"For example, if we take a look at the very first batch of shares that were diluted on 23 Apr 2021, KBLB diluted 836,574 shares to pay back $100,000."

kblb didnt bother to explain everything in those numbers...sometimes they were paying off interest that had accured and were much greater than the current amount stated...i dont know why but kblb didnt always pay the interest each and every time...

if i look at your numbers "they dumped 77.1 MILLION shares between 23 Apr 2021 and 16 Feb 2022......for an average of around 6.8 cents per share"....that comes out to $5.24 million out of $5 mil they received...that doesnt add up...

80 mil shares at an average of 3.9 cents is $3.12 million out of $3 mil they received...

those numbers arent even close to the 20% and 15% agreed upon let alone 30-40%...

you cant look at each individual transaction...you have to look at the total numbers for each contract that was fulfilled...which is what you did...but even those numbers dont add up...

whatever...im not gonna carry on this nonsense about numbers...the contract was for 15 and 20 percent of the average closing price for a ten day period...and that CANNOT magically rise to 30-40%...
