I first read part of your post and thought you yourself were out. Glad to see you're still in!
On the topic, you seem pretty grounded so I'm curious about your price targets here. What do you think a fair value per share is at this point, and then what do you think it will be when
UL Certification comes
plant fires up.
I know there's a lot of speculation and assumptions in here so feel free to decline to answer... I'm just curious.
Have a good one!
Rarely would I call a 22% gain with 7m volume a 'slow' open, but I'd say it's pretty tame here so far.
Looking forward to Nick's announcement and holding on to all mine in the meantime. GL all!
I am excited too!
I don't know what the week will bring, but I feel more excited now than when we were trading much higher.
8 Manufacturing facilities, Nick has big news, exponential increase in social media presence.... all of this has happened since our "big" run. I put big in quotes because that may be small compared to what we'll see if this all pans out.
I don't know what price action will be this week and I'd encourage people not to throw a ton in hoping for a quick hit or anything.... but we could be on the cusp of something special.
Hard to wait, GLTA.
Good evening!
This stock has been on a tear lately, so no explanation is going to be that great. In the end, it went up because of some excitement, and then it settled down a bit. Maybe people got hyped and were willing to buy at any price, who knows? Tons of volume that day and shorts won out at that level. Also, a lot of profit taking from people who made some serious coin.
For a fundamental answer, though.... no reason whatsoever. Maybe it should not have dropped, maybe it should never have gone to $0.34 in the first place. Who knows? There was no specific good news that took it those highs ( other than the RI DEM hearing on the 25th which got some attention) and there was no bad news that brought it back down.
In the end, I'd check the fundamentals and determine if you believe this company is worth more than $90M, which is what the market values it at right now. I personally believe that solar patents alone (If they're as good as advertised) are worth many multiples of that... and with the company ramping up manufacturing, it seems like they do as well. Durango and MedRecycler shouldn't hurt either. As far as buy targets and all that, I'll leave that to you. GL!
Good evening everyone!
My supply of hydrolyte is running low and wife is wanting some more. Eon Mist worked well but didn't last as long as our sprays we'd used before so I think we're going back to the straight liquid.
I found some on Ebay for $40 with shipping, but I want to make sure this is a legit seller/distributor because she's not going to want to use it if it's not.
Can anyone vouch for versaliquid on Ebay?
Thank you, God Bless!
I agree that UL certification will be a big deal.. Hoping that this is Nick's news that is coming 'soon'. I believe this should have a bigger impact on share price than MedRecycler.
I'd be curious to know if there is anyone who doubts that UL certification isn't a certainty. As much work as Nick puts into this stuff, I'd be shocked if these panels aren't 'safe'.. It will certainly be good to get the certification and we may head to paper when we do, but any concern I've ever had with that is around timing and not related to it actually coming through. Hope I'm right!
EcoMike has been the one to listen to so far. I though his price predictions were insane and here we are sitting beyond what even he had stated.
He says we're going to paper soon. It seems lofty based on where we've been, but in terms of pure value.... Solar panels that are versatile and more efficient than anything else out there....
a dollar a share actually seems kind of low in the long run!
No worries :)
It's our flagship facility so I can't imagine us selling ALL of it for any price. However, selling a stake in it is a different story altogether.
I do think a big part of this was to fund our solar expansion, and as I mentioned recently, you were the first one here who was really pushing solar as our #1 pursuit, even taking some flack for doing so.
I believe MedRecycler and any franchised plants will make a lot of money for this company, but it looks to me like 80-90% of our current share price value is due to solar, and any pop we see this week will likely be because of that as well... and why shouldn't it be. Lower cost, higher efficiency.
Market is catching on to this at an exponentially increasing pace. Should be an interesting week.
Where are you reading that?
We sold something like a 20% stake for a couple million dollars, but not the entire thing.
and you're part of the team! :) Thanks for all you do!
I know right! I read this and didn't want to get too excited, but it really seems like we're going to work.. Perhaps wanting to have some supply up and ready to go once UL certification goes through?
My guess is that we sold the 20ish% stake in the RI MedRecycler to fund this.
A great business move! Even if what we sold was worth 5-10 million and we got a couple million, that's awesome it allowed us to get a jump on solar expansion.
The value in MedRecycler is not squeezing every ounce of profit for ourselves out of this particular facility, it is in demonstrating that it can be done so that we can replicate this elsewhere. This stake we sold was only done a couple of months ago and (assuming this is what the funds were for) we've already turned around and used that cash to build out in a huge way. We didn't sell this stake to stay afloat or pay some bills....We did it to conquer a market. How many 9 cent stocks can say that????
