Which means the CEO is once again scamming his investors:

(1) He was supposed to take the CEO helm but didn't take it yet (strange)
(2) A stock promotion article was published (bad)
(3) When he saw the CEO mistake in the article, he had to request to change it back to president (shows he really doesn't want to be the CEO of record)
(4) Which proves...he had a direct link with the promoter (scam relationship)

Looks EXACTLY like the previous CEO playbook: scam, scam, scam.

Did we say Hanky Panky? I am sure we did.
