STRANGE INDEED! PRIVATE INVESTORS SCAMMING PUBLIC INVESTORS AND LYING ABOUT INSIDER INFORMATION
A simpler explanation involving a much, much smaller conspiracy:
Maybe that the stock tanked because a small gang of private investors participated in fraudulent deals with management and Paulson to buy share at a half price without fulfilling the legal conditions to do so, then would pump delusional stories on social media at the right time, having access to private deal information, and dump at the spike on innocent bystanders. And rinse and repeat with +100% return at every cycle.
And if I were them, I would repeat all the time that it is the fault of the FDA, the fault of short sellers, etc…
Looks life fraud, clear as day
Does everybody agree?
Interested to cross expertises and legal advices.
Are we saying that Paulson AND Cytodyn AND some private investors have knowingly broken federal laws?
What do other Cytodyn investors think about such a crime revealed publicly now?
Are they comfortable with, yet another time, Cytodyn being at the very center of yet another fraud?
Yep exactly. This smells really bad for Cytodyn. EXACTLY LIKE the past Cytodyn shenanigans.
Of course, investors can choose to wear rosy glasses all the time and only wait for the IRREFUTABLE PROOF to accept the reality. It's like waiting for the Titanic to hit the ocean floor to accept finally that, maybe, the Titanic had been sinking LOL.
Like for Nader being hunted by the SEC/DOJ: until this was publicly confirmed by the SEC, some investors, against all odds and all facts, had chosen to believe that it was not the case, that it would be short-sellers who would get attacked by the SEC, and other pieces of nonsense like that, etc... this was a disastrous move, that has crashed a long time ago against the wall of reality. Same here. Cyrus is pursuing the muddy, murky games of his predecessors and all the pieces are there to know the the Titanic is sinking. It's only a matter of waiting to hit the ocean floor or making the decision a little bit earlier, while life vests and boats are still available.
Which means the CEO is once again scamming his investors:
(1) He was supposed to take the CEO helm but didn't take it yet (strange)
(2) A stock promotion article was published (bad)
(3) When he saw the CEO mistake in the article, he had to request to change it back to president (shows he really doesn't want to be the CEO of record)
(4) Which proves...he had a direct link with the promoter (scam relationship)
Looks EXACTLY like the previous CEO playbook: scam, scam, scam.
Did we say Hanky Panky? I am sure we did.
NOTHING CHANGES WITHIN CYTODYN
INVESTORS ARE GLAD TO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not every business venture is published for the public to view.
This is done to prevent tipping off shareholders about the ongoing fraud.
WE HAD TRUSTED NADER 100% !!!!!!!!!!!
Cold hard facts from GSK YMB:
cytodyn has not completed even 1 non-exploratory trial with protocol endpoint success which it is pursuing for future development. those are the cold, hard, FACTS.
FACTS regarding leronlimab / cytodyn trial results.
12 indications have either had trials, or are currently mentioned on the website pipeline page.
6 of 12 have been ABANDONED, so they really don't matter do they?
(abandoned: GVHD, MDR-HIV, HIV monotherapy, covid mild/moderate, covid severe/critcial, long covid)
3 more of the 12 have not had a human trial - so that leaves 3 of 12.
(no human trials: HIV NASH, HIV prep, HIV functional cure)
1 was a solid tumor basket trial with NO DOCUMENTED RESULTS, that leaves 2.
tnbc trial was INCOMPLETE, and did not compare vs SOC. when i say it did not compare, i am not saying anything about the results details. i am saying what cytodyn already told you - the results are meaningless, as there was no comparison to SOC as part of the protocol AND MORE IMPORTANTLY... leronlimab was dosed ALONG WITH carboplatin - so any casual comparison vs SOC alone is futile.
NASH trial was exploratory only, FAILED 350 mg, and only passed 700mg for a subgroup of N=5?
WAITING FOR THE DAILY TITANIC SHOW BY CYTODYN:
- THE LAZARUS NONEXISTENT PATIENT
- THE 84% HACKED NUMBER
- THE REMDESIVIR COMPLAINT SONG
THE CYTODYN COMEDY SHOW CONTINUES! PURE IMAGINARY SECRET DEALS, MILES AWAY FROM A SAD REALITY WITH 100% FAILURE
PUMP PUMP PUMP MORE BAGGIES URGENTLY NEEDED
Unless this miserable article was not written by Nader but by ME - I SPEK NO ENGLISH BUT I AM DOCTOR
All this financial suffering in full display
Meanwhile Nader Pourhassan was the dollar store version of an Indian dreamcatcher seller
Cytodyn attracts the junk at the bottom of the trash. Why?
