I noticed, oh well! I think it's headed back down there anyway.
LOL, ok give me a second. I'll buy 25K at the Ask to see if that 10K moves! I don't think it will, looks like some hidden shares at .0051
I helped support base .005, if this falls below that, it will most likely drop fast.
I will be loading more here, this is looking like a great base line for some strong revenues. Great news for HEMP.
To the board: Ignore every trade that is after 16:00:00 there are no after hours for OTC. Everything reported after 16:00:00 is a late print (a trade that occurred during the session that wasn't shown until after the market closed). It does not effect the stock or PPS.
(I don't know if you knew that or simply trying to confuse the novices but what you said is irrelevant and not true. This stock and all other OTC stocks do NOT trade in after hours so there was no "pop").
Nirad: I read your PM. I will be happy to take a look at that stock for you. Please give me a day or two to evaluate it before I can give you answers to your questions though.
I'm glad you've been enjoying my posts on this board! Its always nice to hear when they are helping out others. Feel free to ask any questions you may have (about ILIV or any stock) I try to respond to everyone in a timely manner.
I see Egnar answered your question to me. Did you still want my opinion/answer? Thanks again for all your nice comments!
My brief Analysis on ILIV:
Current PPS: .0051
ILIV's charts are looking more stable now that the manipulation has slowed down quite a bit. RSI is just above 40 which is good. In most proxies we are generally still in oversold territory. However do not be fooled by this, oversold does not mean there won't be substantial selling as the PPS increases as it did today. There will always be profit takers regardless of how it performs. The 200MA is down below at .003 which will be our continued base. As per my last analysis it was at mark .0029 so we are showing a slight incline there. The 50MA is sitting up at .0083 which will be a very hard resistance point to break through. In all honesty I don't believe we will be seeing that soon. This stock just doesn't seem strong enough yet. The reason I say that is because of today's performance; we couldn't hold around .006 which was our main resistance today. We had tremendous buying pressure but this couldn't break through let alone stay up at that PPS. Along with that (as I stated in my post during the session) the Ask at .006 was being reloaded meaning that when the quantity started to drop, the MM's were putting more shares at that mark. In other words there was no chance in this pushing through it which is why I sold at that time and encouraged others to do the same and buy on the dip (which dipped about 17% when I warned). I believe we may see some red in the AM unless we have some serious support at .005 We need this to hold there, if it doesn't be prepared for a possible drop to .004. The main issue that I see with this stock is that promotions are never a good thing (and I am personally not a fan of them). I've seen good stocks go bad because of them and the shareholders prior to the promo are the ones who get it the worst
All in all, ILIV is a good stock and I'm happy we finally got a few white candles after all the red ones but I am very weary that this is getting promoted even going into the LOI deal. I day trade and flip so I'm not too concerned about my position and what it will mean for me but concerned about everyone else here. Just stay focused, don't get caught in the hype and pumping. If the PPS gets to the number you were waiting for get out, sit back, re-evaluate and then get back in. That is the safest and most logical way to trade. If you miss a few green percentage points oh well. It's the point that you are trading without emotional attachment. That is the key.
I apologize that this analysis included some "heart" in it but I know some of you appreciate the honesty and integrity of my postings. I will try to continue posting throughout the day like I have been. Hope some of you caught my "Dip" post and took advantage of it! I'm here to help the ones who want it, let's make some money!
As always feel free to post questions and comments! :)
Re-entered here, grabbed 25K close to the LOD. Let's see what tomorrow brings!
I understand and you'll get there don't worry! Let me know if you have any other questions; happy to help you!
Now at a 17% discount. Happy trading to you!
What a nice dip :) .0054-.0055 from when I sold at .0059-.006 I assume you're still laughing? What do you know, I can buy my shares back at a 10% discount if I wanted to. Too obvious here, save it for another board.
.0055-.0056 with over 1M at .0056 and who was laughing earlier when I sold at .0059-.006 and said there will be a dip shortly? It's dropped close to 9% since I warned of the dip (which could drop more than it has already). I know better to be caught in this hype run and not sell on the top. Buy and sell, buy and sell. That's the way to make money.
It won't, there will be a dip. .006 was being reloaded, key sign of a pullback. It already has started. .0059 resistance. .0057 is falling and L2 is thin on the bid. .0058 just dropped on the Ask from resistance.
This thing is so damn predictable where to buy and sell. Easy money.
Lol? Keep on laughing while I continue to flip this and make money!
