from $29 per share i have advised patience BEFORE one buys, not AFTER...after one buys, they should exercise IMPATIENCE if the stock doesnt do what was expected...
i followed my own advise and profitably traded this stock and hold no shares long...thus, if fcel ever becomes worthy of investment, i can buy a lot of shares and will not have to wait until it hits 10 bucks to break even...i will be making money as soon as i buy...
many refused to listen to logic...they refused to listen to those who have been right for the last 3 years...they instead chose to listen to those who have been dead wrong for 3 years now...
and some, have decided that putting those who have been right, on ignore is the best path to follow...LMAO
you cant make this crap up...its mind boggling the thought processes that some people have...
thats what happens when you invest in a stock and for some reason, decide that its like having a favorite football team...you stay with them win or lose and continuing cheeering no matter what...
is it any wonder so many people lose money in the stock market?...
when i was negative, i was right...and if fcel starts doing well, i will buy and be right again...
“when you realize you have been lied to & your hopes are shattered”
No wonder you are so bitter…but how does laughing at and slamming shareholders make you feel better?…
"2.5 million shares is extremely low volume" " heavy buying occurred three separate times"
so, heavy buying has occurred, multiple times, on extremely low volume??...smh
"Again, facts: The company has had more separate positive developments over the past 13 months"
13 months ago as well as 9 months ago, the pps was 4 bucks...it is now struggling to stay above one buck...if the news is so good, why did the pps drop like a rock?...
"By far, And on a grander scale, there have been more monetary policy support for our technologies approved or implemented over the last 2 years, Then in all of history!"
and one buck per share is the result?....Houston, we have a problem..lol....theres been nothing but fabulous news for the last 2 years than in all of history...2 years ago, the pps was just under 12 bucks...but now its a dollar...something isnt adding up...
"The world is committed to Carbon capture and hydrogen and there's no turning back."
let the world find more cheap white hydrogen and see how fast they turn away from CC, electrolysis and all the rest of the expensive stuff...
"Exxon Mobil and Toyota feel that way"
both want hydrogen...neither care how they get it...both want it the cheapest way possible...
Exxon now realizes that instead of continuing to spend billions on research and new technology trying to manufacture hydrogen, they can just do what they have ALWAYS done and already know how to do...just drill for it...
Tick Tock indeed...
i feel embarrassed for the guy...using tired old bullshit over and over...it appears thats all hes got...just pitiful...
“ ***** HAS KBLB INCREASED FULL-TIME STAFF? ***** ”
Of course they have…the last pr says they hired key scientists from Notre Dame…
Why are you are bothering with this nonsense?…
Lol
"TO MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOF MEMBRANES AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW LEATHER SUBSTITUTES"
now spiber is going to challenge bolt threads for dominance of the fake leather market...if such a market actually exists...
its mushroom leather vs brewed protein "membrane" leather...
its going to be a head to head battle royale..
lmao
"Share price in the low 3 cent range and dropping slowly;"
its been in the 3 cent range for over a year...if you think its dropping, thats a mighty slow drop...lol
"No production"
correct...its not a secret that no one knows...EVERYONE KNOWS...
"No sales"
no kidding...if theres no production, how in the hell is there going to be sales??...
"No revenue"
this is getting monotonous...THERES NO PRODUCTION...how would there be revenues?..
"Sporadic and vague information being released about the quad-line hybrids; No increase in silk inventory; No updates to partnership with Kings; Sporadic and vague information about production problems."
not much info being put out pretty much says it all...and this is coming from someone who didnt want to hear anything except production news...
"I don’t even know what the share price did today. Haven’t checked."
in the time it took you to type that, you could have checked...lmao
"I expect a slow slide until solid news arrives"
yes you said that for a year now and we are still at .03...
"But I can’t rule out a catastrophic slide, either."
and you cant rule out a meteoric rise either...so in other words, you have no clue either way...which means what you cant rule out is irrelevant...but you say it to make things sound bad...
"I doubt we will have solid news about production until early June, 2024."
at least, thats what you hope...
"But hopefully we will get more updates about progress towards a restart and the early phases of the actual restart."
so you can call it all "sporadic and vague"?...
"Efforts to portray KBLB in a positive light at this point have taken on an almost tragi-comedic flavor."
how nice that you can find humor in what you perceive as a lost investment for so many people...
"May not hurt to put me on ‘ignore’ if my posts make you too uncomfortable."
not me...i like responding to your idiotic posts...
Spiber not doing well…they need help..
somebody wanted shares and he didnt want to wait around...
