Reverse Splits in micropenny stocks rarely come out successfully.

The shares post split will be attacked by shorters and most often begin to fall post split.
If there is no positive news or events it falls more.
There is further to fall and shorters know the odds
If there are loans involved , the lenders will have certain benchmarks that have to be met before any money is released. They will hedge
The OTC R/S is most often a dismal failure....companies always promise that they will do it right and Long Term shareholders will be sold on that....denial....and they will try and encourage others that things are different this time

Further to fall...and when it hits the Low , shorts will cover

Like Starlost I have never been in a successful r/s , and I have been in many.....and I have never seen a successful OTC r/s
Regardless, I'm in for now G/L to us all