Now... all that being said, I'm going to take a conservative approach and assume that we don't 'OWN" any of these 8 facilities.... but that we've simply contracted with them to make our product. Still though, that being said... usually if you do this, you find one or two places to make some stuff. We've got 8, including 3 international. That's wild and shows how much faith Nick has in what we're building. I know he already did that when he put his house on the line.. but good to see he's still of that mindset.
Paper may come sooner than we think.
Blessings to all!

My guess is that we sold the 20ish% stake in the RI MedREcycler to fund this.

I agree. Nick knows not to mess around with us like that. There is so much coming that I'd be shocked if he tried to talk like that about note extension. I would be very displeased if that was it, but I just can't imagine that it is.
Thank you sir. I'm bookmarking this one so I won't have to ask again! :)
I really like your 'hold for paper' mantra. We'll see if I can!
For the record, I believe he said 'soon', and not 'this week'.
THat said, I think Eco is right.. We really could be looking at the next Elon Musk here.
Funny thing, I've actually been thinking of tweeting ELon (yeah, I finally got twitter) once UL goes through and ask him to bid a few billion to buy this thing out. He loves the panels.
It's nice to be investing in something I feel good about. One should always do that, I think.
Have a great weekend all!
I've got my eye on this one, said I'd jump back in if it ever got close to a dollar.
Hope everyone is doing well around here, longs and non-longs alike.
I think the think with Jackson St. is pretty cool. I agree with one post I saw that they are pretty much at the bottom or near the bottom in everything, but who cares? IN fact, it creates a good opportunity to raise their profile a bit. If they get better and brkk is part of that, then that's a good thing.
Like I said, no shares now but I may get back in at some point. God Bless all!
Thanks for this analysis!
Uplisting would be the least exciting announcement he could make. If that's what it is, I will be disappointed.
That said, I can't see how it would be an uplist. We have not traded for a penny for over 30 days, so we don't qualify yet.
My hope is that it is about UL certification. Many doors will open to us when this comes through, and recent share price action may seem like nothing. Exciting times ahead!!!
I love to hear it. You really were right, and it's not like you were making softball predictions.. You were talking about a nickel in a week or two when we were trading at a tenth of that.
I agree that charts are only of so much use.. especially in penny stock situations where it's very event driven. A chart can't predict that.
Most useful chart at this time would be an average time to UL approval chart!
Did someone really sell 50 million shares at $0.36?
That's an impressive gain, congrats to whoever got 18 million. They could take that and buy back a whole lot more right now.
Until we get the solid news we all believe is coming, any individual can affect the price in a big way. I know that's the case because I've seen my buys drive the price before, I had to spread my accumulation over a few days last year.
You're right that we'd fit very nicely into infrastructure projects. We'd have to scale up in a big way and it would likely need to involve partnership/licensing/buyouts because it's going to take some time and money to grow into our potential.
I hold no ill will for whoever sold at the top. If we're all long-term holders, it shouldn't matter to us, and in fact gives an opportunity to add a few more before the next run.
Have a nice weekend!
I am one who doesn't have a great sense of what the solar patents are worth.
Like... I 'get' it, but i don't 'get' it... I'm not sure if there are other similar patents out there that would compete, or if we really are going to have a monopoly on the non-glass space, in which case, if these things are as versatile as advertised, means that we are in for another few % gains like we've seen over the past few weeks.
It last traded above a penny, and I'd agree that it's not worth the time of anyone who doesn't own shares, since it no longer trades. What's the point? :).. Have a nice weekend!
Thanks for posting this!
Excited to hear from UL and then to get started mass producing these panels. Anyone with experience with UL have a sense of when this will be? Seems like it has been something that could happen any day now for months!.
If these panels are as good as it appears, we are a buyout candidate at a few billion $ for some company that has the infrastructure to mass produce. I am fine with the shareprice here where it is.. Not selling at .09, .10, .11, or .12, so while it's fun to watch, it shouldn't matter too much to long-term holders the whims of the market one way or the other.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.....That's great!!!
I think the reaction sounds more like he met Flo from Progressive, but we'll go with yours.
Hilarious... and I don't usually laugh at stuff on IHUB :) :)
GLTA!
What did he say? I don't have twitter access.
It's nice to see a green day and I'd prefer to close at 12 cents rather than 8, but I get the sense that most here would be doing the same thing either way, which is holding until some big news drops. Many have been in this thing for years, and we have a lot of things coming in a matter of weeks... Why sell now, especially for 20 cents lower than what we saw earlier in the week.
