but it is significant IF and only if it can be turned into a revenue stream able to support and propel the company at profitable levels.

That's quite an award. Safend's DATA PROTECTION SUITE was the winner in this category.
That in itself is a GREAT endorsement of a product that should be trumpeted and utilized by the company sales force to open doors of opportunity by the thousands.
Will they?
One can only hope. Never the less, it is a big time honor and I hope it is parlayed into GROWTH by the company and that SHAREHOLDERS MAY finally be rewarded for their patience to the extreme.

Hi Telstar!
Yes sir, you got it.
I don't hold any high expectations anymore bt would like to see some movement northward in the SP. I suspect there are many in the same exact position as us. Hoping that something, anything, will get some folks excited and drive this price upward to a point where I can get out with a little cash. If not, well, so be it.
Wondering what Barge was talking about, NODES. You got any explanation?
Thanks,
micro...
Hi Barge,
Could you elaborate on exactly hw the "nodes" product works and what is involved with it?
Thans,
micro...
GM Telstar et al!
I thought I would visit here after being asked to by several different people.
Telstar, welcome to the 12 step de-tox survivors who can see numbers for what they are: the results of the actions of company management for the previous quarter's business concluded and accounted for.
They are black and white. They show exactly WHAT happened for that quarter without any words from the ceo needed.
That has been my benchmark for quite some time and I am delighted to see that you have been freed from effects of the kool-aid.
I am a long time holder of wavx shares so I am somewhat quietly rooting for success but realizing that it may never happen at this stage and juncture. The opportunity in my opinion has passed and there are now too many other more recognized corporate names that have security solutions that compete in this same space for the same sales dollars.
I believe hanging all of one's hopes on a TPM right now is not the thing to do. Not saying they are bad or totally gone, just that there have been several offerings by others that work well and have been installed in large institutions and businesses.
That sales dollar is shrinking due to allowing competitors to catch up and are name players with good inroads and access to the Federal government in various departments including military.
Just wanted to say I am glad you are free from the ADE.
the best,
micro...
Good Morning Barge!
So,
you are contending that Microsoft is no longer utilizing BITLOCKER as the TPM manager for security? Did Microsoft discontinue Bitlocker???
You honestly think individuals are going to to turn to ArM Trustzone and then somehow PAY WAVE for managing their TPM when they manage it for free with several different TPM management software tools?
Well, let's just wait and see before we count our chickens shall we?
Just because windows 8 is launching, try to remember that Microsoft is like any other company, it needs to have product offerings regularly to keep people buying their products. Just like APPLE and the I-PADS and Phones, versions 1-?????
I believe you are making a giant leap of assumption here. We all know all those previous assumptions did not materialize. A lot of investors who bought the hype have seen their initial investments drop in value. I think I would wait and see before plunking down any more coin because of this assumption.
JMO,
micro...
TKC,
That is
the best description of the blind following the blind. No offense to people who are really blind.
The fact remains this company has been mismanaged for a good long time and from all observations it only benefits the family at no matter what the expense is to the shareholders either before or after the reverse split. It is going backward here recently and the management has allowed by its own inaction and ineptness lots of competing products to gain footholds and syphon off sales dollars that should have been going to Wave.
The blindness and eye winking of a sleepy BOD is unconscionable and is nothing more than a rubber stanp organization to make the entity legal.
And so, the saga continues.....

Go read all the microsoft links I posted today on Atomic Bobs regarding Bitlocker useage and see WHO is referring their customers to use Bitlocker to manage their tpms.
It is kind of eye opening.

