In Your Face
I have no problem having a chartist on the thread...using charts is optional and can add to one's DD or not...if I don't like it I don't factor it.
On a stock suffering this volatility and news leaks I don't see how charts are relevant at this time
Can imagine how volatile a stock like that would be with him holding most of the shares
Truth Social IPO coming soon
2 X 500k share orders just sent this to .007.....nice
When in doubt you can always sell (or buy) in thirds or halves....no need to go it all if you are not sure
Reverse Splits in micropenny stocks rarely come out successfully.
The shares post split will be attacked by shorters and most often begin to fall post split.
If there is no positive news or events it falls more.
There is further to fall and shorters know the odds
If there are loans involved , the lenders will have certain benchmarks that have to be met before any money is released. They will hedge
The OTC R/S is most often a dismal failure....companies always promise that they will do it right and Long Term shareholders will be sold on that....denial....and they will try and encourage others that things are different this time
Further to fall...and when it hits the Low , shorts will cover
Like Starlost I have never been in a successful r/s , and I have been in many.....and I have never seen a successful OTC r/s
Regardless, I'm in for now G/L to us all
I'm surprised his mommy allows it

Biometric Fingerprint Secured Credit Card Manufacturer SmartMetric Reports up to 80% of USA Credit Cards Have Been Compromised
March 21, 2024 02:10 PM Eastern Daylight Time
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SmartMetric, Inc. (OTC: SMME): Up to 80% of all credit cards in circulation have been compromised. Studies suggest that as many as eight in ten credit cards that are currently issued have already been compromised by some sort of hack or data breach.1
“We are excited to have finally reached the stage of commercialization of our one of a kind advanced fingerprint activated biometric credit card”
SmartMetric leads the world in biometric credit card technology in having developed a biometric credit card that has an internal rechargeable battery that is used to power the fingerprint scanning of the card user independent of card reading terminals and ATMs. This allows the SmartMetric biometric card to be able to used “anywhere and anytime” a card holder wants to use their new biometric card.
“With so many credit card data breaches leaving a card holders credit card information in the hands of card fraud criminals, the use of on card biometric identity validation security, has become a necessity," said SmartMetric’s President and CEO, Chaya Hendrick.
The advanced SmartMetric biometric card has many other features not least is its hardware-based detection of a live finger. This provides the card with added security against fake fingerprint replicas making the SmartMetric biometric card the most secure card developed.
SmartMetric’s card enrolls a user’s fingerprint easily and as frictionless as experienced when enrolling a fingerprint on a smart phone. On receipt of the card, the user simply touches the card's fingerprint sensor four times. This stores the user's fingerprint permanently in the card making the card only useable when the owner of the card touches the sensor to turn on the card at the time they wish to make a payment.
In Q4 2022, credit card users reached a total of 166 million according to TransUnion, up from the prior three years. Among those users, new card accounts are growing, too. Over the past year, nearly half the population (47.5%) opened at least one new account, bringing the total number of accounts to over 518 million by the end of 2022 in the United States. 2
Market research has shown that 70% of current credit card users are willing to pay $70.00 for a biometric fingerprint secured credit card. The single largest motivation is wanting to be more secure and better protected against credit card fraud.
SmartMetric will soon be offering its biometric credit card product with an inbuilt inside the card fingerprint scanner. The SmartMetric biometric credit card is in the final stages of the card's lamination process. The credit card lamination is where the card's circuit board and electronics are encased in credit card plastic. This is the last stage of the manufacturing process which will allow SmartMetric to start to present its completed biometric GEN4 card to credit card issuers.
SmartMetric has set up its production to allow for mass card production. The company is now able to manufacture over a million cards per month with this being able to be increased substantially over the next 6 months.
“We are excited to have finally reached the stage of commercialization of our one of a kind advanced fingerprint activated biometric credit card," said SmartMetric’s President and CEO, Chaya Hendrick.

Stock is up 50% today...how'd you make out?
Premarket today was:
"What is a form T trade?
Form T is used for reporting equity trades executed outside of normal market hours. 1. Form T is also used to submit last sale reports of OTC transactions in equity securities, for which electronic submission is not possible. 1. The objective of the Form T report is to maintain market transparency and integrity."
"In the OTC market, Form T trades are mostly the result of accumulated buys or sells handled on a not held basis by block desks, otherwise known as "late prints."
Using an example of a NasDaq stock or even a multi dollar stock to justify the reverse split is absurd to say the least....we are talking a micropenny stock here...let's get real
Would like to chat but apparently I can't
Aha you don't have an answer (or choose not to comment) LMAOO
Ouch, I guess I touched a nerve....she doesn't even own GVSI....ask her?
Yes volume (retail) will help us here but not if volume is coming from scammers/the pros....that volume is unpredictable and tainted
1Van why are you against legalisation/rescheduling ?
Why would 1van be against rescheduling??
doesn't matter....some folks want to buy in now but are waiting for some explanation and confirmations ....do you think they should just go ahead because you say :" don't worry it will be okay"////not gonna happen
no rush....just need to clear up the R/S question first
you're cool with the idea of an RS even if it's a fake...just to swing sentiment to the End of the month? I would rather have it cleared up first....then let things run naturally....why not??
Well I just hope that some of the "Longs" here don't start trying to sell this R/S as a good thing...."that can be done"....they are only fooling themselves....and trying to fool the rest of us
GLTA
Hopefully we won't see a sales platform here on this board trying to sell the r/s to us all....I have seen it before where certain shareholders will try to sell the r/s to others here , saying that this time it is different, this time it will work, we will see a series of NR's to boost the stock, it's different this time..........etc.... etc......this co. has shown that they won't even respond to their shares tanking 92% in one day....they likely won't do anything to boost an r/s
It's the ones who don't trade and never have (successfully) that are full of advice and warnings that are the worst, although I have so say paid pumpers can do lots of damage too
Problem is that just the announcement of a R/S is enough to kill a stock....we need an explanation from the company
BTW not sure bringing in Finra etc is a good idea in a stock where we all hold shares....gotta be a better way
Most real folks are disappointed waiting for some news here, except for a few zero share clowns...they were more than thrilled when the latest bad news hit ....of the deal falling through....many are here now gloating
Folks are so polarized they won't get along if it was a matter of life or death
That's how we all learn to trade...it's retail.....sometimes newbies get mocked for having only a few followers, so I follow them to bump their # up 1.
Says the one who warned everyone to stear clear of TSNP before it hit $$$$1.93
If this was on a bigboard market we would have had clarification by now
Nice try misquoting and/or out of context...it is a quote from one of you types
Surprised there are no adjustments on L2 after all the crazy volume
So who are the main/top exec in IGPK on the US side...are these folks still involved??
Mclain (Brian)
Wilneff (Laurence)
Gruenberg (Penni)
Gene Caiazzo
who are the main/top exec in IGPK on the US side
Have you ever held shares in a penny stock before and after a reverse split?
who are the main players here (IGPK ), as in executive etc. from the American side of things?
