Nothing will stop the success and if we top a dollar, though, a buyout may be 10 dollar a share going by other seafood buyouts recently...
interested parties for buyout want people to sell their shares and drive the price down.
Delgado knows these things...NS wouldn't go out of their way to sabotage their small investors.
Hope he's watching the posts in here.
Letizia actually said this week, which would include Friday.
The link is in another post I just did.
I can't find a quote about February I just remember hearing "February" the last few weeks.
It isn't worth it for any company to spend the kind of money involved to try and develop what SHMP has accomplished at this stage when a buyout or licensing would prove to be less expensive to take advantage of the technology in the longrun.
It took five years and millions to develop their system.
And have it produce 100 percent viability.
You obviously have never raised fish even as a hobby.
Context is everything.
The context of your statement in this situation is ludicrous, as have been most of your other nonsensical assertions and statements in regard to SHMP AND ITS TECHNology and its patent.
Tomorrow is Wednesday the 26th. The end of the week is actually March 1. They have no reason to blow momentum or lie to stockholders.
This guy William Delgado at NS has had something like 35 successful acquisition mergers behind him.
There have been huge buys of seafood companies by larger companies like Tyson. One went for $10 a share with nothing on the potential of SHMP.
And shmp has developed the first RAS system using electrocoagulation that is cheaper and more efficient to run than anything before it.
There are people who have held this stock over a year...some in the millions.
So I wouldn't worry about it.
Anyone who hasn't bought in as of today may not get a chance to buy anything cheaper, but on the other hand, there are a couple of more days if the paper isn't out yet for the stock to move sideways or a bit higher if people are watching...there still remain many more buyers than sellers for this.
It's all good. You shouldn't worry.
HARVEST REPORT THIS WEEK...THE EXACT LINK TO ONE STATEMENT FROM F&T CEO
Re: notabot2 post# 37892 0
Post # of 37933
As of Feb 22nd the full harvest report will be out this week. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10155900367016338&id=720146337
Peter Letizia is the CEO of F&T water, the co-owner, creator of patent, who said on his facebook page the report is out this week.
I just posted a definite statement it is out this week through the link to Peter Letizia's facebook page.
We are aware there is a good possibility of buyout, with William Delgado there. And a good reason for interested companies in the seafood business watching this to fear this price going way over a dollar.
It ain't going to sell for $1 a share with recent buyouts in the fish supply industry at ten dollars per share with no technology like this in the offing.
Maybe ecosphere will sell their company for $1 a share. All you need is to add sunlight and let the animals die enclosed in their little glass globes every couple of years. Sounds like a cheaper choice, that is if you're not concerned about selling seafood to the world forever.
So are you saying you're a lawyer scouring this forum for info to "get" SHMP? How is dumping misinformation about their tech in here by youhelping establish whatever it is you're attempting?
Link to TRANSPARENT news harvest report is this week from Peter Letezia. Doesn't say "February" just says this week.
Thank you for the ultimate DD.
eYou don't know what you're talking about if you don't think thr first successful RAS system using electrocoagulation is lacking don't invest in it and it begs the question why you evn are in here. Your commentary bringing up other company systems that don't resemble SHMP over and over in here is also very inappropriate.
Lucky they found the scientific crew at F&T water. Amazing how many times an individual may fail at business ventures only to finally hit the magic combo.
This company has no resemblance to SHMP they make enclosed aquariums that use light to encourage algae growth and the animals die in it usually within 2 to 3 years.
Electrocoagulation uses electricity for cleaning waste water.
This technology has already succeeded where so many others have failed because SHMP gave up on the biofloc application in their RAS system AND WENT in a different direction.
The cost of maintaining those biofloc systems put small startups under.
SHMP'S technology is pennies a day to maintain.
For them to order three more tanks is indicative of where this stock is going in the next year...
To two...to five this week...and to 10 by summer...20 by next year.
Proof? Start with they ordered three more tanks last week.
Why would they invest in anything if their technology had proved a failure?
Not to mention the endless visitors to their plant, some who have posted on facebook, and their reports that the growing shrimp were showing 0 mortality.
There has been months of that. As reported in the media as well.
And as will be officially noted in the next two days in their harvest report.
All recirculating (RAS) systems do that already.
The difference is SHMP'S TECHNOLOGY IS THE FIRST to clean waste water in an RAS system WITH ELECTROCOAGULATION.
Their system's efficiency is unmatched by other RAS technologies.
They are trying with barramundi next with their own system, I believe. This system is applicable to all farmed fish...salmon, etc. and crustaceans.
And is way less expensive to run than biofloc systems.
SHMP'S USE OF ELECTROCOAGULATION IN AN RAS SYSTEM IS THE FIRST OF ITS KIND to succeed.
THAT IS WHY THIS PATENT IS SO VALUABLE.
More to the point.
The use of electrocoagulation has been used to treat waste water.
But not in an enclosed, recirculating, fish farming system.
WHY THIS PATENT IS SO VALUABLE?
Let me add FOR CLARIFICATION this is the first RAS SYSTEM TO SUCCEed with electrocoagulation.
References to the use of the technology to wastewater, including fish farm waste water, is not the point.