Dear Barge,
May I remind y ou that every motherboard manufacturer, keyboard maker, mouse maker, video card maker, etc, also will do the same so their stuff works with a new operating system for the makers ofthe most widely used operating system of the world?
It only makes sense if they are going to be able to sell their products that they need and must be able to play nicely within the windows 8 confines.
This doesn't mean that THEY are going to to be paid by microsoft for being compatible with microsoft's operating system.
May I ask you who do you think it is that supplies and includes "discrete and integrated tpms in their own chipsets which find their ways onto almost all motherboard manufacturer's boards"?
It's great to have the tpm encased in silicon don't you think?
I do.
Barge, please remove the blinders so you can see that there is more to Trusted security available than just wave systems.
Their is a reason why it is a sub 60 cent stock and please don;t repeat the company line that nobody knows about them.
They know and they have chosen a different a different route. A different methodology.
That's all I am saying. I am not running it down. Just saying that their are lots of alternative methods to supplying security without using wave systems. No offense intended.
the best to you my longtime and old friend,
micro....
May I remind the general board here that
every hardware device manufactured and connected to a computer will need to have WINDOWS 8 drivers (software) so it can play nicely and function within the windows 8 operating system.
So, every hardware and software maker that has a product for sale and wants to be able to be included in the windows 8 system can say that they are now compatible with WINDOWS 8 software.
WAVE's product offering is not much different. It ALL has to be made so that it works with Windows 8 no matter what it is.
AND, if you come out with something new, it also has to work with Windows 8, as well as 7, Vista, XP, 2000 and all the 64 bit versions as well.
THIS does not mean that your product is going to be included by microsoft into their operating system sales. That's a really huge stretch.
BTW, anyone here happen to use Microsoft Essentials? If not, you should consider it. Pretty good free security software for the internet.

Nice demo for Wave.
However, after viewing the slides and then watching the video, it appears that a Samsung Galaxy 3 can be purchased without the Wave stuff????? The demo was for proximity lock and unlock was entertaining, but its just another computer using a SED or Solid state drive. If that is the case, then other people's software could be used also, or nobodys, or wave's.
Am I seeing that correctly?

I am in agreement with you on this thing. SKS answers to nobody, does what he wants without any consequences, gets rewarded every year with hefty bonuses, and has zero accountability for his performance.
Now, lets be honest here. The wavoids have given him a PASS for his poor performance and multiple "slips of the tongue" (being nice here) for a long time now and Blue was right when he painted them as always coming back to the shed for another shearing by SKS.
At least, finally, people are starting to wake up and DEMAND some changes And some accountability and I applaud them.
They are the ones who have skin in the game and have supported financially this little fiefdom.
BTW, as a student of American history and in particular the war eras and founding of the nation, I must tell you that Iwo JIMA is spelled with the letter "J" and that the battle at Cold Harbor was worse than Antietam.
I have been to those battlefields personally a couple times now as well as all battlefields in Virginia and of course Sharpsburg (Antietam Creek).
But you made a good point and I wanted you to know we do not disagree on everything.

my long time friend, Shalom!
I listened to that CC and what I heard wasn't pretty and in fact when compared to what the ceo said to Snackman about Q1 earlier, he flat out lied. I am sorry but there is no other way to put it.
There MUST BE some integrity in a ceo. You know that.
This isn't the first, second or third time he has demonstrated a willingness to mislead the shareholders. You are a shareholder aren't you???
If SKS has a whole arsenal of PR's announcing closed deals and multi million dollar contracts, NOW would be the time to let it rip.
The fact is, he doesn't or he would have.
It is okay to believe that one's tech company is going to crack open a niche that will explode into the Grand Canyon. One should be enthusiastic about the companies they invest in.
That said, it does not give the top management team a license to mislead shareholders, not tell the whole truth, and dilute shareholder value continually.
One cannot keep a straight face and say this hasn't happened.
At what time do YOU demand accountability from the CEO? When he bails and exercises his golden parachute leaving YOU holding the bag and a bunch of worthless stock certificates?
Let's hope not, but seriously, when is enough , enough?
People have a right to be upset with this kind of lack of leadership and lack of integrity and lack of character. You should be upset also.
Do you not ever have a need to "vent"? Come on Barge, you know you do! Let everyone else do the same especially when they know they have been misled yet again........
BTW, did I hear SKS say that Wave has NOTHING to do with ARM, Gemalto and G&D????? There was much hooplah beforehand regarding this threesome and somehow WAVX was going to be right in the middle of it.
Anyway, lighten up a little on the folks and don;t pile on. SKS already has piled lots of CRAP on them already and they don;t need anyone else's added to it.
Just a friendly word of caution for you my old friend. I won;t say anything further.