The CEO tricks and whether this is true or yet another scam of his is an entirely separate debate - that has zero relationship with the statistical mess that Cytodyn has. Too bad LOL
It’s good with investments to stay focused and analyze properly and separately each leg. Lack of discipline and focus doing so results in … -95% loss for CYDY baggies because of such ADHD distractions as “Remdesivir got approved” or “The CEO is a good guy” or “someone told me someone was raised from the dead in Florida” LOLOL
Lack of discipline and focus is a very good sign to identify bad thesis that are at high risk of going sour
Am writing the same answer to the same wrong statement:
NOPE, the 82% mortality is a fake number. Because it was handpicked post-hoc by management. Post-hoc means: after they saw the results, they did many (many) sub-groups and splits of the data, and handpicked the ONE statistic that was good to promote the stock in a sea of bad statistics.
I could demonstrate anything (really anything), on ANY data set, if I can split the data in any way I like and handpick the one statistic in the sub-group of a sub-group of my choice that supports what I want to demonstrate. This cheat is WAY TOO EASY for a statistician.
For that reason, handpicking after the fact is authorised in statistics ONLY IF a proper statistical procedure (e.g., corrections for multiple testing) is performed. That procedure was NOT followed at Cytodyn. This comes from the CEO himself: he recognised it in a conference call.
Consequently, that handpicked number is meaningless statistically. It was intended to defraud non-statisticians who don't understand this.
HAS CYTODYN TOLD THE TRUTH TO ITS INVESTORS ABOUT THE REAL FEEDBACK IT GOT FROM THE FDA?
CYTODYN LOOKS LIKE A BANK RUN LOL - EVERYBODY WANTS TO GET OUT
That would be an EXCELLENT question to ask Cytodyn in their next conf call.
Tho they wont answer it (“no more questions”, “running out of time” LOL).
So the solution is to ASK THIS QUESTION PUBLICLY before then, across social networks. To force them to answer (or not which would be equally telling).
Will do.
Another funny sign is that some private investors, the investing leg of the Cytodyn scam, publicly brag about having insider information.
Not the sharpest tools in the shed, I agree. They will learn it soon from the feds.
To find them: an unmistakable combination of bragging about insider info + bshit about miracle healings + 84% fake statistics
ME NO SPEAK ENGLISZ
POOR PUMP IS OVER - ENJOY THE FALL
SHOE DROPPING - VERTIGO FOR A $0.03 STOCK
WAS IN MY POST, SO DOESNT CHANGE ANYTHING I WROTE >>> BAD BAD RESULTS FOR LONG SPECULATORS - SHORT SPECULATORS KILLED THEM EVERYWHERE
NOW 0.41 IS DANGEROUSLY HIGH FOR BAGGIES - VERTIGO!
All the short speculations of the last few years have been 100% correct a few weeks or months after. Nearly all of them. The only one (the last one that will bring the company to the cemetery) is the bankruptcy one. Still open.
None of the long speculations have been correct. None of them.
We are talking several dozen speculations on each side.
Brutal.
Doubtful that you are either if you promote any hope for CYDY around AAV !
Just happen to have a friend who holds a key scientific position at the French Genethon, a key institution that is at the forefront of gene therapy and AAV research. Leronlimab is galaxies away from even been considered by these guys. He « would not touch it even with a sht stick ».
Name dropping other biotechnologies like AAV in the hope of creating a positive halo around Leronlimab is exactly what led the minority shareholders, aka the victims, of this fraud company from delusion to delusion, from $7 to $0.35
A -95% loss. An enlightening number once taking off the rosy glasses.
LOL everything the shorts have been saying over the last years about the company and its fraudulent management has been true. Every. Prediction. Each. Of. Them.
From failed trials to BLA deficiencies to stolen money to trials to come. Everything.
Shorts 100. Longs 0.
LOL quoting AAV is a proof of delusion.
Leronlimab is light years away from approaching, even remotely, any AAV trial on anything other than monkeys, for many reasons specific to the challenges and specifics of AAV.
Minimum experience in AAV required to make any post credible.
84% efficacy LOL! These statistically manipulated (data dredging) numbers to scam good souls. Was so clear from the start. $10 to $0.35 to $0.09 (current private investors dumping on public ones)
You were nice you cited only the most positive (=the least catastrophic) points