“What's amazing is that every time someone gives you an opinion, you get a response that tries to prove the contrary. ”
You realize you are posting on a MESSAGE BOARD?…that’s exactly what it’s designed for…a back and forth conversation…opinions etc…lol
“And I didn't specifically ask for your opinion”
You specifically got one anyway…that’s how it’s works on MESSAGE BOARDS… smh
“What's left to shake shareholders.”
ACTUAL dilution…not just the thought of it…
As you can see, many still think Few won’t dilute until the pps is much higher…that there’s no real fear of delisting or r/s…,
It is they who will cause the pps to drop like a rock when dilution happens…along with the dilution itself…
"My belief is the dilution is part of the reason for the current pps."
the fear of coming dilution is indeed part of the reason for the drop....the pps was about $1.45 when the 500 mil shares passed not so long ago....the pps hit .98 today... thats a mighty big drop in a short period...
there were a ton of investors who voted no or didnt bother to vote but still didnt want it....they understand dilution of that amount would be bad and they have been selling...
but many who voted yes, thought and maybe still think there was a plan...that the pps would rise with wonderful news from who knows where and only then would dilution occur...or blackrock would ride in like a white knight and buy up all the shares...but that scenario is not looking so good right now.....and when dilution starts hitting hard and the pps has not been pumped up, a wave of selling will start...
"b) Exxon says goodbye to FCEL"
right around the time it says goodbye to green hydrogen...and they will be saying goodbye to a whole bunch of companies...
all the issues you bring up are the same that oil had...exploration, drilling, transportation etc...its just the cost of doing business in that energy field...its nothing that will jack up the costs that high...and the fed gov will chip in since its what is needed for the environment...the costs you are talking about are just normal costs...they are not obstacles..
and you will soon see Exxon talking up white hydrogen...they will be all over that...doubt they will even bother screwing around with blue or green hydrogen anymore...
"What hasn't been said is how much the transportation costs will be added to the $1./kg now."
all the additional costs aint gonna cause a 600% rise in price thats for sure...maybe another buck...even if its a total of 3 bucks a kg, who would pay 6 bucks when they can get it for 3...the answer is, not one single person anywhere in the world...what would be the purpose of continuing a huge money losing proposition?......there simply isnt one...
wait for Exxon to start talking...
"I have to believe the stock has reached a low."
its got room to drop further...but it has certainly dropped a hellofalot already...
"This assumes a surprise negative is not coming."
theres a buttload of dilution comming...thats gonna hammer the pps...
"1) Exploration costs determining where it is . Nobody knows and its now a matter of hit and miss."
there are always costs...to everything...even green hydrogen....and right now it looks like the costs for green hydrogen far exceeds the costs for white hydrogen...even if the costs go up for white, it will still be better than green...
what do you mean no one knows where the white hydrogen is...they have many sites already known...its bubbling out of the ground in some places!...and sure they will search for more...they will ALWAYS be searching for more...and in the grand scheme of things, that cost is peanuts...
"2) Large deposits would have to be found. That requires deeper drilling raising the cost/kg. Small deposits would not be worth the effort"
yup...drilling costs money...large deposits are supposed to exist...some are believed to have already been found...
"3) Costs of transportation to get it where its needed or can be used."
no different than green hydrogen or oil...
"There's no guarantee that any find would be near where it can be used."
these are really minor concerns...oil wasnt drilled for right next to refineries...it all has to be transported from one place to another....its doable...we know that because its already been done for over 100 years...
"The experts are needed at the source of the problems: Right in the US facility where the problems originate."
they already did their thing there...mass production will not occur in Michigan...it will happen in Vietnam...
lets see...a lab in Michigan and 300 tons of production to get off the ground in Vietnam...where would kblb need to have 50 years of sericulture experience?...your conclusion is the lab in Michigan...not even one of them in Vietnam?...with all their expertise in sericulture and mass production being the goal that needs to happen?...
"If KBLB keeps sending sickly and vulnerable silkworms to Vietnam"
they needed more robust worms...thats a breeding issue that is being addressed...
"There is no mention of Prodigy in the PR, but some discussion of the lab."
there was mention of those 2 resources being allocated...look up the defintion of the word...heres a hint...it doesnt meant being kept where they are...
"As far as we know, Prodigy is shut down right now and there would be nothing for them to do there but wait."
someone over there is making changes mighty fast...i doubt its because they are all sitting around playing tiddly winks...why do you think they are making management and personnel changes?...just to pass the time?...or might they have a reason....smh
"It makes no sense to assume these experts are a part of the Prodigy staff."
it makes no sense to assume they are not...
