thats because lqmt is no longer under the charge of a boy who needs to cry wolf for attention/survival.
and when viewed from the perspective of the majority shareholder/ceo/chairman then the answer is very clear.
nothing is set in stone.
totally agree jay all lugee efforts are for something massive coming.
great research payme have added it to my files thanks.
got no idea why he was made a board member other than a conspiracy theory that for whatever reason lugee wanted him removed form day to day operations as the cfo and it was cheaper than risking an unfair dismissal.
do you suppose lugee has become aware of any kang spies/saboteurs and is using the restructuring plan to also do some house cleaning of kang leftovers it would be more cost effective than the risk of more lawsuits/payouts for unfair dismissal.
ok thanks game good to know it was apple related.
@10.40 'incredibly strong hinge'
game are those prototypes made for arthrex or apple or just generic sample prototype parts showcasing eon ability to manufacture thick wall casings ?
great research otwindow the parts variety/size are growing.
of all the companies in the maze only lqmt manufacturing partner yihao is advertised at the eon booth.
vr hinge for idealens
http://www.idealens.com/en/k2paras
the description of the 'A frame'
'Similarly, liquid metal can also be used in notebook structural parts.'
finally some big money parts made with 1000c 400t machines
at the very least jk was creating a new lqmt to replace/muscle out/sideline the real lqmt and might have succeeded if anyone else other than lugee was in control.
benefits of having a ceo/chairman with 45% skin in the game.
crispy-flexible glass for foldable screens is my guess.
https://www.corning.com/worldwide/en/innovation/corning-emerging-innovations/corning-willow-glass.html
ex employees/family members working overtime discrediting lugee.
google search brings up scaremongering posts of ip theft and lqmt headed to bankruptcy.
scares away customers then kang swoops in stealing them form lqmt.
who would have supplied kang with 60k parts per month if he secured the deal.
he has no machines/manufactures or medical/biocompatible alloy to supply 60k/month.
maybe he was planning on commissioning lqmt as a contract manufacture.
whatever his delusional plan was its certain lugee will bury him.
again thanks for posting this info have been reading all the threads from that post and im more confident in lugee seems he was right all along about being in profit before 2020 but we all got kanged for now.
lqmt blog from february reads differently when viewed in-light of the kang litigation.
https://www.liquidmetal.com/protecting-our-brand/
when you say kang mucked up what lugee was working on i wonder if kangs blog was revealing too much and/or confusing who is liquidmetal.
anyways its worth the wait for myself having more time to buy lqmt whenever i can apologies to how insensitive that my sound to others.

thanks so much for posting this info.
i wont pretend to have an answer why cip is not a co-plaintiff and what it means but here is some comic relief via kang youtube video.

you’r the man josh! thanks for your posts, clarifications and deep knowledge.
i dont think anyone would enjoy having their inboxed filled with spam mail continually beating a dead horse demanding further links to this and proof of that especially when its based on personal opinions and demanding those opinions proved wrong. nuts.
josh first posted about lugee establishing yihao almost 2 years ago well before lqmt acknowledged collaboration with yihao or that its a manufacturing/sister partner.
this valuable information and further research on yihao has been freely given on this board among many many other valuable information about lugee efforts/collaboration in china.
continually harassing him demanding that he proves the personal opinions of others are wrong makes me think some want his contributions to stop.
what is this mysterious alloy lqmt and yihao have collaborated on ?
everyone seems to be picking on josh while ignoring bb statements.
you have those posts with links because you constantly ham them.
but i will leave you this to ponder.
if not 106c then what was bb reffering too?
is it a yet to be disclosed alloy and why isnt it advertised on lqmt site?
very strange no?
we dont need no stinking facts when we can quote others out of context and inject fake facts.
i demand links to prove my fake facts are false otherwise they are assumed to be real.
nuts.
same tiny penny bracket for all iphones but proof lqmt/yihao are supplying apple parts in massive volume and can only get bigger in parts/value.

it looks like the face id bracket from lqmt/yihao is a skeletal frame and is covered on both sides with spot welded metal holding/securing in parts/cables.

beautiful knife molded piece of art to bad miltneradams selling it not leatherman.
paypal only/sandwich bags.
absurd.
another leatherman update this from yihao website shows tread lt bracelet parts bottom right of slide.

awesome thanks for the link it works for me.
this is great news but strange that its only posted on linkedin.
where did you find that can you give the link thanks.
sim card tray for smart phones.
camera bracket for smart phone.
hinge for a consumer device.
once again the claims of no ce allowed for lqmt is proven wrong again.
update on lugee holdings
Prof Yeung Tak Lugee Li has 101 million (22%) reasons to make eontec profitable and 415 million (45%) reasons to make lqmt profitable.
thats twice the incentive to focus all efforts on lqmt and probably much more if josh's thoughts on his pledge turn out to be correct.
bottom line lugee sold eon not lqmt to satisfy coi issue.
something big is coming.
something big must now be on the horizon to cause this coi issue its very encouraging lugee chose to sell the company he built from the ground up sleeping on the factory floor instead of lqmt its a positive lugee is now overweight lqmt than eon.
yes any potential manufacturing partners would be hesitant to invest manufacturing capital in a new tech when lake forest manufacturing can undercut them or the ceo has a bigger incentive to outsource the same product to his company in china but now the bigger incentive for lugee is lqmt and its potential partners.
thanks josh for your explanations seems lugee prepared long ago to transition/reestablish himself outside of china section 2.2 of the pla is how ceo/chairman/45% owner of lqmt empowered himself/lqmt with everything needed to turn lqmt into eon west.
every patent and tech info eontec/maze possess lugee/lqmt also possess and is is allowed continued collaboration with eontec/yihao/maze.
paths for revenue thanks to exclusive territorial rights lugee gave himself/lqmt.
short/mid-term territorial royalties and outsourcing orders to eon/maze.
long-term manufacturing partners/contractors in lqmt territories.
take it easy on me dbgreedy for stating the obvious and good to see your posts again.