Hi Lugan.
I have absolutely nothing against you and read your posts often. One of the few I do read actually.
As kismura pointed out in the previous post, there is financial difficulties in Lee. Big ones. Usually that spells trouble for wave shareholders as in reverse splits. The price going up a few pennies is irrelevant as the price is so low. With such low volume anyone could be playing games with the SP simply by buying high in order for appearance sake.
The prudent approach imo is wait and see. Let's TRY all the excitement by waiting to see if any traction actually does take place in a meaningful way with real orders that demosnstrate real COMMITMENT, not just "interest" with no sales behind it.
Window shoppers generate plenty of interest but result in no sales for the proprietors which isn't any good.
This is not an indictment AGAINST wave's product line or their particular method of providing security management. It is one of several.
The question is "is it going to actually be utilized in a big way by big players? THAT is what will determine the destiny of this niche player (see Schneir chart) regarding whether it will be a shooting star or a super nova that flames out.
I am sitting and have been on the sideline for quite some time waiting to see. IN the meantime I used my monies to buy other investments that have worked out well. They at least covered my losses with Wavx in terms of value lost, as I still hold my shares because there is a possibility of whatever sixe that somehow this could still develop into something better.
WHEN that begins to happen I and many others can begin to accumulate significant shares, and yes, I am willing to wait and watch.
Meanwhile, there are other companies who are entering this space and competing for sales dollars in it.
The best known is Intel with its McAfee software management and utilizing its TXT capabilities with its TPM as well.
Intel approaches security a little differently than ARM and Wave and have stated as much through their papers. Again, they are but one of several.
Sure it is nice to bet on a pony and see it win. I would like that as well. IMO, the financial verdict is still out and remains to be seen in spite of the recent hoopla. There has been plenty of that over the past ten years and all I Have to show for it is one third the original amount of my shares and a whole lot less than that in terms of value.
Not looking to repeat that process.
Every person is responsible for what they choose to do with their own money and if you want to keep adding shares at whatever price that is solely your decision to do so.
However, do not discount kisamura just because he is seeing things as they are, not what everyone hopes they will become, and there is a HUGE difference between the two.
IS this negative? I don't think so. It is how I see it and many others. It is the reality of the financial position of wave today, in all its hope of making it to the big time.
I hope they do. I'll wait to see if it happens. Time for the management to step up and perform and be accountable for what they have done as well.
Good day to you,

You never know. It could go one way, it could go the other, or it may have just keep the competition honest and not allow any price gouging. There are some variances obviously and the market at a given time will help to dictate that.
Some people only but price. Some simply buy what they believe is the top shelf product. Some go with name recognition. I have seen it all in 35 years in my industry. And there is plenty of competition in it. I do things to set myself apart from my competitors but that is just me.
By and large though, competition generally always makes for a good breeding ground to enhance and further the qualities of a given product group.
the best,
micro...

Competition breeds better products and helps with prices as well.