"They should be included in the US budget."
unless they are at prodigy...then they should be included in that budget...lol
how long would it take to pack 2 t-shits and one underwear?...
fcel hitting new lows AGAIN today...but the overall market is up with the dow up 500 points...
wonder what the excuse of the day will be?...or will there just be crickets?...lol
"You know Mojo knows everything there is to know."
no..not everything....for instance, i dont what its like to be wrong...lol

selling has slowed down...lets see if it picks up again...if not, back to 3's we go..."
it must kill some of you when im right...
"Nope! Will never be replaced " in a few years" There is nothing in the article to suggest it will ever " replace CCS or electrolyzers."
actually there is......
"white hydrogen could cost around $1 a kilogram to produce – compared to around $6 a kilogram for green hydrogen."
would consumers want to pay one buck for fuel or 6 times more?...
"It simply adds to the availability of Hydrogen."
if its added at 6 times the price of white hydrogen, there will be tons available because no one is going to buy it...
"And it'll take years and years " not a few years"."
not according to those who are actually doing the work...
"We’re very excited by what we’re seeing,” said managing director Neil McDonald. There is more testing and drilling to do but the company could get into early production possibly in late 2024, he told CNN."
"But many of the startups are bullish. Some predict years, not decades, to commercialization. “We have all necessary technology we need, with some slight modifications,” Zgonnik said."
if the fed gov poured money into white hydrogen, it would speed up the process greatly....
if white hydrogen is plentiful, and it appears that it is, green hydrogen is toast...
oh oh...up 8.5%, volume up and more than twice as many buys than sells....
that cant be good for bashers...
did slinger take the day off?...
“Take a look at the b shares chart.”
Yes of course…the pps just crossed under a buck which was a huge psychological level…and it dropped through it like it was nothing…
Even if the pps goes back over a dollar, it shows how easily it dropped through and can again…
So yea, let’s try to divert attention away from the slaughter and let’s look at some flowers instead…
Lmao
"Who's complaining?
you..
"Pointing out reality to you is complaining."
its just your version of reality...
"But it's still wait and see if the next attempt will be successful."
im not worried about it...
"You are talking opinion I'm talking reality and that's complaining."
you are sounding a bit hysterical...stating a negative opinion is one thing...but when you cant stop doing it and continue to say the same negative things 8 times a day for months, how can anyone be shocked when it is classified as complaining.???....lol
talk about a reality check...
"It's a fact. We dont know if KBLB has solved their production issues."
i think i have a better understanding of what is going on than your constant "nobody knows"...i take the info that is available and analyze it and apply it to the situation using logic...all you do is look to see if there is a pr about mass production and when there isnt its "whelp, no one knows anything"...you may not know anything...but that doesnt mean NO ONE knows anything...
this situation is like kim announcing hes going to go grocery shopping...you would immediately think that you have no idea where kim would be going...he didnt say specifically therefore how can anyone possibly know where he is going...there are a million grocery stores in the world...its impossible to know...all we can do is wait for kim to tell us...
i, on the other hand, would apply common sense and knowing that most people are creatures of habit would conclude that he would most likely go the store that he most often frequents...simply because thats what makes sense...
that is what is going on here...good luck with hoping to make a fortune while being almost certain you wont...i cant imagine why anyone would do that to themselves, but good luck anyway...
"But you give your opinions and everyone is just supposed to accept them."
everyone is free to be wrong...but i wont be joining you in that...
"Until then its full steam ahead with CCS and Electrolysis."
and its utter nonsense...the money should be put where it can do the most good....spending billions on something that will be replaced in a few years is not sound...
if scientists came up with a way to generate electricity to power a home from solar panels the size of a few poker chips, THATS where the money should go...even if they are a few years away...continuing to subsidize a tech that will soon become antiquated is throwing money away...
i still say that fcel should focus on their core business which is fuel cells and forget about chasing after all the government money with ccs and the rest...they are wasting time and a lot of money...
"That's nice. But its factual investors have no idea if things are good or not."
and yet, they remain invested...apparently they see a reason to remain invested...imo, they understand that that things may not be as bleak as some want to insist they are...they understand that the info that has been put out by management can be seen as positive...regardless of those who refuse to see it any other way besides negative...
