Let me know if you need any help!
Mickey,
Try FireFox, I've been using it for ages, don't even remember how Internet Explorer looks like. You can download it from here:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
Thanks for the video, if the dow really gets above 1000 in the middle of March, I will just give all my money to this guy to manage.
I have never seen anybody being accurate in such a short term move.
If we are talking about IDCC, probably most of all agree that that the price will be above 40 this year (not counting any victory against Nokia). I doubt that anybody can predict when is that going to happen.
even better :)
my3sons,
I beat you with 4 minutes on this one.
You should pull yourself together! :)
Seems to me as a clerical error, nothing that should interest us.
ok :)
Grones, when IDCC really comes thru your friends will see you as the 8th wonder of the world.
Can't wait to see that! :)
I talked all my friends into IDCC when it was below 20, now they see me as the new Buffett :))
Yes, holding up extremly well!
Mickey,
IDCC guidance is never for earnings but for revenue and only for one quarter. Still, it should push the price to high 30s minimum.
Mickey,
All that matters is guidance and that will be good. Forget about Q4, nobody is really interested in that. See how many companies get slaughtered with good results and weak guidance. Street values guidance the most these days.
When I was ever wrong?! :)
(Interestingly, I have never lost money on IDCC, I wish I could say the same about my other investments)
Anyway, not like it matter much. We are aiming for $50+, doesn't matter if somebody bought at $31 or $32.
I was honest (and stupid) :)
I bought today at 32.43, I'm back guys! :)
ITC is not the place where Nokia can play its games, no judge Batt there.
Mickey,
I really like you as a person!
(Even though I don't agree with many things you write.)
I think we should see public ruling from the ALJ latest next week (takes a while to create the public version)
ITC: Nokia replied (confidential)

Tell me about it! :)
The Count: Great Post!
Thanks, will do!
Never works

I will be back before earnings for sure!
Doesn't that make you nervous as heck being out of idcc?
It does, but I'm stuck in another position (Rambus).
My pleasure to All!
I hope you all make tons of money, unfortunately I have no position in IDCC at this moment. Will be back in about 2 weeks.
Another dismissal just uploaded:

I doubt that :)

Everybody can calm down :)
maybe the purpose is to send a message to all the small ip holders that they can't afford to bring suit against nokia
Very true! Companies with less resources rather not litigate with Nokia after seeing the mess they created with IDCC.

frobinso,
very well said, I wouldn't buy a stock where the management playing with options.
IWhy not do like Grones sell all and move on
You don't get rid of me so easy, I'm still here :)
Sold all my March 30 Calls today with a great profit.
Will be back with shares before the earnings. Trying to make some quick profit with some other companies in the meantime.
Good luck to all!
Mickey,
I think $2.26 EPS is realistic, it could be more if we get rid of the SlimpChip costs.
All said, there is no reason to sell this stock below $40. Q1 guidance (at around February 23) or Q1 results (at around May 7) should push it over 40 easily.