Ask at .006 is reloaded. I got out at .0059 will buy back in on the dip!
I will simply say this. Don't get hyped up with a promo, continue to think smart and logically. Many get over indulged with all the pump and lose focus. This could make you money or make you lose a lot more if you don't pay attention.
I didn't manage to finish my analysis last night so I will try to get it done by today and include today's performance in it as well. It will be posted tonight.
Paid promos are NEVER good. Generally the stock moves up and then tanks farther than where it originally started. It is normally diluted to hell at some point during the promo. I've seen stocks in a promo go up 20% in the morning and then tank 50% during the afternoon. Some don't even make it more than a couple percent green at the bell and then dive down 20% or just slide more in red as the day progresses. It's totally unpredictable.
My analysis is almost pointless now. Paid promos turn the stock into garbage. I will dump my shares if this turns green. If this doesn't go into heavy red tomorrow be prepared for one of the next few days where its pure red and slides all day. They never end well because there is normally heavy dilution, panic selling, you name it. I'm not saying we will see that tomorrow but be prepared for it at some point and it will come out of no where and you do NOT want to be caught in the drop. A nice example was HEM* It was promo'd to hell and then tanked to hell. I believe it lost about 80% after the promo.
Every bit of encouragement could go a long way so no need to thank me about that.
Glad I could help! :)
You're welcome!
Egnar, did you see my reply to your message?
Yes, promos are BAD for the company especially for the longs! Big dump at some point.
I'm still working on my analysis. I hope to have it done by tonight.
After reading your post a few times the main issue I see is not which scenario will work the best but the fact that you need to find an end result you are seeking. What are you wanting to get out of your portfolio by the EOY? Once you answer that you will know which scenario to pick that will best suit to achieve that. I will say though, if you have a lot of other stocks that will create profit for you, don't be afraid of taking a loss here by years end (if this stock doesn't go where you'd like it to go by then being that you are a LT holder if I'm correct) to cut your gains taxes. Create another account prior to that so you can always buy it again if you're afraid of implications. Now let's say you do pay the taxes on your profits and then take ILIV at a loss next year (assuming it goes no where per your post), you could always take that loss and apply it to your profits for that year so the following year taxes will be less. You won't be "screwed" you just won't be taking advantage of the loss immediately, you'll be applying it later.
I for one do not hold anything by EOY, all of my holdings are liquidated; that's just how I do it. It makes everything easier and less complicated. If I missed something in your post or still want me to give a more definitive answer let me know. I'll be popping on here randomly today and will answer. Hope you're having a good weekend.
Yes I will do another analysis for you and the board. I'm happy that my last one helped out so many. My last analysis was close to 95% accurate based on the PPS fluctuation within 2 days after I posted it! In that scenario alone (within those 2 days), a 39% profit could've been made or saved depending on how you played this stock after I released my analysis.
I'll try to get my new analysis done by tonight. If I don't manage to finish it and post it up, look for it in the AM before the bell, I should have it done by then. Hope all is well with you!
Thank you, I really appreciate the nice things you say about me. You will get there, it just takes a lot of time, patience, and focus. It took me a long time to get to the level of trading I am at but it is well worth it in the end. I hope my posts continue to help you (and others) in this stock as well as in general to educate and strive you to learn the way of the market. Once you learn it and are more informed on how it's played you will succeed at making a lot of money.
Chuxster: I read your PM, I'm just replying to this post so you get notified about my response. I'm not subscribed to PM's so I can read them but not reply so I have to reply publicly.
As for your question; I use TDA (I have 2 accounts with them) and also have a Scottrade account as well. I use all three simultaneously for different purposes.
If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
To the board: I have read your posts to me and the couple by PM. I will be happy to answer all of them and your questions tomorrow. I've been a bit tied up here today and don't want to give short answers/responses.
