Expect..big campaign to start tomorrow...With news coming out in droves...Great news that should turn CPNE around and get back towards the$3.00 mark...This is not a magic wand or a pump ...This will take some days , but the end result will be good for everyone..
drgoodbomb I could not agree more
I could care less if it was made from pixie dust ..as long as my shares go up in value and I have an exit ...The Learning center could be the Vatican for all I care....
HVLN always moves up on volume and if you look at the level two's you will see no resistance....I told you I had the heads up from a friend who knows Don P. /////I is almost as though you want this too fail...I just do not get it ...When I bought 3 days ago I certainly did not believe a magic wand would be waved and I would triple my money in 48 hours and be on my way...I did think this has moved before and given the opportunity will again so I bought on a tip from a friend coupled with a little research ...Plain and Simple...Then when I received the Guru email that just certified that something was in the works and the tip was a decent one...
I never posted that news today would be anything different..I simply stated it would come out today during market hours showin positive growth for HVLN...That is what I posted
The Guru pump has not even begun.....I am a paid member of that site and they generally what 3 days after announcing coverage to even begin to work ...Out of the five plays from them this month I have done well on four...I buy my shares when the announcement is made and then usually on the third or fourth day it starts...I am glad this is their system otherwise if it begins simultaneously I usually miss out on cheap shares
New aspects of HVLN ...I do not believe anything concerning the shares...Just progress and moving in the right direction..
There will be a very nice press release from HVLN today..Before 1pm ....This will move up nice and easy today on volume....
StockGuru Blog: INfe Human Resources - IT Staffing Needs Highly Specialized with High Rate of Return! #2
June 5th, 2007
Why Focusing on High Revenue Employment Niches Makes Sense
IFHR Stock Guru Profile
INfe Human Resources, Inc. is rolling up staffing businesses in high-margin market niches — especially complex IT staffing.
Higher margin staffing is found where higher salaries are the norm and that continues to be technology oriented staffing companies.
Gilsor is an ongoing staffing company with a strong history of staffing for companies ranging from Fortune 100 Clients to middle-market manufacturing firms. If all Gilsor deals are consummated, IFHR would add over $20 million in Revenue and $2 million in EBITDA on an annualized basis.
IT specialization makes good financial sense! All companies require the high salaried IT-Technology experienced employee. Engineering/Manufacturing and other skills such as Finance, Human Resources, and Sales and Marketing are in great demand for experienced staff. The Gilsor key operating executive with over 28 years experience is slated to become the Chief Operating Officer of the consolidated staffing companies of INfe Human Resources, Inc. because in this business it is BOTH what you know and who you know!
IT search and staffing firms have employees with four or five skill-sets that IT departments need. IFHR finds just the right people with the required skill-sets. It takes years of experience to know where to ’shop’ for middle and senior-level IT professionals in select functional and technical domains like ERP, CRM, EAI, Web Technologies, Open Systems and Mainframes. A specialized IT outsourcing firm supplies people with the right kind of domain expertise.
In their quest to meet the company’s needs IFHR is able to act as a ‘career manager’ in addition to being a manpower provider. They understand the cutting edge needs in the ever changing IT industry and can advise potential candidates how to move up and not move into a dead end. They have the broad picture for industry needs and are able to share their knowledge to the manpower source which is more focused on their job than trends in the overall industry.
In some instances a firm needs are only short term and IFHR is able to find people for short periods and save time and resources expended by the firm on recruitment and training. IFHR can find candidates that have an interest in short term or part time work. This temporary workforce for the company conserves their resources while providing a temporary position to the candidate with an associated revenue for IFHR. It is not uncommon for the temporary worker to become permanent as well!
Understanding the complex and technical needs of the IT workforce enables IFHR to locate the specific candidate with the right skill-set for the company and keeps them coming back for more!

I am offended at being called a tout...I have been called alot of things in my life , but not that,....Actually I would call myself a hopeful shareholder..I reckon that is better than being a paranoid glass half empty kind of person....I guess it is just how you perceive it and if you really believe it....
You know I just went to the guru site and looked at the current companies they are working for ...I do not know what you see but I see a very more doing well than not...You have to look at it this way ..Look at the companies they have been covering for more than 3 days then you find results....This tells me to wait a day or so and with HVLN'S trackrecord new press releases will be out shortly and then this gets rolling ..It is a procedure they just do not work companies for 1 or 2 days , but for 30 or more days at a time....I am by no means advocating anything that is going on now ....But in a few days If this squeezes to .095 Then we are off to the races once again....So I am patient and watching for news...
Thanks Pedros...Good call , but I do not believe in reincarnation (BAMM) As far as what and how Guru was paid..and the job they are doing ....Well I am going to wait a day or so before I go bashing someone who is trying to help HVLN and in turn its shareholders...Including myself ..I hold a decent amount of paper on this one .......It will happen....
Those are buy orders at .04 not Guru selling...Believe me they will not sell under a dime ...Makes no sense and makes no cents
No offense taken....I am only trying to convey ...That yes their are a few big time shareholders in this and now the dog and pony show must begin...This will be a benefit to everyone ...Just watch closely and know what the game is going in ...That is always how you make out best
I am not in any way affiliated with Guru other than being a member of the emails they shoot me...HVLN ----Is a a tip from a friend who is close to DONNY P. that is all
We should be able to squeeze this up in price all day long...

HVLN----Traded very heavy today expect much more tomorrow Company Acquistion Letter of Intent signed for Looking Glass Security Solutions, Inc.
In late May, Harvard Learning Centers's board of directors signed a Letter of Intent to acquire from its shareholders "Looking Glass Security Solutions, Inc." of Bayville, New Jersey, an early-stage security product development company, holding proprietary technology under a newly filed and accepted patent application for a campus and classroom security alert/protection system which will be finalized and beta-tested by the end of 2007. Terms of the pending transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is expected to close by the end of June 2007.
Donald Platten, President of Harvard Learning Centers, stated, "'Looking Glass has developed a timely solution to campus and classroom security that we believe is highly needed in today's educational establishments, both large and small. We are sold on their concept and the tremendous potential that it represents in solving a painful social problem in today's schools. Separately, this acquisition complements our overarching strategy of developing the minds and bodies of today's young people, in that it provides protection to those same minds and bodies while they are in school. Business-wise, it sells into the same educational market as our traditional services, but in a different way." He concluded, "Of particular appeal to the Board of Directors was that 'Looking Glass' had already taken the steps to get a 'patent pending' on their technology giving them a very formal head start on any competition, which also means that for the first time we will have exclusive, proprietary technology to capitalize on."