"Still an unknown if they have solved the issues with mass scale production."
reread the pr,s...protocols and proceedures have been made that have enhanced and sped up the production process and resolved bottlenecks...does that sound like nothing is going on or they havent been able to fix or improve anything?....unless of course, you dont believe anything in any of the pr's....in which case, you would be a fool to remain invested...
you cant read all the available info and come away not knowing anything...lol...kblb is still a risk...but it is getting less risky all the time...
"As I've said, the exact reason of the hiring of the scientists are an unknown."
the exact reason was given by kim....do you think they have to go back to square one scientifically or look for a robust gene to insert?...if so, that is going to take a long time and remaning invested would be foollish...
"Its unknown, the exact reason."
kim gave you the reason...so no, its not "unknown"...you just dont believe it because you are sure there are boogeyman hiding under your bed...and you want someone to prove there isnt...lol
"No one knows the complete issues KBLB is facing."
thats no different than any other company in the world...
"All investors know right now is they have struggled to produce since the breakthru in 2010 and continue to struggle."
they continue to progress and are light years beyond 2010...
"but we are just to believe everything will be fine with the 4 strain cross breeding?"
not at all...you can sell...or you can wait...clearly you have chosen to wait...and complain...inccessantly...for whatever good that does you...
"Opinions are nice but its unknown If KBLB has solved its production issues."
im satisfied with what i know...when im not, i will sell...
" then they are trading on insider information. "
gosh...say it isnt so!...
"That is illegal. Ask Martha Stewart."
the FBI was wanting to give martha a light slap on the wrist...her crime involved about $25k....but she wouldnt stop calling the FBI a bunch of incompetents and clowning them constantly...she dared them to come after her and said they would never dare because she was, after all, martha stewart...
the FBI finally said fine...and millions of dollars were spent to prosecute a $25k crime....after she realized what she had done, she begged to to plead to stay out of prison...but the US attorney said nope, your ass is going to prison...
try looking for another case as an example...cause martha stewart aint it...
"KBLB’s own SEC filings make it clear that no one is authorized to provide information to investors outside of what the company has made public through its own channels."
yup...that'll do it...lol
"If information ever comes to light that these investors have been trading on insider information, they can be arrested and put into jail. "
probably only happens a thousand times a day...there aint enough jails to hold them all...and any insider crap occurring in an otc penny stock would have the priority of ZERO...
"If Yorkville remains in contact with KBLB management about the status of the company, one would certainly question why. Their financing relationship has been concluded."
for now, maybe....besides, yorkville has a kazillion warrants they are still holding onto...
"I can’t believe these people are happy at their paper losses on the shares with no clear timeline for a production restart. "
they are not selling...they are still wealthy...i doubt they are very concerned at all...
"They cannot be happy with the lack of information from KBLB."
as i said...they are not suffering from a lack of info....
"Perhaps they will hold onto their shares in hopes of recouping their losses."
the wealthy invest to make money...its only everyone else who try to "recoup their losses"...thats why they dont usually becaome wealthy...
"But they may decide to dump, take the loss, and use it as a tax write off."
by the end of the year, they will have more than enough losses to write off...they will not sell off kblb until they are convinced they have no chance...and they clearly have not recieved any such info...
"but the good guys are looking awful beat up right now"
so is everyone...have you sold your shares?...if not, why would you think wealthy knowledgeable investors with a heads up would?...answer- they wouldnt...and they havent...
"Deep down, I think a lot of people who appear so enthusiastic about this stock either understand these risks or are simply delusional."
i think some shareholders see progress and understand what is going on and dont need their hands held...negative shareholders are just frightend children who see boogeymen everywhere and are desperately seeking reassurance from daddy Kim...
you dont have to pick a category...you know who you are...
"announces today that it has filled two key researcher positions"
exactly...he refers to them as researchers, sericulturists and staff...what didnt he use?..."scientists"... he never called them that...
"Research positions are in the US."
they are wherever kim wants them...
" We anticipate that over the next 60 days, this will lead to significantly increased throughput in our U.S. facility."
and it did...whats your point?...
"The PR specifically states the "US facility"."
correct...that is where they made changes to various protocols that worked out very well...but the Michigan lab is not going to pump out hundreds of tons of DS...thats going to happen in Vietnam...thats where their expertise would be needed...
""We are very excited to welcome these additional members to the Kraig Labs team"
yes...they were hired and weaved their magic at the michigan lab...and then 2 months later, (after the 60 day period when everything checked out) changes were made at prodigy to management and elsewhere...i see at least one of those sericulture people going there to take control of prodigy and production...they have the experience and expertise and have proven themselves...and kim has now seen what happens when you try to get something done from thousands of miles away...you need someone onsight who knows what they are doing...and he now has that...
mass production is the focus...that is the priority...thats the goal...