One of the big misperceptions for some of the big names of the wave community is that I somehow am rooting for the demise of wave.
That has NEVER BEEN THE CASE. What I have been saying is that WAVX has competition in lots of places. Consider the SED management for just one. On TCG webpage you can find listed fully six SED management solutions by different companies, including wave systems.
But I have been scourged by certain folks and they have stated flatly that WAVE HAS NO COMPETITION.
Let's see. TCG says wave is one of MANY SED management vendors. McAfee is a newcomer to this arena in terms of y ears. Less than TWO. Already they have developed several products that all work in the Security of networks, Clouds, servers, TPM's, TXT from their owner Intel. Yet Wave has no competition.
I have NEVER said that this competition is going to make them go belly up. Heck, SKS has come close all on his own, but instead opted to have a reverse split yet he has never once shared in any of the economic misery the shareholders have and neither has he gone on the open market and purchased any shares with his own money.
All I am doing is showing lots of interesting things that the worlds biggest chip maker is working on to be the one stop shop for Security baked right into its very own chipsets and platforms and managed by McAfee. That is what they are up to and doing. Intel does not enter into markets except to be THE PLAYER. as witnesses by the quote on one of my posts.
A former Intel employee named Greg S was belittled and made to look like he didn't know what he was talking about a few years ago when he said that Intel was going to get into this space and when they did this was not going to be good for Wavx.
Well sir, here we are a few years later. I am watching Intel/McAfee closely and looking at their chip architectures and reading their white papers and it appears they are coming with a complete end to end security solution.
That is what they are working on. It isn't complete yet. But let's face it. When you MAKE the chips, the hardened silicon, that is the root of trust, you can pretty well program those to do whatever YOU want them to do and cause them to work on a prioritized basis with your own management software. You do not need someone else's product as you can supply a complete and total solution from one place, the chip maker.
This is still a growing market segment and ARM/TrustZone and Intel are going to go head to head, as they already are.
Tunnel vision dictates that there is only ONE POSSIBLE way to have have secured trust. What if someone else found another way that also works?????? Has that ever happened before in history?
So despite what the wavx enforcers would say, this is what I have been trying to get Weby to grasp, that there can be more than one solution and there is and will be be.
It does not have to be identical. Yeah, waves does this thing and that thing and the other one doesn't. Well, the other does it this way and that way and Wave's doesn't. So what?
End results are accomplished and customer is happy. That is all that matters.
I wish you well and have a good Monday!

Intel anticipates major smartphone market share
Posted on April 27, 2012 - 11:14 by Trent Nouveau
Intel - which only recently debuted its first Android smartphone - says it expects to become a "big player" in the lucrative handset market over the next five years. ??
"We don't go into markets to be a small player," Intel CFO Stacy Smith told Bloomberg.
Intel eyes major smartphone market share"It's a billion-unit market, so there's huge opportunity for us."??
According to Smith, Santa Clara has already clinched five customer wins for its x86 Medfield phone-chip designs, which means Intel is finally moving forward in its quest for market share.
"As of a week ago, we had zero share. As of this week, it's zero-point-something, because the first phones are selling," Smith confirmed. ??
"And five years from now, we want to be a significant portion of the market."
Obviously, Intel has quite an uphill climb to deal with when it comes to smartphones, as the ARM-oriented market is currently dominated by numerous industry heavyweights, including Nvidia, TI, Qualcomm and Samsung.
Nevertheless, a number of journalists and analysts remain optimistic about Intel's mobile chances, including Silicon Valley tech guru Charlie Demerjian who tested the x86 powered Lava Xolo X900 as the smartphone hit Indian streets.
"We can definitely say that it has met our expectations as 'just another ARM phone,' a make or break bar for Intel's phone ambitions. It unquestionably made it. App compatibility was nearly 100%, only one thing we tried didn't work, and that wasn't necessarily the phones fault, it could have been a bad package on the store," Demerjian wrote in a detailed analysis posted on SemiAccurate.
"Overall, Intel has done what they promised and exceeded our expectations. If you buy an x86 based phone, be it the Xolo X900 or any of the successors, it should just work the way you expect an Android phone to. The speed ranges between really fast for most things to really slow on some games, but that is liveable unless you are a die-hard gamer. It does just work."

Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) is a capability embedded in Intel-based platforms that enhances the ability of IT organizations to manage enterprise computing facilities. Intel AMT operates independently of the platform processor and operating system. Remote platform management applications can access Intel AMT securely, even when the platform is turned off, as long as the platform is connected to line power and to a network. Independent software vendors (ISVs) can build applications that take advantage of the features of Intel AMT using the application programming interface (API).
The Intel AMT SDK includes the Intel® AMT High Level API (Intel AMT HLAPI). The Intel AMT HLAPI provides a very simple and consistent API across all Intel AMT versions/SKUs enabling software developers to easily build support for Intel AMT features into their applications. For more information, see the HLAPI documentation.
Starting with Release 3.2, the WS-Management API is used to manage all Intel AMT features. The deprecated SOAP API should not be used in new applications, as it does not support newer Intel AMT capabilities.
THIS IS A HUGE TECHNICAL SECTIONAL FOR ALL THE NAYSAYERS TO LOOK at and determine for themselves whether Wavx is going to have company in this space......
SecureKey Technology To Be Deployed in Intel® Identity Protection Technology
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/securekey-technology-to-be-deployed-in-intel-identity-protection-technology-136999643.html
Global agreement provides deployment of SecureKey's online authentication and payment solutions on Intel® Ultrabook™ devices starting in 2H of 2012
TORONTO, Jan. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - SecureKey Technologies today announced that Intel Corporation will utilize SecureKey's authentication technology as part of Intel® Identity Protection Technology (IPT) beginning on Ultrabook devices with third generation Intel® Core™ technology (code named "Ivy Bridge"). The agreement provides SecureKey with an opportunity to greatly expand the number of devices that will be preconfigured to support SecureKey's authentication, identity and payment solutions.
"We are excited about working with Intel at the very core of their Intel IPT and NFC technology to enable a broad range of solutions for electronic commerce and online authentication," said Greg Wolfond, CEO of SecureKey Technologies Inc. "The solutions we are deploying, including 'tap-to-pay' and 'tap-to-authenticate', use real-world payment and identity credentials which people know and understand to enhance online security and payments in a simple and convenient manner."
The use of NFC-based contactless cards is growing rapidly as a global standard to enhance security and privacy, as well as reduce identity theft and fraud. By embedding its technology in mobile computing devices, SecureKey allows consumers and business to securely access online services and affect payments online simply by tapping these cards and on their NFC-enabled devices. Working with device or cloud-based digital wallets, SecureKey can also provide secure proxies to stored credentials, making the online experience even more seamless.
"Intel Identity Protection Technology provides users of Ultrabook devices and future generations of Intel-based devices with a more secure and convenient e-commerce experience," said George Thangadurai, general manager, Intel PC Client Services Group. "Intel looks forward to collaborating with SecureKey to provide innovative solutions for consumers and businesses."
Working with Intel, SecureKey technology can be used by devices that support the U.S. Government's National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC) and Canada's Federated Identity Management, which promote interoperability of security credentials to lower costs, improve convenience for consumers and build a more secure ecosystem for online payments and authentication for consumers and business. SecureKey was recently awarded a contract by the Government of Canada, which will allow Canadians to use their bank authentication credentials to obtain access to online government services.