THEY SUCCEEDED IN APPLYING THE TECHNOLOGY TO AN RAS SYSTEM.
AN enclosed recirculating system for farming fish.
Up to now the best resource was biofloc, which wasn't producing the high viability SHMP'S SYSTEM DOES.
THAT'S WHY THIS PATENT IS SO VALUABLE.
My link to the difference between biofloc and SHMP'S COMPLETELY NEW TECHNOLOGY.
Let me add electrocoagulation to treat waste water has been applied in different situations, even for waste water from fish farms, but not in a recirculating system successfully. (RAS) THAT IS WHY shmp's technology is a breakthrough.
And they can put these systems in anywhere.
And why it took so many years to develop.
That's a complete and utter lie. I just posted on this.
Your statement that others use this is not true.
It took them five years and millions to perfect their system so that the mortality has been brought down to close to 0 first off.
Secondly, Eco shrimp who you particularly cite, who I am familiar with because they were at the greenmarket in NYC, was using biofloc.
Not one company has succeeded with SHMP'S UNIQUE technology prior to them. And that technology received a patent.
AND BECAUSE of this the aquaculture industry has been following them specifically since they launched into this endeavor five years ago
There are constant people coming in here from other companies trying to knock down SHMP and 100 percent of the time they are referring to biofloc systems. A costly venture.
You are asking people, who don't know better, to confuse RAS systems, which SHMP'S IS...with the technology...all these systems are enclosed systems, "Recirculating" systems or RAS...but SHMP is NOT using biofloc and is GENERATING 100 PERCENT VIABILITY and retaining completely clean of antibiotic and other polutants.
Here is from Eco's own website giving as well the explanation of biofloc, which has been unable to successfully keep alive an ENTIRE harvest of shrimp in any way or percentage comparable to shmp's breakthrough:
"The first of its kind in the tri-state area, the ECO Shrimp Garden indoor tanks are one of a small but steadily expanding number in the country. The Pacific white shrimp growing here are chosen for their sweet taste, ability to adapt to indoor tanks and potential to reach a desired market size. The 11-day-old babies, so translucent they look like ghosts, develop to harvest size in four to six months. The Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program gives this shrimp its “Best Choice” ranking. The 24 tanks and four nurseries they thrive in are fitted with an Indoor Zero Water Exchange Systems (IZHEA), a totally closed system. The tap water that fills the tanks is recyclable, chemical free, hormone free and pollutant free. Shrimp in these tanks will never know the hazards of mercury, oil and other contaminants that swirl in the ocean. The saline content in the tanks, perfectly balanced at ocean standards, is achieved with U.S.-produced ocean salt. Unless a tank is being filled, the water usage is no more than the average household. But the essential key to success is a recent development in aquaculture technology known as “biofloc.” Before its introduction, all of Frajmund’s extensive research was dead-ended. Biofloc is loosely defined as a suspended solid made up of various heterotrophic bacteria that convert metabolic waste into an additional food source, like a snack, in the form of zooplankton, for the shrimp with biological filtration qualities. It is a living filter that sustains a closed-loop system where waste is produced and consumed and yields a happy product to harvest: shrimp."
Their pr firm is E&E communications in Texas. They have a phone number for anyone that cares to do so. I think, though, it is nonsense to follow up on statements made in a forum that aren't official statements from the owners of this company. You can't control what an editor puts into his daily paper. And WSJ has no bearing on the make or break right now. The huge presence in market forums, the HUGE presence in their own sector's media following every step they make, the Texas newspapers etc. have been following SHMP.
Everyone should chill out and wait for these reports.
The SHMP chart is a dream chart for an emerging company undervalued for what it already has and its potential revenues based on what we know WITHOUT the official report.
It has tanks set up staggering harvest weekly. They are bringing in 3 more tanks we know since last week, indicating the technology IS SUCCESSFUL.
The company has been followed in its own trades since they embarked on the vibrio suspension technology, breaking away from everyone else still struggling to make biofloc work.
THEY HAVE a pr firm.
Today it did what it should do after gapping up OVERBOUGHT on top of that. Today's little gap is completely negligible.
and it is being followed in every market forum out there.
The breakout momentum is going to carry it into dollarland.
Obviously there is more buying than selling. And the same volume today as yesterday and last week.
We had two days of sideways movement on the 21st and 22nd as well in the 4s.
I am aware and it isn't relevant.
Summary. 2 days gapping up. Closing GREEN today up 7 PERCENT AFTER moving sideways most of the day consolidating. It was a great day. The stock is going to continue higher.
In this case it was nonsense.
I'm not a daytrader and the rest is nonsense. Griping because a stock consolidated today after 2 straight days of gapping up is ridiculous. This was a great trading day.
I check 10 day rsi. nobody uses the daily.
Everyone is talking about SHMP.
7s tomorrow for sure.
Wow SURPRISE it's moving like a healthy, normal stock.
SHMP will feed the world. Technology costs pennies to run. NOBODY ELSE HAS IT.
I would be very surprised if we close under .6 today, however, it's possible fence sitters are waiting for the report, which is a big mistake on their part. They'll be chasing this stock up to 5 dollars.
