EXACTLY. Has been going on quarter after quarter. Management warms up pumpers and private investors ahead of the 8K. A few of them drive the price up. That's the pump. Then the private investors dump on the naive crowd.

The private investors got to buy shares at 9 cents a share. So they are not exactly in the same boat as the naive crowd - they are perfectly happy with a stock languishing in the $0.19 to $0.4 range. They don't care. THAT's the only thing they don't say to their "friends" (read, victims), aka the public investors aka the baggies.

So, next time you read about miracles and how magical this drug is and how 84% this or that (LOL), think about the personal interest of the one writing it. Is he/she a private investor?