Not sure what the price will do in the next few days, but when news hits, I would hope to see a gap up on demand exceeding supply.
We shall see!
It's hard to wait 7 minutes lol
The company is not dumping shares because there are no shares to dump.
There are a billion shares authorized, and 966 million outstanding.
We are kind of in a sweet spot there......Because of some tough toxic financing that Nick worked through, we had to issue a lot of shares last year and late 2019... but that's all done, and more importantly for new comers..... it's all maxed out... well, all but 34 million, anyway.
I don't think NIck has any interest in selling at these prices.... Once a few weeks come and go and we see ( I assume ) that outstanding shares are still the same, we'll know where he thinks this is headed.
GLTA!
congrats for not selling.. between you and snpwfan you guys should get a seat on the board at some point.
Do you think when we uplist they'll expire the RS authorization? Surely when the MedRecycler gets approved and the bond money comes through. At that point, we're clearly not doing it.
I hope you're right about $1 per share. Whats your timeframe for that?
This is awesome and the whole world is watching. No stake one way or the other, but I agree with these other folks saying to take what you put in off the table. Have a good time free-rolling with the rest, but when you tell this story to your grandkids, you're always going to want to be able to say you made money off this thing.
Amazing run and props to those who got this going. Hope to see 500 tomorrow, but I think time is running out.
I'm gonna short if it gets to 1500, fair disclosure :).
GLTA.. congrats!
Thanks man. I really appreciate all your info over the past year.. These really is a winner.
I'm sure you've answered this before, but I am forgetting and there's too many posts now to find old stuff.
So with MedRecycler.. are we going to have any proprietary technology around the facility? I know anyone can use the pyrolysis (sp?) tech, but I'm just now sure how easy it would be to duplicate what we're doing and have done. Again, apologies as I know you've covered this before, but it's just been a crazy few weeks and I forget what you said.
Thank you sir!
Thank you for this information. Is Wall Street Bets really onto this one??
They are amazing ( and I say this as someone who works in the industry). I wasn't in Gamestop but I have friends who are who made a ton... Short interest is very high and it looks like it could run further today.
Difference is... That one will crash at some point... whereas SNPW has fundamentals and huge catalysts coming.
Will be fun to watch.
Congrats on that average.. You are rich and I'm impressed if you really haven't sold any shares in the last couple of weeks.
What is your target price that you'd ever consider selling at? 50?
Another question I've asked a few times here but I don't recall an answer... Do we own any proprietary tech or patents with MedRecycler? I know demonstrating that it works and we can do it is meaningful, but as I understand it we don't own any tech that couldn't be replicated. Is this correct?
Looking forward to some pretty big near term catalysts!
Excited to hear that, but why do you think it? What is the next catalyst?
As with many others here, my shares are 'free', so I have time to wait. We've got the 90 day comment period and then approval (hopefully!) pretty soon after. That's the 'sure thing' but I'm hoping for something good from UL.
In addition, I'm still hoping to get an answer on proprietary/patented tech on MedRecycler. Anyone know?
Thanks!
Good morning! Hope everyone is doing well, not sweating moves on paper, and maybe taking a little off the top and free-rolling on the rest!
Couple of questions, my apologies that I haven't been able to sort through all the posts.
1. I know we have solar patents that alone could potentially justify our market cap. As far as MedRecycling, we'll have the tech, know how, experience, connections, etc. But I'm curious what proprietary technology, if any, we'll have on this. Could someone see our success and come in and duplicate it, or are there enough patents around our process that it would make more sense to go with us?
2. Do the recently announced Solar credits change the calculus of Durango and other facilities? Are we thinking this may get done sooner now, or that there may even be a rush to start facilities like this?
3. Shouldn't we have heard from UL by now on the solar? Seems like this is taking a while. Any guesses around next steps?
Thank you!
I don't know what prices will do.. Same thing may happen again, who knows.
The governer being named Commerce Sec does help. We've got a comment period for the next few months on MedRecycler so while we know it's coming, it will take a little time, and people in penny stocks think in hours and days, not weeks, so the next big run may not be until a catalyst like that.
Frankly, most here could sell 5-10% of their holding and be free-rolling on the rest. I don't think there's any shame in taking a little principle off the table... Don't feel bad about being responsible!
GLTA
Good evening!
Hadn't seen it until just now, but that volume chart is insane. It looks like we popped to .35 cents on fairly low volume, but then when this dipped to 15 cents, there were a TON of trades. I don't know if this was stop losses or someone loading up, but there was 10-15x the volume in the afternoon compared to the morning.