The escalating problem of online identity theft results in millions of dollars in losses every year and produces incalculable disruptions in the lives of victims whose accounts are illegally accessed. Rather than letting computer users become victims, new technology from Intel takes a proactive approach, stopping cybercriminals before they can get started. Whether the risk is the assets in your bank account or the accumulated treasures in your online gaming account, it’s far easier to protect against identity theft than to try to clean up the damage after your account has been breached.
Phishing attacks—an online version of identity theft where a bogus Web site attempts to capture your login data—represent a growing threat. Highly adaptable cybercriminals follow trends, shift tactics, and often move to points of greatest activity to exploit vulnerabilities. For example, phishing sites focusing on social media showed sharp increases, jumping 80 percent in October 2010 from the previous month, according to Symantec’s “State of Spam & Phishing: A Monthly Report.”1
McAfee has also detected a sharp increase in threats over recent months. “Our Q3 Threat report shows that cybercriminals are not only becoming more savvy, but attacks are becoming increasingly more severe,” said Mike Gallagher,2 senior vice president and chief technology officer of Global Threat Intelligence for McAfee. “Cybercriminals are doing their homework and are aware of what’s popular, and what’s insecure. They are attacking mobile devices and social networking sites, so education about user activity online, as well as incorporating the proper security technologies are of utmost importance.” These dangers are not going unnoticed. A recent Gartner survey3 of the world’s leading CIOs established identity management as the single most important security objective for 2010.
Strengthening Security with Hardware-Based,
Two-Factor Authentication
Protecting your identity and personal data stored in the cloud requires strong authentication that is, ideally, rooted in hardware. Security experts widely regard hardware-based authentication as a more effective approach than software-only authentication. Two-factor authentication using a one-time password (OTP) combines something the user knows (a username and password) and something the user has (typically, a token or key fob that produces a six-digit number—valid for only a short period of time—on demand). In the case of Intel® Identity Protection technology (Intel® IPT), that six-digit number is generated from an embedded processor, the Manageability Engine (ME), on the computer motherboard. The ME is tamper-resistant and operates in isolation from the operating system for added security. Algorithms developed by Intel’s third-party partners (see Trusted Partners on page 2) run in the ME, performing the operations that link select PCs to a validated site and ensure strong authentication.†
With this approach, everyday computer users are the primary beneficiaries, gaining access to technology that substantially lowers the likelihood of identity theft. However, Web site operators, service providers, and anyone offering a customer portal experience benefit as well with a security solution that is simple to administer and avoids the expense and management issues of physical OTP tokens that are easily lost or stolen. Generating the OTP inside the computer hardware—using Intel IPT—provides a powerful authentication method that ties an individual user’s PC to the site being accessed.
Embedded Tokens: Creating a Secure Place within the PC
Intel IPT, featured in PCs based on select 2nd generation Intel® Core™ processor, works in combination with established authentication mechanisms created by leading security companies. The major difference with this technology is that it replaces the customary physical token with an embedded token that uses ISV algorithms to generate the six-digit codes or OTPs. Calculations to create the OTPs are performed in a protected place within the computer hardware. When it is entered into a participating, validated Web site, portal, or virtual private network (VPN) authentication screen, a comparison is made with a number created by the server with the same seed and algorithm. A match signifies positive authentication and ensures that the user’s identity has been confirmed using a much stricter standard than simply a username and password.
Anyone with a properly equipped PC visiting a participating Web site, using an enabled software as a service (SaaS) application, or accessing a VPN protected by one of Intel’s partner technologies can immediately opt-in and add this robust security to their account. After successful authentication, the user’s PC becomes linked to this account. Depending on the implementation, individual sites may vary in when and how they ask the user for this six-digit number. It might be provided during login, as a step during certain transactions, or handled behind the scenes by the server application.

Thanks Hamster!
I will take your advice and look at JO Souren.
I have a fairly large reserve arsenal to put into play when I find something that is doing well. I bought GOLD at under 600 and sold at 1700.
SO I am ready to pull a trigger when it is ready to be pulled.
The best,

Hi BARGE!
I would sell Intel if I owned any. I don't. Although I should consider it. I buy companies like PG and WLP who have provided me with great profits over the years and some 2 for 1 splits like KR a grocery chain named Kroger.
I have bought other ip and coming tech stocks and made out on them also like EDIG.
But I will load wavx IF and WHEN it appears they are actually going to be viable company with non-family friends for Directors and certainly not wavoid chosen BOD's either. I am talking about savvy and real business pros. That excludes about all the BOD.
Getting ready to leave now but I haven;t ever rulled out the possibility of buying more Wavx stock. I would only do it when it is ready to become a real genuine company which to this date, imo, it has not.
Still long, still holding, just disgusted with several things....
Shalom!

A BONE for WAVOIDS
Of course this is written by some one also has a lot of money invested in WAVX so his wishes and hopes are showing.
Wave Systems is now in a position to grow significantly
Author: Gehman Capital
Covestor model: Undervalued Growth Companies
Disclosure: Long WAVX
Portfolio holding Wave Systems Corp (WAVX) sells and manages software to deliver improved security for information networks through the use of Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs). Trusted Computing is an industry standard that increases network security by functions such as authentication, and controlling access to machines and encrypting information. IT managers have been slow to accept the technology, but momentum is now building.
Cyber espionage can cost corporations considerable losses. WAVX offers an integrated, cohesive security solution for data-in-motion and data-at-rest before it accesses the network. Major WAVX customers include General Motors, BASF and Price Waterhouse, in addition to a base of smaller companies.
I believe WAVX will close larger contracts going forward because Trusted Computing is gaining recognition and WAVX has created products that are important to increase IT security. The company has giant competitors such as Intel/McAfee and Symantec, which offer a broad range of security products.
The Trusted Computing Group (TCG), formed by the largest computer manufacturers, created industry standards for Trusted Computing that utilize hardware and software to offer improved computer security and efficiency. Trusted Computing is controlled by a chip (TPM), attached outside of the computer’s operating system, that controls access to network information. The chip, highly (not absolutely) secure, enables user and machine authentication that permits only trusted devices to access network information. This is device-based security that utilizes encrypted keys to increase existing security software.
Wave Systems is the leading provider of software to manage Trusted Computing hardware for major corporations, enterprises and governments. The addressable market is growing significantly and standards are evolving. WAVX has committed significant time and money to define, educate and begin to penetrate this emerging market.
The National Security Agency and other government agencies have made Trusted Computing technology a central element in their security vision. Events such as the 2nd Annual Trusted Computing Conference and Exposition held by The National Security Agency (Sept, 2011 – Orlando, FL), with over 600 attendees including Intel, Microsoft, Cisco and Seagate, communicate the clear benefits that trusted computing solutions bring to devices when integrated throughout the enterprise.

