fatnhappy2 Houser, Keep sending out those resumes maybe you will get lucky, maybe try in a county where nobody knows your name.
Good luck!
This is what I thought, BCIT just doesn`t mix well with the truth!
megas started lying in 2005 and now his followers have no choice but to keep right on lying.
Sad very sad indeed.
Nope sorry you don`t know anything of the kind. Megas has gone out of his way not to make the Financial s of this shell not to be known to the public, the sec. and even the SFC.
If you "know the company didn't issue them" that would be insider information, NOT available to anyone but you!
Haven said that, I will ask you to give a link, that verifies that information is available to the public or the stuckholders?
"...BTW, 1200 SHs and 1.2 Billions shares in broker accounts. Naked short? Unaccounted for Pinoshares? All I know is the company didn't issue them, and that is why we are here today. "
"Megas majored in communication at Wharton" ?????????????
Really, I know for a fact that Art had to help him write a Press Release, that doesn`t sound like someone that majored in communication at Wharton to me.
Could it be that megas was lying about that as well as the rest of the lies he has told?
Hi Barkeep, you say "Hope is eternal and often pays off big,"
So you think hope, is a good investment strategy?
Sorry man that just is not very smart! IMO
Those naked shorts will be covering any day now yak. Relax it is money in the bank!

This is the results when you have a "company" that won`t file with the sec.
The "company can use toxic Financing as an excuse to load their friends up with Billions of shares, so they in turn can Dump on the public, that is being told, through Fluff P/R and message board shills, that this is a great play just waiting to break out!
The problem with that is the "company" NEVER gets anything close to their Fluff accomplished.
I`m told that this "company" is acting as their own T/A.
The perfect setting for a Pump and Dump.
And you question that?
Why?
The problem here is people are lying to the public. I don`t think anyone would invest in a pink sheet "company" that has no office, no phone line, and won`t file with the sec.
BUT, what is being pumped here day after day is a fantasy of a Naked Short that does not exist. It is all a lie, and it is told to people that don`t know enough about the scams that take place down here in the bowls of the Market, called OTCBB.
These shills will not talk about the fact that the "company" itself is a scam. Only to say "well yes it might be a scam but even scam "company`s get naked shorted"
That is a lie, to have new investors buy into their hype so they can sell into the price hike that they have created.
A classic case of a PUMP & DUMP. and it is against the Law,
Anyone that buys into this nonsense will lose their money, no if`s and` or but`s!

Pump&Dump.con:
Tips for Avoiding Stock Scams
on the Internet
One of the most common Internet frauds involves the classic "pump and dump" scheme. Here's how it works: A company's web site may feature a glowing press release about its financial health or some new product or innovation. Newsletters that purport to offer unbiased recommendations may suddenly tout the company as the latest "hot" stock. Messages in chat rooms and bulletin board postings may urge you to buy the stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down. Or you may even hear the company mentioned by a radio or TV analyst.
Unwitting investors then purchase the stock in droves, creating high demand and pumping up the price. But when the fraudsters behind the scheme sell their shares at the peak and stop hyping the stock, the price plummets, and investors lose their money.
Fraudsters frequently use this ploy with small, thinly traded companies because it's easier to manipulate a stock when there's little or no information available about the company. To steer clear of potential scams, always investigate before you invest:
Consider the Source
When you see an offer on the Internet, assume it is a scam, until you can prove through your own research that it is legitimate. And remember that the people touting the stock may well be insiders of the company or paid promoters who stand to profit handsomely if you trade.
Find Out Where the Stock Trades
Many of the smallest and most thinly traded stocks cannot meet the listing requirements of the Nasdaq Stock Market or a national exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange. Instead they trade in the "over-the-counter" market and are quoted on OTC systems, such as the OTC Bulletin Board or the Pink Sheets. Stocks that trade in the OTC market are generally among the most risky and most susceptible to manipulation.
Independently Verify Claims
It's easy for a company or its promoters to make grandiose claims about new product developments, lucrative contracts, or the company's financial health. But before you invest, make sure you've independently verified those claims.
Research the Opportunity
Always ask for — and carefully read — the prospectus or current financial statements. Check the SEC's EDGAR database to see whether the investment is registered. Some smaller companies don't have to register their securities offerings with the SEC, so always check with your state securities regulator, too.
Watch Out for High-Pressure Pitches
Beware of promoters who pressure you to buy before you have a chance to think about and fully investigate the so-called "opportunity." Don't fall for the line that you'll lose out on a "once-in-a-lifetime" chance to make big money if you don't act quickly.
Always Be Skeptical
Whenever someone you don't know offers you a hot stock tip, ask yourself: Why me? Why is this stranger giving me this tip? How might he or she benefit if I trade?