"The Kraig Labs team is in the US. The Prodigy team is in Vietnam."
correct...personnel can be switched, replaced and moved around as needed and that will still be true....and the fact is, management and personnel changes HAVE been made...
"Maybe, maybe not."
imo, its all good right now..
"Still an unknown if they have solved the issues they are having to mass produce."
they wanted to do some crossbreeding to attain a more robust worm...it aint rocket science...they been crossbreeding for thousands of years...
"Correct, the exact reasonings for the hirings are an unknown."
i dont think the materials expert he hired to create new materials is an unknown...neither are the sericulture experts...kblb is a biotech company that is researching and wanting to branch out into many different things than just clothing...2 scientists was never going to be enough...but kim didnt hire any more scientists because he didnt want to spend the money until he knew he could afford too...his focus was on mass production...
hes hiring now though...hmmmm...i realize some want to believe that the scientists were added to solve the production problem...imo, the problems were a matter of breeding and sericulture...i never believed that the problem was molecular...DS is just fine...the worms needed to be more robust....i doubt they are looking for a "robust" gene...
"Are things all good and things are progressing"
yes..
"or are they needed to help ongoing issues?"
yes...
there are different issues that can be addressed by different personnal for different reasons...and that will ALWAYS be the case...in this case the production issues are being addressed via breeding and sericulture...the new scientists will help further other endeavors that kblb is wanting to get involved with or put more emphasis on...just as kim said...
" It's still an unknown if they were hired to hopefully fix things the company is struggling solve or progress things."
it is NOT an unknown....that is EXACTLY why there were hired...imo, it just doesnt have anything to do with production...
“ The lab and all of the R&D equipment are in the US.”
And?
Those 2 were experts in sericulture…
Now where would experts in sericulture be needed?…in a lab in Michigan or or in Vietnam where they are trying to produce hundreds of tons?…
Really tough question I know…but give it some thought…most people would need about 2 seconds…but you take your time…
Yup…but doesn’t that do away with ccs, electrolysis and all the other stuff that fcel has been venturing into?…
Leaves them with fuel cells…which is exactly what I have been saying they should be focusing on…
“The funding to the hubs begins with an initial $20 million over the next 12 to 18 months”
I wonder if that’s for all 7 hubs or $20 mil each…they are both pitiful but one way is even MORE pitiful…lol
20 mil per hub over the next 18 months is pitiful enough…
So for the next 18 months, fcel can count on getting NOTHING out of this…
Then the rest of the money will be incrementally released over the next 12 YEARS…IF they perform….
That’s about $1bil per hub…over the next 12 years…and that’s a big MAYBE…don’t think things can’t change with a different administration…
It’s all good…
They didn’t hire just scientists….they also hired a fiber/materials expert as a consultant to create blended materials with DS and other fibers…
Kim also hired what he refers to as “sericulturists”…he was looking for “two new senior-level genetic engineering positions within its U.S. based research and development team.”
He refers to the new hires as sericulturists, staff and researchers, but never “scientists”….
My guess is that one or both were sent to prodigy and made changes there…changes aren’t just made to fix things…they are also done to make good things better…in this case, to ready things for mass production…
There are moves being made that indicate to me that they are being done as a precursor to mass production…
These hirings are costly… Kim wouldn’t be spending the money if he didn’t need to…
I will add that he did get the genetic engineering scientists that he wanted when he hired from Notre Dame…
“The Company has moved to allocate these additional resources and this new staff as part of its commitment to bringing its revolutionary spider silk technology to market.”
I take this to mean that one or both went to prodigy where their sericulture expertise and scientific knowledge of the biology would be of great advantage…
Thus he or they are not counted as “within its U.S. based research and development team”…
He or they are likely in charge of prodigy and effected the change in management…
you mean like this post of yours?....just whining for no particular reason...no real value...nothing about the company or stock...
"This hits then I’ll be that much further ahead. Financial security is already set. This would/will be icing on the cake."
EXACTLY...thats the only way taking on high risk investments make sense for anyone who is on the downside of their working years....anyone with 20 or so years left can afford to take on a little more risk with money that they HAVE...not money they shouldnt risk or go into debt for...
thats when you end up crying into your beer...all the anxiety and river of tears we see here on the board is because people overextended themselves...