I don't know what this means for the future.
I'm going to give my take but I want to hear what others think.. So on the selling side, I get people taking profits, especially retail who've made 10-20x in a week... so the selling doesn't bother or concern me, and in fact, I sold some off (though well before the big run started, unfortunately).
So... the profit taking is to be expected when we've had the massive gains, and that's why it was encouraging for me to look at the chart tonight and see how much support there was here. The profit taking should run its course eventually, but the interest from these whales doesn't seem like it's going to dry up.
Anyway, it's an exciting run and if we just drop the up and down of the last two days, everyone here would be thrilled :).
Thanks for any thoughts, God Bless!
Glad they waited as long as they did for that buy signal.. I picked up 300k today at .0268 and either they removed it or someone beat me to the rest of them.
It's our time!
picked up 300k this A.M at 0.0268 and now in the 6 million share club. Excited for good times ahead!
I think this is the next runner and I hope against hope against all odds that this thing goes down after the annual report as it appears I may have some funds freeing up in May/June.
To be clear, I don't believe it will go down because when I wrote IR circa December 15th, they said that October and November were "very good". I don't know how they could be "very good" if they weren't on track to hit all the guidance that's been given, and possibly more. But anyway, if it does.... I'd plan to add a lot more.
I haven't been posting much lately but want to shout out a thanks to DE, AANDT, HateLiars, Evan and all the other folks here posting good and factual info, and thanks again and as always to ZW for getting me into this one.
Have a blessed day everyone!
Thanks for posting! I need to go listen to tonight's hearing! Is there a link?
certainly doesn't appear that way at this juncture. What would be the point? No need for funds to launch MedRecylcer. Jurisdictions will be after us with bond money just like this one.
The first is the toughest.. If we were able to get bond money here for the first one, imagine how much easier each subsequent one will be.
There are also still 34 million shares authorized that are not outstanding.
At current prices, that's $2.72M. Not saying that there is any need to dilute, but just noting that the share price when this was even being discussed was about 1/50th of where it is now, and by virtue of recent price gains ( not to mention progress with Solar and Med) Nick could sell some shares if he needed to ( he doesn't). Also worth noting that the big investors we were looking to attract are here. I don't know if it's a hedge fund seeing the value or big company trying to take us over or what, but there's clearly no need to R/S in order to get people to notice SNPW. We have clearly been noticed, and from here on out, business results should speak for themselves.
R/S seems to have been off the table for a while.. With recent astronomical gains it's not only off the table but out of the kitchen, out of the house, etc.
Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Answers in bold:
Does ChanBond still own the lawsuit? Yes
Is Billy Carter tied to the lawsuit legally? Yes, and he has a fiduciary responsibility to minority holders
What is William Carter's role this whole time? Director and majority shareholder of UOIP with a legal responsibility to minority holders
Does UOIP still exist? Yes. Something doesn't have to be publicly traded to 'exist'
Are we as shareholders have any legal rights to UOIP or ChanBond? Yes. Billy letting the listing lapse does not change or reduce our legal rights at all.
Can ChanBond prevail and win all the lawsuits against the cable companies which he is suing? Chanbond/UOIP can and should win all suits, yes
Assume ChanBond wins, then he wins, we don't win, we were not part of the lawsuit, were we? Legally we are just as much a part of it as Billy is. Maybe he needed UOIP as a shell or whatever to buy and own this lawsuit. His mistake. There were and are shareholders with rights. Why would you think that we are not 'part of the lawsuit'? If Billy didn't want UOIP shareholders to be a part of this, he should have structured the deal differently
But there is a "GENTLEMAN'S HANDSHAKE" Couldn't care less about a handshake. We have rights as shareholders. If Rob Howe's family owns shares, then they have rights as well
between ChanBond and William R Carter to take care of Rob's Howe family and all of us that exist as according to a list containing all the names of shareholders contained from listed brokerage houses. It's fine with me that he has a list. Not that big a deal, really. Companies pay out dividends all the time to holders. We are holders. There is a CUSIP. Easy enough to pay us whether he has a 'list' at this time or not.
Therefore, "ChanBond Wins, WE WIN", Not Billy Carter wins, we win, but a legal "GENTLEMAN'S HANDSHAKE" win, could put money in your pocket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again, I don't care about a handshake.. I care about my legal rights as a shareholder, which I imagine will earn me far more than Billy would want to just give and then pretend he's doing me some favor cutting me in on something I already own.
Looking forward to May!