As always I appreciate everyone's nice comments! It makes me that much more eager to get back to you all quickly. Hope everyone is having a good day and look for my replies tomorrow! :)
Of course that didn't do anything, I was just showing you that I could buy and sell 100 shares without it mattering to me. As far as it continuously happening throughout the day, you'd be surprised what it would entice. People that don't follow the L2 or see trade quantities would SELL into continuous 100 bid hits. It's been happening to this stock if you haven't noticed. Along with the 100 bid hits I've seen lowering B/A spreads, people dumping a couple 100K orders right after a large Ask hit just because there was a couple 100 share bid whacks every time the Ask was hit. Almost everyone who trades in the OTC market is full of emotion hence why there are the "bashers" and "pumpers". If you do some research on emotional trading you will see what all of these things do to many people in the OTC market. I could make this thing tank if I wanted to. The first thing would be to cut the spread. Never have a spread and always keep at least 500K on the Ask. Then, have a large 5M block sit right above it for the L2 viewers. Id start hitting the bid with 100 shares every time someone hits my Ask (if anyone even bothers). The moment someone dumps on the bid and it moves lower I then move my block down to that level, and keep doing it. I could make it drop without even anyone buying my shares just from emotion. People see a large Ask sitting there and then see the bid being hit constantly, people WILL dump. I guarantee that. All you need is the capital and a low commission cost. My commission is peanuts compared to all these $7, $10, $12 trades that most pay. Why would I buy and sell 100 shares that are worth 40 cents and spend $10 for each trade to do it? I don't spend that much on trades so I don't care about buying and selling small quantities. Its the point that the PPS goes where you want it to go for the BIG buy and sell. Easy as that, especially on low volume days. Do some research. This stock is moving on emotion alone that's why it's so predictable.
I'm not saying I'm going to do this but just as a post to show its not hard to get an OTC stock to move where you want it especially with one that has low and slow volume like this one lately that's why there are so many swings here.
Flipping is where the money is. That aside, if I believe it has potential I will hold a LT position while I flip. Easy money with this stock too; there are so many dramatic swings. The one yesterday was over 30%! Why continuously waiting for a big run while you can make more from the swings? Like I said before, you could flip but hold a LT position as well that way you make money while you're waiting for the run and then won't miss it when it does happen. Win, win scenario. I do it for every OTC like this one.
I just did it. Anyone see that? I think this may be my last post of the day. If it is, I'll reply tomorrow to anyone that posts questions about anything.
Actually it does and so does the random 100 bid whacks everyone is seeing. As far as painting the close it does have an affect on the opening PPS of the next session especially if there's a large spread at the closing bell. When you're a day trader you tend to notice certain things that work that can help or hurt a stock. I can do the 100 share hits too and doing it enough throughout the day can change the direction of the stock movement sometimes. I'll hit the .0044 for 100 and then hit the .0043 for 100 just for the hell of it. Watch.
I'm not so sure of that. If this stays in these levels (3's-4's) until that PR it is highly unlikely this will run that high. We've been trading in these low levels for so long there will be massive profit taking. I think this won't surpass .0082 which is our current 50MA unless there is an immense amount of buying pressure to outweigh all the selling that will occur or if we start moving up PRIOR to the PR. This has been trading way too low to pass .01 just from one PR even if its to show the completion of the LOI. I'm not trying to sound pessimistic but when a stock has been trading low like this for so long under heavy manipulation the struggle it will have to pass to move up that high is nearly impossible. I will say we'll have enormous volume the day of the PR but the amount of selling to follow the buying will most likely outweigh the run it deserves.
Well it was fun while it lasted! Glad I sold my 11's at 15 this morning. I'll buy back in again at .001-.0011 This seems to always happen with this stock. Jumps high the moment news hits and then drops back to where it started beforehand.
Yes, it showed .004 for about 2 min (no one sold) then someone threw a bid at .0044 of 10K to hold it because there was a spread from .004-.0045
This is headed back down to .004 the 45 will become resistance again. Watch for it.
ASCM is unloading which has been killing the PPS. Continuously on the Ask, lower and lower.
LOL since my last post it dropped all the way to .004! Damn I called that and there was around 2M shares in between .0048 and .004 and it still dropped to it. This stock is becoming way to predictable.
It's just a squeeze. Yesterday was a bounce off of the 200MA and today is a squeeze from the mid 3's. Once a little buying pressure built up, it ran. I wouldn't be surprised if it falls back down to the .004 area.
Current PPS: .0048
Great swing from 37-38 to 48-49! Over a 20% swing.
Just play the swings, its easy money with this stock and there are plenty of opportunities to do it, almost a few every day. You probably would've already made your losses on your position by now then re bought in for a LT hold if that's truly what you're wanting to do.
More than half of the bid support just disappeared at .0035 Waiting on the sidelines at the moment. This is how it traded Tuesday before the massive drop to the low 3's.
Tremendous bid whacking going on. Waiting to re-enter, I do have a couple M sitting at 7, we'll see what happens.
