But who is CS and what are they doing with the product? Can they compete in the same market as SFOR?
I hate to sound stupid, but if the assets have been sold to CS, what are we investing in? Please clarify, someone.
Do we really have any equity at all? It seems like management thinks of the market as it's own piggybank. They just break it now and then, remove 90% of the money, and buy a new pig. Is this stock a pig?
Can they pay off the debt in newly issued stock? Is that a good or bad thing from our prospective?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe because of the way the stock ownership is set up, that any benefits that may accrue to the company are only of benefit to the shareholders at the whim of the officers. So there is no such thing as a legitimate EPS.
The lump sum is being used to pay off Office Depot.
It's oooovvvvverrrr.
As a group, if we combined all of our stock holdings, would we have
a voting majority or any influence at all? We did after all, provide the money Jim used to purchase the license which has no termination date. We should have some leverage....
Waddid you invest in ...Solyndra, or some ethanol stocks? Every one lost except the insider democrats, who got out early.
Whatever scam you were referring to, maybe someone should point the claimant attorneys in the direction of GTGP, especially since it is
obvious that J3 is treating us as non-existent.
I was unaware of any "case" going on with the DOJ. What have I missed?
Does Jim's contract with Solucorp die with him? Has Solucorp sold ANY MBS since the agreement?
From the J3 website....
Welcome

I received this email from Iyogi, but even though they described the malware (keylogging) to a tee, they don't offer anything preventative except a malware scanner....too late. I have passed this on to Mark
but I don't thing he sees the opportunity here for licensing. Either that, or he doesn't GIS. Search on "Win32/KGBKeylogger".

Without Googling, does anyone recognize "Ardamax"?
It's unfortunate that MS treats this problem (keylogging) so passively....

Did we ever confirm whether or not GTGP had any equity in J3?
Sorry...I haven't kept up....
Was this ever published here?
3:00 PM: The Updater - as our regular readers know - has been following a "penny stock" company whose boss - James Fallacaro - tried to buy MSE - our Butte firm - and when it got down to brass tacks - couldn't come up with the bucks to meet his first payroll there - and couldn't make the appropriate payments to MSE - so the deal was out and so was Fallacaro.
He is back - scammer that he seems to be - not filing his paperwork - or acting like a real business. His last firm has been suspend from trading stock because he has refused to filed the necessary required paperwork on financial reporting. Having dumped a payroll the same way in China - and left firms holding the financial bag there - he has popped up in Montana - in Butte again - sort like bad mushrooms in ripe cow manure - under the name of J3 Advanced Engineering Technologies, Inc., a Montana corporation - and is operating from lower Harrison Avenue again peddling a discredited mercury process. Again - following his usual duck and scam routine - seems to have left a the penny stock company - Global Technologies Group thinking they own part of this company to "pump" the stock values there - with two or three "pumpers" there that hide behind phony user names.
But in fact - he has no license to do business in Butte - which is no surprise because he always hides behind the "no paperwork" scam - and has not gotten any of the zoning or occupancy permits or permissions to do business - nor gotten the proper clearances to deal with "heavy metal" laboratory materials like mercury.
His two or three primary Global "stock pumpers" - who rarely complete a proper English sentence in slamming the Updater and others - and who lie out of whole cloth on a momentary basis - are busy pushing the "down the drain stock" which is regularly at a nickle or less. (At the Updater - we do appreciate their constant attack on us because they gets us hundreds of viewers every time they attacks us - and for some reason - that crowd buy a lot of stuff through our Goggle advertisers - which makes for excellent grocery money and an occasional beer.) Strange crowd - indeed - and not good neighbors to our Butte collective family. 3-25-2-13

So buy an equal amount Monday and cut your ACPS in half. That way, it will take half the time to begin to show a profit!
I'm not a nit picker, but the correct word is allude. I had to check 1st, however.
Go SFOR .... show us the money!
It seems like the security features of the new Apple mobile products
would eliminate the need for something like GID.
Am I making a correct assumption?
Cryin' time is buyin' time. Load up...
I need to PM you but don't have PM.
I have yet to see where MK "promised" anything, and as a small business owner, I know that deadlines come and go. Just look at Obamacare. At least I know the product exists, since I'm typing into a green box right now.
OT, then you should know that there's a good chance that SFOR will take a big bounce, maybe 10-20 times current prices. At these prices I am loading up, cause there can't be any news except good news....and it might be indicative of a meaningful turnaround. My ACPS is.0039, but I know that could be jumped over in 10 minutes of trading. I think the news will come in November.
You're right....the retail distribution channel will start generating revenue soon.
This is a great short term play as well as a long term monster. The upside could be big at any time depending on not only the lawsuit results (MS FGS). What could be bigger? Plus entering the Apple arena with new revenue sources works for me, even if it gets off the ground slowly. I think one of the new distrib's may start moving product, and entry into the direct retail market will help spread the word about this very viable alternative to after-the-fact protection.
Prevention is the key, and GID is the best thing going.
Long term....I don't even want to speculate, but $'s/sh. in a year or 2 isn't out of the question. So buy and hold, or sell, and wait for another downswing. At today's prices you can't lose.
As far as there being "no product", I'm typing "GREEN" now.
Why are you wasting time with guesswork. Do some DD and get some facts rather than bashing based on opinion.
Nothing has changed since Wednesday. It will bottom out at 4.
No, they will only see maybe 20% by the time it goes thru discounts and distribution. Besides, they are not trying to sell to the high margin end users in any market, much less Apple. There is no end-user emailing like you and I see every day from a variety of "security/malware" companies. The whole of their success is tied up in distributors, and all they have time for are the big "kills" in the industrial market. That's why we never see any sales reports.
The company may be successful someday, but it will be by accident, not from any internal effort. Their own words are "we are technicians, not salesmen". I hoped they banked enough coin today to prevent any scheduled dilution....or perhaps it already occurred. Anyone know?
Look out below...004 coming.
Has anyone had experience with Alldaysavings malware. I cant get rid of it and it is expecially bad on the Ihub pages. Help.

Unless you have a physical presence here (CA), I don't think the $800 corporate fee applies. Perhaps not even a resale number is needed, as long as the delivery services are legit.
SN...re: your PM, yes I do. But it doesn't make sense to take another loss. Why do you ask?
Saw this on a MS forum....not sure what it means..