"He then re-signs the RA and tries to undo what's already been done, using some stupid PR's as "notification" to the SEC and DTC of a problem. "
And he didn`t even know how to put out a P/R so Art helped him write it. Information all on this board!
But we`re not allowed to repost them!
Funny that!
LOL
"There's been some stuff going on; and most of us would rather see the action then some PR."
I would suggest that there has been " stuff going on " here for 6 years now, and none of has anything to do with the truth!
Every thing megas comes in contact with turns to trash, for eveyone involved but him!
Why is that?
Water off a ducks back! Why even bother?
Megas has shown his true colors here time and again.
And anyone on the internet that brags about anything coming from his partner Stewie, is a fool. IMO
Like water off a ducks back! Megas had his credit card charged for the fees. Megas lies are told here most days, don`t expect that to change.
I think a better question is WHY?
"Does it hurt knowing your sources have lied to you all this time?"
"When is NVSOS update going to show?"
It doesn`t have to, flash was told by megas, that is all that matters. Where have you been?
I`ll bet the DOJ / SEC. are shaking in their boots! LOL "
"This is a countdown of who will resolves this issue first. Is the DOJ / SEC gonna make the shareholders whole first or will a group of shareholders going to expose the system first."
"A few of us shareholders are about to come into some money."
I dare say that would be a first!
"JMHO" Yep because you have no proof of that fairy tale either, mush like the NSS you like to tell!
Megas must be so proud, the wankers are here for him. eh!
Chas56789, that is just more fantasy on your part. You`re not alone though. Every penny scam on the OTCBB is saying the same thing, and they have the same proof as you do here. Which is none!
Oh sure it sounds good to the kids that will listen, and in some cases it does help sell shares in these scams.
But in the real world where you find yourself with this trash, well you are just stuck.
Megas and his helpers, some of whom are gone missing now, may think they have it made.
But I would not do the dance just yet if I were them! IMO
"That might be the reason some posters who don't own BCIT hang out and worry about BCIT trading again. "
You don`t get to say what the DOJ is going to do!
If Megas is not involved in wrong doing here, why is he so scared to open his mouth?????
Go ahead with the fantasy, it won`t help the insiders when the layers of fraud are pulled back! IMO
"The DOJ will come down on the DTCC !"
I think some are afraid that the DOJ is going to come down on BCIT
and it`s helpers. So they keep trying to deflect the truth of what happened here. They can write all the fantasy they like but they can`t change the past! GO DOJ
And yet your post still stands why is that? Just a tad one sided don`t you think?

Re: A deleted message Post # of 135191
...yet you still won't take my bet...
You can expect a report from Oh bull on behalf of Mr. Megas toot sweet!
"what were insiders up to during the dump in '05 and what association did TM have in the aforementioned."
That my friend, is exactly why T. Megas will never set foot on American soil again. EVER! That is also why some head pumps have gone missing from this very board. It was a scam, and nothing short of a scam! IMO
"The long arm of the law will be grabing the bad guys very soon."
From your lips to Gods ears!
Amen kruy, that would be the truth of the matter, and good on you for showing the public just how Megas and his band, have lied to the public for years now! Thanks for telling the truth about all things BCIT.
If Megas doesn`t die of old age first, I hope to see him and his band, answer to the Law!
"Again, you are making stuff up. The reality is the SFC investigated the FACTS instead of following the Megasites effort to blind them with BS assertions that didn't match the facts...and the people looking into this were professionals and experts with astute abilities way beyond what this stinky pink scam deserved...at TAXPAYER EXPENSE!
I'm guessing whoever the constituent(s) were that pulled the "favor" card to get the SFC's ear on this pretty much relegated themselves to the bottom of the "whackjob" barrel for good...and I'm guessing TM's "wanker" letter affirmed and cemented that status...just say'in is all. "
Yep because you say so right?
You are a piece of work I must say. Why is it you NEED to answer for the ceo of a corrupt pink penny stock?
"We are already current...just waiting for to to show up on NVSOS site. "
No he will send ohbull! Megas will do or say nothing.
Then that would make Art, Tonto?
Could someone on this form explain how a post like this is on topic?

Re: op9171787 post# 134814 Post # of 134834
op9171787: Stop that right now! You trying to cause someone to have cardiac arrest? lol Go BCIT!!!
Yep that`s what I thought. That is exacly what happens when other "people" speak for BCIT, while Megas is scared to show his face or even open his mouth! IMO
"Can't do that"
"Obviously not." Why don`t you show this form, how you know that?
"was the legal fund used to pay the credit card TM used to pay the NVSOS fees??"
Well that is just nonsense, nothing to do with the truth! IMO
Megas would have been pounding on his chest years ago, if that was true.Instead he is hiding. How do you explain that?
"This is 100% the problem of the DTCC and that will be proven at some point soon!
Ask Megas!
"The second part of your comment...
and then quietly slid out of jurisdiction and would rather have this revoked than respond...EVER."
"I have a feeling that is about to change too.. LOL"
That is precisely what is WRONG with all things BCIT. IMO
Members of this form can say what ever they like true-false-or opinion. It just doesn`t matter. Every time the ceo T.Megas makes his usual mistakes, there are always posters to jump to his aid, with nothing but hear say in an attempt to protect his terrible performance here.
If T. Megas was a man, he would tell his investors precisely what has happened here, and how exactly he intends to fix it.
That is how a public company works!
Lie`s and opinions means nothing, other than to make the poster feel better about his own past descisions. IMO
This nonsense will go on for decades, for what purpose?
Yes it seems to be a bit of a thing. People are getting rich on the other side of it, of that I have no doubt.
LOL well I thought so. ;)
pantherj If you want a good laugh watch this. ;)

yessum! But don`t ask for any proof. Megas has been hiding for years now. I`m sure there`s a very good reason for that.
But you expect BCIT to start trading any day now. OK