"For example, if we take a look at the very first batch of shares that were diluted on 23 Apr 2021, KBLB diluted 836,574 shares to pay back $100,000."
kblb didnt bother to explain everything in those numbers...sometimes they were paying off interest that had accured and were much greater than the current amount stated...i dont know why but kblb didnt always pay the interest each and every time...
if i look at your numbers "they dumped 77.1 MILLION shares between 23 Apr 2021 and 16 Feb 2022......for an average of around 6.8 cents per share"....that comes out to $5.24 million out of $5 mil they received...that doesnt add up...
80 mil shares at an average of 3.9 cents is $3.12 million out of $3 mil they received...
those numbers arent even close to the 20% and 15% agreed upon let alone 30-40%...
you cant look at each individual transaction...you have to look at the total numbers for each contract that was fulfilled...which is what you did...but even those numbers dont add up...
whatever...im not gonna carry on this nonsense about numbers...the contract was for 15 and 20 percent of the average closing price for a ten day period...and that CANNOT magically rise to 30-40%...
"and thank WebSlinger for his providing accurate totals and share price."
whats makes you think his info was accurate?...
"The contractual discount is based on something like “the average closing price for the past 5 days."
it was 10 days...but it had nothing to do with the "average closing price"...it aint hard to figure what the average price shares traded at each day...why would they go with the closing price?...this is from the filing:
" The debenture holder may convert each Convertible Debenture into shares of common stock at any time after issuance at a price equal to 80% of the lowest volume weighted average price of the Company’s Common Stock during the 10 trading days immediately preceding the date they convert the debenture"
and that means the amount of money involved can vary a bit, but not the percentage...the pecentages were 20% for the first contract and 15% for the second...it could be no more than those percentages...i have no idea where anyone got the notion that the discounts somehow expanded into 30-40 percent...15% and 20% were contractual amounts and couldnt be expanded at will...
"None of this changes the issue that the shareholders who purchased the issued shares from Yorkville don’t know any more about the company than we do"
you think wealthy investors who invest millions of dollars through hedge funds located in the Cayman Islands dont know more than the mom and pops who invest?...smh...alrighty then...
"WebSlinger’s data makes it clear that Yorkville investors are looking at a bunch of red."
i already told you that....the vast majority of shares were all sold at .05 and above...the pps is now .03....in what world is it possible that ANY of those investors could be in the green?...
"Most of the wealthy people I know are not particularly happy about losing money"
i really cant think of any poor or middle class people that are either...but the wealthy can afford to wait...and they arent on pins and needles over the high risk investments they make...they understand the meaning of high risk...and they have plenty of money already...
"especially when the company provides few meaningful updates."
they get their cues from yorkville...not kblb pr's...
"Depending on how the broader market does by the end of the year, they might want to dump their shares to offset some of their gains with losses."
they generally hold shares for a few years before they start worrying about selling...especially with companies that are in the process of developing...they understood what they were investing in and they dont run scared...
my guess is, they will have plenty of losers to sell by the end of the year...
"I can’t imagine they are happy with Yorkville about the situation either."
i highly doubt they were anticipating a short term trade with kblb...they knew it would take time and they were willing to wait...these arent the kind of investors that whine about anything...i suspect yorkville has been very good to them...
"If a couple of them decide to unload 10’s of millions of shares each, the share price might well tank in late December."
there is absolutely no reason to think any of them will sell anytime soon...NONE...
Yup…the psar flipped, the bollinger bands are tightening, the volume is up a bit, more buys than sells etc…
Been there a bunch of times…pps will rise a bit….but without news, it will drop again…the only thing that will sustain a rise is news…good news…
Good thing it’s coming….soon
“In the 1st tranche, they dumped 77.1 MILLION”
“In the 2nd tranche, they dumped a little over 80 MILLION”
So 306 mil shares is juuuuuuust a bit off…
“It is worth noting that those shares were dumped at a HUGE discount (anywhere between 20% and 40% off the market price)”
In the first deal, The shares were at a 20% discount…in the second deal, the shares were at a 15% discount…
NEVER were the shares given at any other discount…
“Almost everyone that bought those shares and is still holding onto them is 100% in the red and underwater”
“Almost” everyone is 100% underwater…LMAO..
“The smart thing to do would have been to sell the shares IMMEDIATELY for a GUARANTEED PROFIT”
Isn’t that exactly what yorkville did?…
“Now they allegedly have more scientists on the payroll. Speaks to the burn rate, as payroll and R&D costs will certainly rise. “
“Allegedly”?…lol
Yea..when you hire people to work for you, you have to pay them….
Thanks for that revelation…who knew?..
SMH