Intel's vision is more than Weby states

I think it is safe to say that if one reviewed all of the above as I have, they would come to a far different conclusion than Weby in taking a broad brush dismissive about the INtel/McAfee combo being in the same competing sector as wavx.
Are they identical to each other? No. Do they have to be????????
No.
That is the problem when all your chips are bet on one horse. You will either lose them all or you will will be wildly successful.
A question for Weby.
How much is your PRE reverse split shares worth today as opposed to when you bought them, and tell the truth Weby.
You know what you paid for them and you and I and every other schmuck that bought back then knows the answer also.
SO please spare me the party line about all the great buying opportunities. Everyone is supposed to forget about the money thrown down the rat hole like it never happened and your money is worth about 5% of what you paid for it. That is some management.
Less is not more so please do not equate the two. If you chose to throw more money into the pot after you got burned that is your business but whatis the price of the stock today? Did you buy when it was over $2.00 If so, you are still losing.
There is no subastantiation to yours or your enforcer AWK about NO COMPETITION. None at all. When in fact the writers in this area say quite differently. Why is that?
The answer lies and is tied directly to the amount of money one has in WAVX. IT HAS TO BE THE ONE.
Well, I hope for your sake that it turns out that way.

You never
heard of pump and dump? People that pump a stock by saying something that makes it look like it the next great thing after sliced bread and then sell into the resulting rise of share price because a bunch of folks believed the hype?
WHAT about all the times SKS said that he had enough orders on hand to be profitable? That was in 2006.
WHEN did you buy your first shares? Before or after the reverse split? IF BEFORE, do you remember what you paid for them? What are they worth now?
Kisamura is not dead wrong. There has been a lot of hype and broken promises. Some of us LONGS, like ME, have been branded, whipped, and driven out of dodge by newbies and idol worshippers because we finally looked at the performance of the ceo, caught him in his blatant "mistatements", and demanded better by a ceo.
HOW much money does someone have to lose before they have a right to say something in your opinion? He has as much right to express his belief as you do yours about the performance of the company.
You are entitled to see it differently, but your opinion does not make him wrong.

WEBY
In what year do you finally expect the CEO of this company to be able to actually state that he has made a ONE DOLLAR profit?
After a reverse split of one to three, and blowing through umpteen millions of investors dollars while diluting the shares ever more, buying a company and not even knowing what its books looked like, cancelling at the last minute a scheduled CC with that lame excuse they knew about well ahead of time, and quarter after quarter of red ink. WHEN is the CEO going to actually produce ten cents for the shareholders??
I mean, you and I both invested in about the same year. Have you seen a profit????
I hear a lot of talk, promises, great things, orders in the pipeline, orders everywhere but the expenses always seem to outweigh the revenues and his compensation seems to grow for whatever reason. Has the value of this stock or the shares we originally bought gone up????
Do;t worry about the year when Intel/McAfee enters. When they do, it won;t be like WAVX. They will come hard, fast, and with lots of cash and lots of name recognition and they already have deep inside tracks with ALL the federal agencies. They do not need an introduction or people say WHO when their name is mentioned.
Thanks,
